Great location. Friendly staff. Room a little small for price but clean and no issues for me in coming back. Great for a weekend stay.

It is a very decent hotel. Breakfast is good and the hotel room is generally clean. Recommendable for a few days stay but not for a holiday trip.

Quiet. Roomy. Comfortable beds. Breakfast ok. Helpful staff. Central to underground and bus terminal so can get out to wherever you want easily. Some good food options in the immediate area.

Great location clean comfortable good choice of breakfast brilliant check in staff room a little small but everything that you need bathroom small but lovely and clean definitely stay again if room had been bigger would have gave 5 stars.

Room is clean and presented nicely. Breakfast is adequate. Only improvement would have been a few more tea bags in the room. Only offering 2 is silly.

Ideal location for an city trip. We had a very small room, but for our purposes of was fine. Breakfast was good.

Extremely poor service at check in. My room was booked through my employer and I wasn't aware that Best Western require a credit card on arrival to check in. I also didn't see this listed on any of the information on their website. The front desk staff who checked me in demanded a credit card or £50 in cash which I didn't have on me. I was staying for one night, arrived at 10:30pm and would be leaving at 8:30am the next morning. Eventually after 10 minutes of arguing another staff member came to my aid, called the manager on duty and explained the situation. The manager told them to check me in and hand me my key. I'm unsure why the first person I dealt with couldn't do this. Extremely poor customer service. No apology at all.

The room was very small but the rooms were very nice and the breakfast was very good, but it was very clean and the staff were very friendly and very helpful. Allow you to leave your luggage in the depot, so that you can start to turn the city from the very central location but very well connected, 5 minutes walk from the Metro and along the street shops of all kinds.

Fast Check-in & Check-out, uncomplicated, friendly. Room a bit dusty, used, smelling. Good bed. Silent. Continental breakfast.

Great location, good value for money and the hotel is all modern throughout… the room I stayed in was a bit small and crammed but ok for 1-2 night stay. The breakfast selection is quite good for a continental type.

For the price I was expecting less, modern rooms with comfortable beds, 24hr bar with £5 double spirit drinks… bargain. Good location for transport links too. Friendly staff.

Arrived at 2AM, someone left a window open in the room which was freezing. The heating system wasn't working properly. No apologies received for the inconvenience! The person who did the check in said he wasn't charging me but he did charge 0.01£ which is nothing but it's not fair at all! Asked for extra pillows, the man couldn't find any pillowcase within 10 minutes. Went sleeping at 3.30AM in a freezing room! Asked if it was possible to change it and the answer was NO without any apology! The Wi-Fi didn't work.

Very good hotel, a 10 minute walk from Hammersmith Metro station. Economy class.

Good location only 300 m from the metro (zone Picadilly Line, Hammersmith and City line, District Line and Circle Line Line), very kind, helpful and efficient personnel, clean room and bathroom, comfortable bed, good continental breakfast, and very fair price considering the good location. The presence of many retailers, pubs and restaurants in the immediate vicinity is an asset. I will certainly consider this hotel for our next trip to London.

Rooms, service and breakfast were fine.

The attention was correct but the facilities leave a lot to be desired, the worst that the heating they put from reception and in the middle of winter you heat handles, you can not regulate and they pass everything.

It's a shame that the rooms are as small, otherwise for the rest it's just what it takes for a weekend in London. With everything you need on the spot! Transport, cafeteria, restaurant, pub, junk food, Primark…

Nice staff nice hotel. Rooms were smaller than I expected but they were also really nicely decorated. A lovely bathroom with a great shower.

There were leaks in the hallway. You could water damage in my room. But overall very pleased with staff and amenities.

I stay at a fair amount of BW's in Southern California. Not the best hotels but OK for a one to two day business trip. The people at the Seraphin were very nice and helpful but the rooms were awful. They were extremely small, smelled and were very loud. The manager gave us the option to stay in one of four rooms and they were the same or worse. I'll never stay here again.

Im not one for writing reviews but I felt I had to with this hotel. After having a poor experience with a previous Best western in Paris I was received a gift voucher which I decided to use in the London hotel. I had booked the hotel weeks in advance, directly through Best Westerns call centre, but never got a confirmation email until the day before my trip despite ringing 3 times asking for it. I told the Best western representative I wanted to use my gift voucher and was told it would cover the full cost of my stay. However when I arrived at the hotel they had charged my credit card and said they knew nothing about a gift voucher despite it being written on the confirmation receipt they showed me. The man at the desk also charged me more than the rate I was quoted and only partly refunded me, when I told him I never agreed to that price and never received anything to say otherwise. Instead of dealing with the problem he tried wiping his hands of it and told use to ring customer service We then went to the room to find that the pillows where covered in stains and what can only be described as snot. We then got "upgraded" to a room that was even smaller and had no windows just a dusty skylight. I then rang the customer service branch in England who told me they could do nothing for me, despite the fact it was an English hotel, so I rang a Milan customer service Branch who told me they would refund me the money I had to pay.

Very friendly and nice staff. Breakfast was absolutely ok as well. Unfortunately it seemed like the room was only cleaned to a minimum. There was a lot of dust and even trash was left behind. Too bad as the hotel otherwise was really fine. Location was great as well. Loads of food options around.

Rooms are really nice if not on the small side. That's London I suppose though. Shower is really good one of those rainfall ones. Breakfast was good though hot food is extra. Location is right next to the tube.

Clean, moderate price, breakfast good, close to the metro. By putting a paste would be the sink tiny some of the rooms.

The room was really very good, one of the best things q has is the location, very nice neighborhood with restaurants next to be able to dine.

Nice hotel, well furbished but bar was closed due to no licence and wouldn't even serve soft drinks or water.

Everything turned out better than expected, parking was poorly represented but for London it is to be expected. All in all its was a great stay.

Small room with only a skylight and no natural ventilation, otherwise fine. Location is OK, a few hundred metres from tube station. Breakfast was good and staff helpful.

Booked at Best Western Seraphine for an overnight after a show at the Hammersmith Appolo. Triple room allocated right next to bar/breakfast room, but no noise or disturbance from location. Room clean, with good bathroom and comfy beds. Good Continental Breakfast and good value.
