Nice friendly staff willing to help anyone who is unsure of where to go etc.

Great place to stay for the Ally Pally. Was full because of the Disturbed Evolution Concert. Price for London wasn't to bad. Didn't have to pay £4 extra for cooked breakfast as someone mentioned. Only thing I would say is a little dated with the décor but I've stayed in a lot worse. I'd give 7 out of 10.

Situated very close to The Broadway with good parking (although a little tight for larger vehicles), good choice of breakfast foods and polite staff to assist.

Bare minimal. Weird air con system. Worst day of my life to be honest. Needs improving, but so did the whole area.

Excellent accommodation and breakfast. Near transportation and stores.

Very nice and comfortable three stars hotel at reasonable prices. The hotel Staff welcomed me very warmly and kindly. If I needed help for orienting me in London, they were more than. Happy to help me. Open day and night with a person always at your disposal. I strongly recommend this hotel to whoever look for a quiet and comfortable place surrounded by an amazing touch of green as a safe haven to relax after a stressful day spent to sightseeing a huge and crowded city such as London.

Terrible. Scammed us out of £129. Nothing like advertised. They advertised parking, which was a couple spaces round the back of the building, where there was rubbish in the road (and a propped up mattress). The guy at the main desk just frowned at us the whole time and couldn’t give us any proper information about the ‘pre-authorisation’ amount that they didn’t return to the bank.

Lovely breakfast, clean room. Bathroom was brand-new. Night staff at reception was a great laugh and very good at his job.

The night receptionist was great! Brought us a plate of food in the middle of the night because he knew we were hungry and nothing was open at that time! He did not have to do that… absolutely adorable! Unfortunately, he was not at the reception at check out I wanted to say a big thanks and give him a tip! Was SOO surprised how kind he was :)

Very nice, good central location, perfect if attending a gig in the ally pally! Spoons near by too.

Who cares about the rooms? At breakfast you get to meet the most beautiful young lady I have “EVER” seen. Long dark hair and pale young beautiful skin, flawless smile. Great service very professional. Thanks Monica. I’d stay there everyday. That’s how I like my eggs Not forgetting the other lady who works every day she is very nice to. The rooms are okay really. You have tea, coffee, hair dryer, iron, TV separate bathroom just out side the door. I can’t fault this place. For what you pay it’s great. Okay the parking sucks but your in London people it sucks everywhere you go. Just wish I could talk this much in the breakfast room on Thursday and Friday morning Will return in the future.

Given 4 stars as although it isn't particularly luxurious or entirely quiet a stay (the doors slam shut at all times of day and night), it was fairly cheap for a London hotel, the staff are always friendly, helpful and professional (and accommodating) and it's in a great location.

Clean bathroom but very small, rooms were also small. Breakfast was good.

OK, not worth the price. We were given a very small room. Breakfast was fine, but you had to wait for the food to be replenished. Clean.

Not good. Booked a room "with dining area and welcome drink on arrival" to find a cramped closet under the roof so small a person of normal length has to crouch to get into bed; also felt distinctly unclean. No drink upon arrival, had to pay extra to get another room. Constant noise from the back of the builing (24 hour restaurant air conditioning blowing under the window) and no attempt to address my concerns.

Really nice hotel at the top of Muswell Hill, small room but perfect for my needs. Iron and ironing board in room. Biscuit and a small chocolate! Good Wi-Fi. Lots of nice places to eat nearby. Only downside is tube is 20 minute walk away, but plenty of buses.

Continental breakfast included but £4.00 per person extra for cooked breakfast I would have thought would be included in the price Rooms clean. Booked large double. Bathroom so small had to sit on toilet to shave at basin. Stool in bedroom had dangerous loose leg.

Lovley little hotel in the heart of Muswell Hill. Great location. I stayed in the hight of summer and the room and were a bit on on the warm side but mobile airconditioning units are provided which help. Staff very helpful. Would stay here again.

My stay at the Review was comfortable, quiet and reasonably priced. I stayed in a good sized room with air-conditioning. The complementary breakfast was decent.

Laughable. Booked a family room with this hotel (no booking fee) paying cash on arrival. When taking a holding deposit off me which I was later told over the phone is essentially (non existent) because I didn't have the exact amount in my account at the time my booking was cancelled. I was told I had been sent emails to state this two days prior, again non existent! Not anywhere when booking this hotel does it state that this is their policy and the help I received in resolving a situation created by the hotel it's self was non existent, much like my stay there.

Very helpful staff but that's all positive things I can say. We stayed in most expensive family room. The room was very small and extremely cold and noisy due leaky windows. Lots of little things were in need of maintenance. I recommend to look around in neighborhood if for this price you can get something bigger and in better shape.

Nice rooms, very well designed. The breakfast is good and the staff is freindly. Good Wi-Fi. Though, there is no ac and in summer and the only way to cool down is leave the window open at night. Its really noisy on the street and leaving the window open makes it worse. Also, the bathroom/hallway are seperate from the bedroom, which means when you take a shower it gets really damp and clogged up in the bathroom because there is no ventilation system or window.

Excellent hotel and wonderful staff.

I recently stayed here for a couple of nights (in a single room) and have already booked to go back again. The hotel is a house converted into a hotel so the rooms are not your standard hotel rooms in size and shape but have a cosy homely feel. The bed was comfy and the room was ensuite. I like that fact is is fairly small, it means it's not as noisy or busy as most hotels I've stayed in in the past. The location is good, close to lots of local shops and restaurants and only a 5 min bus ride from the Tube (if you have a day travelcard use this for the bus too — I didn't realise that! ) but also fairly quiet as you aren't in central London or on a busy road. The staff are very friendly and helpful and I love the fact you get free Wi-Fi and a cooked breakfast too all for such a good price. I was very happy with my stay here and now will use it whenever I come back to London and would happily recommend it to friends and family.

I recently stayed here with my wife when I came to see my brother who lives in Crouch End. The hotel has pleasant staff, modern and clean rooms, and a real family feel to it. The owners looked after us, and the breakfast was sound. This is the second time we have stayed at the Roseview, but have also stayed at another hotel in the vicinity, which was not as nice as this one. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a quality hotel without paying over the odds, as also breakfast was included in the room price.
