Always check London apartments amenities before booking. They do not have air conditioning, it’s extremely hot and they only provide little fans that still blow out hot air. Apartment is actually like the pictures of you are staying for the winter or cooler times then no problem but extremely hot for the summer.

Excellent stay. I have been there for 6 weeks and overall experience was awesome. Very helpful and friendly staff, especially Donata. She was always available for any help and provided her guidance to roam around in london. Rooms were very spacious and with all facilities. I really enjoyed my time in SACO apartments.

I booked this apartment for a one night in London to attend an event and following the great stay I had in Bristol with SACO a few weeks ago, thought it worth looking at available self-catering with SACO again. There is a DLR stop nearby but we had got off a bit early. We found Trinity Tower, but it wasn't well signed on the outside and it was only by chance, I saw the SACO logo and then a Trinity sign well inside the building. The staff were great, courteous and efficient and the room was superb except for the condition of the knives which were blunt and little use. The bed was comfortable and I was delighted to find a welcome pack on arrival with the all important pint of milk in the fridge waiting for us, which is a lovely gesture. I would certainly look at booking with SACO again either here or another one of their properties.

Excellent receptionists, very helpful and thoughtful. Rooms are spacious and well furnished. Room service is also brilliant. Overall very nice experience. Only drawback is poor Wi-Fi.

Great location, easy access to the city center. Everyhing you need you find in the apartment. Enough internet speed. Iron in the apartment, kitchen well equipped. If you fly to the City London Airport — it is only 20 minutes to get there.

The location of the hotel was within the vicinity of the place where I'm working and to the underground station. The place is peaceful and quiet which gives you a more relaxing ambiance. The receptionists were accommodating to my needs and are very hospitable. The quality of the rooms, toilet, sheets, cabinets, kitchen and everything are commendable and was beyond my expectations. Overall, my stay was a good one and would recommend this to travelers most especially the ones that are travelling in a group/family.

We enjoyed staying at the Trinity Tower (we stayed in East Tower) as it was so close to our friends apartment yet we were able to have some privacy during the visit. Overall the apartment was clean and convenient to use. However the bed was not very comfortable and we were glad we didn't have to stay more than 3 nights. So as we mainly stayed there for the overnight option and didn't really need the kitchen area, it was a bit of a let down. Also the Wi-Fi was very unstable — we had to continuously re-start the mobile device (think it would last about 30 mins then it would switch off and had to be rebooted. Again since we were not there for longer periods of time it was manageable but if you were to stay for longer period of time, I could imagine that would be a thing to really get annoyed by. But we would most definitely consider staying again if/when we go back to visit our friends if it was only for a shorter period of time.

It was wonderful staying at Saco, the service provided by the staff and their responsiveness amazed me throughout my stay. I would definitely prefer staying at Saco next time I come to London.
