This is the second time I stay here, single traveller for business, so was booked before. The hotel is extremely noisy. Last week my room was back to the main road and noise of car traffic and drunken people and this time loud staff just chatting outside my room at 11.30 pm. I have told them to quit down and nothing. day receptionist very pleasant lady and evening receptionist ignorant and rude Asian guy. breakfast is basic but its ok for the price last time my room was extremely clean and was a good bed to sleep in but this time, toilet wasn't clean and mattress awful and they basically don't care! because they get booked up by tourists anyway! as the price is attractive.

Ridiculous size rooms. The carpeting housed dirt. Beds with spring mattresses dice of Yes, and the worst of all was the deal received by the young man at the front desk. I don't recommend it at all.

Nice hotel. I came to attend a client and I like everything here. Cleaning and space… I will be back and recommend this hotel.

At our arrival (22h), no one at the reception, fortunately a customer opened us otherwise we would have waited 20 minutes outside.
The room is correct, the bathroom small, you could not completely close the door.
Very disappointed with the breakfast, quite minimalist. Good thing the cook was lovely.

Quiet hotel located about 15 minutes from Hammersmith underground. The hotel is clean and the staff were friendly. Only problem is that if it's hot outside the lack of air-con is a problem. There was a fan in the room but it wasn't very useful, window open all day. Good room for 3-4 nights, anything longer and I would possibly consider somewhere else.

Clean and spacious room, lacks the possibility of having a small closet. Nice and friendly staff English Breakfast. Good location.

If u think their room is small, try looking into their 1.2m depth ensuite toilet. The room doors and the toilet doors also do not close properly. When u shower, the water takes a very long time to flow away, so very often, u are constantly showering with half your feet under water. Staff are friendly and the continental breakfast is pretty decent. That's why I given 3 stars instead of 2. They should also work on their hygiene education for their staff. We came back to our hotel room one day and found the pillow that my daughter brought with her, on the floor next to our plastic bag of soil socks. Then, on another occasion, we saw bedroom slippers, apparently left by customers, being placed on the breakfast table by the staff, when they cleared out the rooms after customers checked out. It is ok to recycle these things but putting them on the breakfast table? Both incidences are unacceptable. At best, this can only be a b&b guesthouse and not a hotel. Saba hotel… u are not quite there yet.

I've just been x 4gg with the family. Tiny quadruple room, no closet to place or store qse, small bathroom and alas not really clean. Downstairs room facing the main road and then noisy all night. Breakfast enough.

Quality for the money you pay, there is 3 of us staying in a triple room, the Wi-Fi is very strong and we are on the top floor! Highly recommended.

Three days after my stay I realised I had left my work diary in the room. I called the hotel and after describing it was told by the receptionist she would post it to me. I received it the next day. Great service. Thank you very much.

Price and service are good. Room is clean and nice. Location is very practical. In a few minutes walking you get to Hammersmith Underground station. Nevertheless the room is loud at night, since the traffic light in front of the hotel might peep every time it turns green. Firefighters and ambulances might pass 24/7 in front of the window since the fire department is near by. Breakfast is ok, nevertheless missing fruit, which you can get in the supermarkets nearby.

Rooms and breakfast are a real bargain for the price. Especially in this location. You can walk to Hammersmith station, take the Piccadilly line and be in the city or at Heathrow in no time. The beds are quite narrow and not the best quality, so if you are looking for really comfortable sleep you will probably have to spend more and look somewhere else.

The rooms are small but they are very nice and clean. The staff is very attentive.

I don't give him five stars for lack of elevator. Breakfast should have more variety. Otherwise it's fine. Desir that I am a worker, not a tourist.

For a few days in London, it's enough.
But eig is the one cheekiness you expect people to do. I was in the period of 23. There until October 26. One was greeted normally and our room was located across the street at the very top of the attic. The bathroom was covered with mold, the amatures almost fell off. Worst of all, the door lock was defective in the bathroom and I couldn't get out of the bathroom for the time being, as the latch had settled in front of the door. My friend rushed to the front desk and 45 minutes passed until I got out of the bath again. After this horror, we got a new (better) room. But again, I wouldn't enter this hotel.
For breakfast, I can say that would certainly be good for the English. For guests from Germany, on the other hand, something would be missing and although there was mostly only toast with scrambled eggs and beans either. Drinks such as tea, coffee, juices, etc. Goods are present.

Good value considering you get a basic breakfast and cozy room for not a lot. Not your typical London hotel, but very good if you're looking for a cheap night :)

Cheap hotel in a good and quiet area in London clean rooms, basic continental breakfast, slow Wi-Fi connection if you stay on the upper floor room.

Good location but noisy and poor breakfasts. Alarm constantly went off. Felt a bit disorganised.

Very loud. If you are from out of town expect this to drive you crazy. Also if you are long legged be prepare for your knees to poke out of the bathrooms when on the loo. If you are after a cheap night in London this did feel safe. Oh and if the person serving you says you are at 85 building don't worry it's only 5 or so buildings down.

I loved my stay here! The room is clean and pretty, and the bathroom is the best I ever had during a london trip. Yes it's small, but ideal if you only need it to sleep — the tube is five minutes away, the neighbourhood is lively and busy, and the staff is very helpful and friendly. Will come again, and I strongly recommend it.

Although the neighborhood and the building are beautiful, our room was very small (there was not even a chair) and just measured 2.5 x 3 meters. Give you the password for the Wifi but it drops constantly. Is about more to a guest house or pension although advertised as a hotel.

Sign out front says open 24 hours, but this is not true. We checked out and put our bags in the office to get later (after a day of sight seeing). After asking an apathetic worker both the night before and when we left our bags if someone would be there at 9pm for us to retrieve our bags, he said yes. We returned at 9pm to get our bags and could not get back into the hotel and it was rather chilly out. We called and knocked for 30 minutes and could see that no one was in the office. We finally called a partnering hotel and they sent the guy over to get our bags. He had to crawl through the window at the counter into the office and unlock the door. He didn't even apologize for telling us someone would be there at 9pm! We asked him to help by driving us to the bus station or paying for a taxi since we didn't have time for the tube anymore but he said he couldn't. His excuse for our bag situation was he said they usually don't keep bags after 7pm, but yet he told us twice that we could keep our bags there until 9pm! What if someone had an emergency and there is no one at customer service to talk to and no emergency number to call posted? Worst of all I have emailed them twice about the situation and have heard nothing back! Otherwise we liked this hotel and I would have given it a good review. We enjoyed the breakfast (scrambled eggs and toast etc) and our room was clean.

Good hotel just for the night. The room for 3 people are too small, search over or consider to take 2 rooms. Service is good and the hotel is located at 10mins from Hammersmith station by walk or one stop by bus.

Good place if you need a place to stay and don't want to stay in your room too long. Room has everything you need, is clean, and staff is very friendly and helpful. I went to London alone and was happy there was a place that has rooms for one person so you don't pay for two :)

Perfect Hotel if you want to spend little time in. Service was lovely. Breakfast is pretty basic but everything was delicious. Everything was clean and neat as they worked hard to make you feel like to where at home. It's really well located as there's a bus station and a supermarket near the hotel.

Excellent room, comfortable, clean and very well equipped. En-suite shower room adequate size and for the price you get plenty of room and amenities, if stairs are a problem then mention this. My room was on the 3rd floor… fantastic view made up for the effort!

We were 4 girls in a room for five days, and everything was great. Very clean, the lady who served breakfast very friendly and the guys at reception Super friendly.

Nearly hundred pounds a night for basically a box room with a double bed in. Breakfast was very basic and cooked option was simple scrambled (powered) egg on a toast. This is a B&B come hotel that's designed to fleece tourists. My company booked this for me and since removed if from our books as overpriced and poor value for money. Premier inn up the road, around same price and 19 times better! I'm not sure where the 5 star reviewers were staying, but can only imagine they're used to keeping in cardboard boxes under a flyover is it was here.

This is the tiniest room I have ever had… Actually, just a tomb… Since I only need to sleep I'm here, it can endure. Am as an individual in a 1-bed room… 3 mtr x 1.50 mtr.

Seriously disappointed in the Saba Hotel London. The Wi-Fi didn't work in our room, the "double" room we had barely fit the bed in it, we had to use the kettle on the floor as there was no space for a table near a power point (after having filled the kettle up with our cups because the sink was too small) and we were charged £80 for the night — a huge over charge for a cupboard sized room. What made it worse was I have now tried to contact the hotel with feedback and have been completely ignored. I would strongly advise anyone against staying here in the future, because although everyone pays the same price for a room, it's a lucky dip as to whether you get a room worth it or not.

A typical touristrap with a very arrogant owner who acts like he is the owner of the Hilton hotels. After many complaints we FINALY got another room after finding many fleas in the bed! The breakfast doesnt deserve the name breakfast. This is the perfect place to make tourists decide never to come to London anymore. Talked, not willingly, to the owner (who pops up absolutly everywhere). About his plans to rules the world with a chain of hotels. Not one minute he realise how foolish and arrogant he sounds. Never again. Stay away from this place.

Stayed there May 19th 2015. We was right on the top floor in the converted attic. Room extremley small and bed so uncomfortable. Hotel is clean. Not many staff spoke English. Owner was friendly.

I had a week stay in London and chose this hotel based on the price &, honestly, wasn't expecting much but I was proven wrong. This hotel is easily accessible by the Sheperd's Bush/Overground stations to the North and the Hammersmith station to the South, each about a 10 minute walk from the hotel. Not to mention the several buses that pass nearby. I had a Twin Room with 2 beds and although the room wasn't that big, it had a nice feel to it like if I was in my own bedroom. You have your own fridge and coffee maker, a small TV on the wall with about 70 or so channels, and access to fast Wi-Fi. The bathroom was nice even though it was small with the showers having really good water pressure. The only thing I would've liked to have was a nightstand to have someplace to put down my phone or wallet. At night, the room did start to get very warm with the heater but having the windows open helped so it wasn't totally a major problem. The room was kept very clean each day and the bed was great so it was easy to fall asleep. I didn't hear any of the other people in the hotel and although it's on a busy road, I didn't hear any of the traffic. They offer free breakfast everyday but it's rather simple. Scrambled eggs, beans, and toast. Some cereal, fruit salad, and yogurt. For drinks there's orange juice, water, milk, and coffee. Although the eggs and toast taste good, you'll be tired of it after the 2nd day.

I stayed at the Saba hotel in the mid of Feb until first week towards the March. Considering my first trip to London, I chose the hotel based on referral to me by a great friend who had been a guest at the hotel prior couple of times. Saba hotel comes with the proximity to the local amenities and a great connection to the Underground and Rail services, making it easily accessible even at late nights through well connected bus routes. I and a colleague arrived early in the morning, well exhausted and jet-lagged to the Hammersmith Underground station from where the hotel is literally 7 minutes walk away or a bus to the next first stop on shepherd bush road. The staff at the door greeted us with a warm welcome and knew we were arriving so a member of staff came forward and immediately took our bags, while a senior member of staff quickly assisted us and got us into our nice warm and cosy Ensuite rooms. The rooms were good size with details to individual things were clearly looked and designed with ample of space providing all the necessities for ones use. Our rooms were so quiet and peaceful over the night we had no trouble in sleeping or working throughout our stay, not to mention as these rooms were good sound insulated as we didn't even hear our neighbors as even though the hotel was busy.

Nice and cheap hotel close by the Hammersmith underground station, 30 minutes from Westminster. The Hotel allows 24h check-in so it was great for us as we arrived the first day at 1am. The room was not bad but the mattress was too soft so I woke-up with back ache. Breakfast was tasty but too simple (only toasts and scramble eggs).
