Very good location close to Paddington Station for Heathrow Express and easy to get everywhere from bus or underground also hopping bus. The place is clean and comfortable but a bit little space for bathroom and the rain shower is too easy flow. Small kitchen with Necessary kitchenwares. We stay for 6 nights, our room has been make up every 2 days with new towels and 2 bottle of water. Overall is very good we will stay here again if we plan to London.

Great place to be fair but the the ants put us off we swapped apartment and they were everywhere we loved their apartments modern fresh but can't handle that.

Please please please do not stay here. This place is not fit for swines. The biggest mistake of my life was booking here. As soon as I walked through the door I walked out. They should shut this place down immediately. Disgusting and filfthy and unsafe.

Can thoroughly recommend these apartments for a weekend stay. Clean and with basic, but good facilities at a great price.

Very good location, I love so much Paddington area in London. Very close to underground station and a lot of bus station. The apartments are complete and very comfortable. Wi-Fi is super fast and the lady is gentle. Excellent location.

Please don't waist your money hard to get keys bad dirty falsities can't cook as no saucepans tin opener ormuch else. Toilet has no towel or hand drier ran only had toilet roll on 1 day.

Studio of approximately 10m2 own, no chance for us, a poorly-placed window with a view facing a brick wall with an air conditioner running night and day quite noisy and right next to a street Very circulating and the device has to be on it, so for sleep it was harder to 95 pounds (approx 110 euros) for the night frankly it is not worth but fortunately good stay in spite of it.

No less than absolutely awfull. The place is VERY dirty, the cabinets were filled with dirty plates and bowls. Toilets were plugged for two days.

A good place for the price. Just hope for quiet neighbours ;)

Easy and convenient. Nice studios in a quiet but central location.

The most horrible experience ever had: including snot on the pillow case and food in the towel. This place doesn't meet any safety and hygiene requirements for a human being!

This place gave us a moldy bathroom, a dirty carpet, a piss-stained curtain, and a tea kettle full of mildew and never cleaned. Stay away.

Where do I start. Walls and floors are paper thin. Guests are supposed to be quiet between 10pm and 9am, yet I haven't slept properly in the 4 nights we have been here because no-one abides by that rule, despite the Ts&Cs clearly stating you can be evicted for breaching this rule. For example, the guest in the flat above ran up and down the stairs and jumped up and down on the floor at 1am then again at 4am. The night before the same flat paced up and down the flat with heavy footsteps for 3 hours not stopping until after midnight. Despite reporting it nothing has been done. If you want to sleep and/or relax then do yourself a favour, spend a bit more money and stay somewhere more relaxing. Beds are rock hard. We had to go out and spend £125 on a memory foam mattress just to get a good night's rest, only to have it spoilt by the elephant in the flat above. Bathroom is tiny. If you are over a BMI of 21 you are going to struggle. The cutlery and plates are extremely limited. The rooms are not double glazed so all of the noise from the A40 can be heard. Flat 8 is supposed to be a double room, but there is only one chair at the so called dinning table and the bed is considered a "large single" (again, if you have a higher BMI ypu are going to struggle). Poor ventilation. Condensation builds on the windows and won't clear — despite having the window open when in the flat. Sheets were not particularly clean when we arrived, although the towels were clearly well laundered.

As a budget room I don't think you can get a better value than this. Very satisfied with the size and location, literally a five minute walk to Edgware Road underground. Kitchen was fully functional and quite comfortable bed. Highly recommend for anyone staying in London on a budget!

Nice modern little flat. However they had left a note with really aggressive wording on house rules. Hospitality?

Like most people gets one star as can't give none. Place is dirty through and through and only 1/3 things work. Management is useless when it comes to receiving/retrieving the key. All in all the worst place we've stayed on a 5 month trip and one of the more expansive haha.

The apartments are nice and very clean, but very scarce of kitchen utensils… only two towels for 5 days and no cleaning service.

Great location! The room is not big but we had enough space to move around with two people and one big and one small luggage. Room and bathroom are clean. They provided towels, shampoo, bath gel, and soap. There is also kitchenette that has microwave, fridge, and stove so you can make easy breakfast. Love it.

I checked into this flat which is not a flat it's a bed with the sink and the horrible smelly room 30 bed was uncomfortable no hot water the carpet was really bad smell I thought tramp sleep in the hallway. I have bites all of my body the cleaner was very friendly but didn't understand the weather English it's took me ages to check-in the only thing that was good with the television and the Wi-Fi everything else in this place is disgusting and dirty I would never stay here ever again if you are looking for a very cheap place then book yourself into this 30 Pithole. I had to go across the road to the Hilton to go to the toilet as the toilets here were absolutely disgusting and filthy. The only good thing about this place is the location next to Paddington Station. The smell in the room gave me such a bad headache I feel uncomfortable all night and the room was very hot I couldn't turn the heater off. I did not want to go anywhere near the cups and knives because it was so disgustingly dirty even the kettle was awful guys keep away from this dirty horrible nasty place I even saw a mouse running around keep away also don't be forward by the pictures that you see on their website because you are not getting what you are looking at it is 10 times worse than the pics the cleaners need to do their job and make a better way of cleaning as I don't think it's their thing.

Great value, like having your own furnished one bedroom apartment in London for the week. Big bathroom with proper shower cubicle. Nice kitchenette. Microwave doubles as oven. No toaster though. Decent fridge. Well located for Paddington, Edgware Road, twenty minute walk from Marble Arch. Bed is ok rather than brilliant but sleep fine.

The only reason I gave it 1 star is because Google will not let me write a review without giving it a star. This place is a brothel, a shambels and a hoax. I would not let my dog stay in an establishment this "down market". The so called reception is a "free lancer" who is almost impossible to contact. The location is worthy of a single star being close Paddington station. Sleeping on the bed makes your neighbours think you are having a 5 hour sex marathon. The bathroom, somewhat resembles the showers in a prison. Other than that its a really nice (horrible) place.

Cannot believe places like this still exist, this is definitely one for health & safety. Dont even know where to start but lets try this, the room was swelteringly hot, in the middle of a heatwave because the bathroom radiator below was busted and stuck in the ON position. Was more comfortable sleeping on the park bench down the road than sleeping on that bed. No mugs, plug sockets hanging off the wall exposing wires, light fitting hanging out of the ceiling, one wafer thin pillow each, the list goes on but on the plus side the ceiling looked ok & theres a burger king not far away.

Disgraceful… the place is like a horror house… the bathrooms are hopeless… the bedrooms are the worst I ever saw. Never gonna visit again this place again.

Only one night stay which consisted of about five hrs use including sleep, reception guy bit stroppy because we weren't happy about our room being ready, overall look was clean but the smell of damp and drains was awful, draft from window too, we were in the basement room 1 … because of smell and draft I wouldn't stay here again.

The most awful experience I have ever had. The place is below any ones standards and does not comply with UK standards.

Place very well located in the heart of London and close to transport (bus, train, metro). By contrast, the level of cleanliness below 0 (balls of hair found in the duvet and on the carpet, the unevenness of the floor is important (bed tilted), shared shower on alleviate with customers, not very clean (hair in the bathtub, feces in the TOILET (the flush is malfunctioning) )

A little old farm, but affordable and well located.

Place horrific! The room is on the third floor without lift, with suitcases was a nightmare to get there. The staircase is covered with a carpet the whole route and therefore dangerous. The room is terrific, the bathroom is obviously not in the room, as specified but even downstairs and is, like everything else, indecent. In Italy a structure so it wouldn't stand a chance of staying open because the Nas would put the boarded up the door to London instead controls don't exist and they continue to steal from unsuspecting customers. Obviously the photo of the room is not what gives in fact the structure. They should be ashamed!
