It's lovely… nice and the people are friendly.

Very well located hotel (very close to bus lines and Victoria main metro station). The facilities are very old and upgradeable, but everything is very clean and the staff is friendly. The fact that the hotel is old justifies the low price per room for such a good area and such an expensive city. It is clear that if they remodeled it, the price would multiply. With breakfast included and coming back at night after all day watching things, it was old we didn't care. I recommend it.

Basic, needs a bit upgrade, but nice and clean. The room was cleaned every day. Free Wi-Fi, low price, really good location.

Very easy to find, 4 min walk from Victoria station. Small rooms, but ok for rest and sleep, good breakfast.

Very affordable hotel which is placed in the center of London. I placed my parents at this hotel for their visit in London. And I must say that for the price that they have the quality is very good. And also you have a free breakfast added to your hotel price. The free breakfast is a traditional English breakfast with coffee. Also the area is quiet so sleeping was not a problem.

Well located, nice staff and cheap price. But very bad cleanliness. What together with the "wonderful" English carpets favors the presence of these horrible bugs. We have taken more than 50 bites as a souvenir and the need to disinfect all our belongings before putting them in the house.
We changed room 3 times, we were all bitten and in all of them we killed bed bugs… 3, 16 and 38 sure have (notice to navigators).
Better find another place… Because they did not seem very alarmed, nor willing to remedy…

My stay at this hotel was so horrible. I was sent to the basement. The room was so tiny, no space for my one suitcase. And we were 2 people! And the horrible mould! A flour carpet was wet and mouldy! Pillows and the bed had mouldy smell too. I asked a reseptionist to change the room. And he didn't.   After my long talk to him he sent us to the loft. Without toilete and shower. I payed not the cheepest price, but…  . I have never been to so a miserable hotel.

There is a coffee machine for free, but the stairs are really inconvenient to take big luggage, the house and furniture is also more old, but the station is close, convenient transportation.

Very good Hotel in an excellent Central location. Very well priced for a short stay. Clean and efficient. Staff polite, courteous and helpful. Not a great choice of breakfast but rooms clean and comfortable. The basics of what you need. Good service. No elevator only stairs though which is a disadvantage with Luggage. Not really the best for a family or any kind of group with people over the age of 30: the place by own the air and welcome to young people who can not/want to spend much to enjoy a short holiday in London. The rooms give on the street and you hear whatever happens outside, even the people who speak. The positives are few but sizeable: the location in the city is great, being pretty much downtown at 30 minutes walk from anything, and the breakfast is amazingly ' not poor '.

Small room Bathroom very small, the sink is so small and above there is a cabinet that restricts its use.

The location is ideal, close to the Victoria station which connects to everything and close to several attractions (Big Ben, Westminster, Buckingham, Hyde Park. ). They kept our luggage on our last day after checkout until we had to go. What we did not like was the toilet, the shower very small and it shows that it touches reform. You should change them now! The breakfast was very good. Kind. They don't speak Spanish.

Good location. You can visit major attractions with the bus 24. But the building interiors are old and time beds are very uncomfortable.

The only Good Thing about this hotel is the central Location near Victoria Train Station. The Windows are not isolated, so that the Cold air gets in the Room, even when you're trying to make it warm with the heater. The Breakfast is sparse. The Room is ok, but the roomservice never knocks before opening the door, which is very unfriendly. I am disapointed, I Think we are not going back to this place a Second time.

Cheap and in the heart of Westminster. Don't expect luxury.

The shower was dwarf, there was a splash of water icy or boiling with the Q was impossible to shower. Excellent location, very good breakfast, daily cleaning in general very well but they have to do urgent renovations in the bathroom.

We have been two days and very well. The facilities are old but acceptable, the staff very attentive, the heating very well as you can regulate your in the room the temperature you want (we get a horrible time and in the hotel was very warm) breakfast very full with Quite where to pick and the very good location to move on foot or by bus as the Victoria station is only a 3 minute walk away. The only downside is that the shower water came out warm by pulling it to cold, otherwise all very well.

Hotel located in a good central area. The rooms are not luxurious, practical and spacious, with TV, hairdryer and a good wardrobe. The views that touched us gave a somewhat neglected inner courtyard. The sink is really small.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms even if you can not compare to the Italian B&B.

Lovely hotel, rooms are small but very cosy and warm. Breakfast is yummy and tea was delicious. Greeted by warm welcome and a warm lobby. Would suggest staying here if you want to be close to public transport and local activities.

The hotel is well, it is a hotel already with a few years, which has subsequently been added the bathrooms, showers…, thus responding to the command of its customers.
Although it is not a modern hotel, it is located very well located, it is in a quiet area and close to everything. Very well connected.
Breakfast included, both English and continental breakfast.
The cleaning is done daily, as well as the changes of towels.

Clean nice and comfortable really nice staff could do with updating.

➕ the only positive the bed that you see that had been changed recently, the staff serving breakfast and the walking distance there was to Victoria.
➖ The breakfast is always the same, the staff at the reception unfriendly, the tiny bathroom, no elevator, they don't make even the bed well and one day I found 2 bugs in it, and it's expensive for what it offers, no matter how much London is and whatever you expect.
I certainly don't come back.

Very close to Victoria station, with drugstore and Little shop h24 at your fingertips. All the services requested to a hotel of its class. Breakfast.

We had a comfortable stay, in a quiet room, where nothing was too fancy. The place is a little old, so are some of it's installations (our bathroom door didn't close properly). The breakfast isn't buffet and they don't offer many options (no fruits, yoghurt, oat nor cereal), but it is OK: tea, coffee or milk, toasts, jam, English breakfast. Good place for a short (couple of nights) stay.

The smell of cigarette was terrible, the beds are extremely unconfortable, no adult can fit in the shower and the Wi-Fi only works at the lobby. On the plus side, the washroom is so small that you can poop and brush your teeth at the same time.

Super cheap. Pretty sure illegal indian staff.

Absolutely love this hotel. Staff always friendly and helpful. Have stayed here three times before and will be staying here again in march next year.

Very dirty. The picture shows a brown stained towel left on top of a false 3/4 wall.

We came in July, it was hot outside and hot inside. With no fans, and no air conditioning it's definitely one to think twice about in the summer months.

It wasn't clean. They weren't that nice. We got awoken by the crew setting up for breakfast. No place to sleep in.

A few minute walk from Victoria Station. Very friendly staff. Tasty breakfast and coffee. Clean room.

Functional and clean but dont expect the worlds best, happy with the room and it came with breakfast which we hadnt anticipated. Pleased overall.

Nice and clean hotel The rooms have the essentials and the value for money is great for London also considered the location near Victoria Station.

It was cheap for a family room 2 single beds and a double. But the shower was disgusting and needed a good clean. The pillow cases did not smell clean. Also a kettle in each room would be good. Breakfast was good though a little stingy on anounts. Its ok if you are staying for one night. Location was good. Would look elsewhere though next time as its not hard to keep a tiny shower area clean. My job is a housekeeper.

Been there already and cant wait for our next stay in december! Basic english bfast, tidy ensuite rooms, although a little small, perfect central location and friendly staff!

Man on reception was lovely, room basic but clean could of done with tea making facilities. Breakfast was small but nice apart from a very rude woman that worked in the dining room that basically pushed us out the door when tried to sit down.

Great place to visit London. A lot of visits can be made on foot, including Buckingham Palace. Very good host. Clean room, clean and comfortable. Bathroom a bit small especially the sink. Shower not very practical because the knob only comes out not but own. Towels changed every day. Cleaning is done every day. Size of the normal quiet room. The breakfast staff was very friendly. Free Wi-Fi. Very good quality/price ratio.

A star for the location, otherwise a run-down hotel with patio rooms. Night game of young Englishmen. No sleep possible. Never again!

Less than 5 minutes walk from the metro and train station of Victoria (Central terminus for shuttle trains from several London airports) is undoubtedly one of the best solutions around. Don't expect the gold faucets, Spartan bathroom at the limit of claustrophobia and carpet as if there were no tomorrow) but for a weekend, even longer, is more than enough and has everything you need.

This is quite possibly, the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.
I am a retired soldier so I have slept in some pretty uncomfortable situations. This place beats them all!

It's a nice and clean hotel, with daily cleaning. The location is perfect, 5 min walk to Victoria Station. The staff is helpful and always smiling

The location is perfect. Just a few minutes walking from Victoria Station. There is no lift in the hotel so it is problem for people with poor mobility. Hotel is all right for one or two nights in London. Do not expect a luxury. There are no tea, coffee facilities, no toiletries in the bathroom, water in shower was cold at night. But general, it is a clean hotel and reception staff were very nice. Very quiet at night. We slept really well. There is full english breakfast served in the dining room. I cannot complaint about anything.

Rooms small and had leaky plumbing first time around but they then moved us to a smaller room, then to a larger one. Only one working outlet and poor circulation but a good location for the place, very helpful staff, and free breakfast in the morning. Cheap, in a mostly good way.

The location of the hotel is the best, the hotel seems very old, not dirty but it doesn't seem all comfortable that it should. In my opinion it is very expensive for what it is.

I stayed here with my wife for one night prior to catching a coach the following morning at five oclock from victoria. We didn't get any sleep at all due to the party going on in the room below us with all the people spilling out on to the balcony. When I conplained to the guy at reception he managed to tear himself away from his computer game to tell me there was nothing he could do about lt. He obviosly couldn't care less about the other guests. The night we were there was 9_7_2014. We wont be back. David Thomas. Wales.

Staff is friendly and location is ideal for tourists. First time I came here 3 years a go and I have tried many hotels, but always I comeback here. Brekfast is so good and rooms are clean. Old building, many stairs, but beside that I wormly regommend all you to come here if you want clean, worm, friendly atmosphere. Location is also the best, Victoria station is 300m away (about). In windows there is a great weaw to london's landmarks. Little expensive, but I have'nt regret never coming here, and probably I will come here every time i'm in London! I've stayed there twice, reason — great location and low price. The room wasn't dirty, but hard to say "clean". Bathroom was ok, comparing to others B&B I've seen. Deposit for an iron £5, but not always you can get it. Stuff — only one man was quite orientated, I talked to at least 3 people there, and each time there was some problem. I was afraid of going to reception when old boss was sitting there, not helpfull at all. Breakfast poor and served only 1h (7.30-8.30). This place is good for singles and couples with no children and big luggage (no elevator and 3 floors), just to stay the night.

Great location, friendly staff most of the time. Have stayed here 3 times now, payed 220 pounds for three nights. Of course you get what you pay for. — But at this place at least it's clean, central, close to a big station.
