Dirty, unfriendly service, tiny bathroom… cant it on toilet and close door. Otherwise, quiet location w bus and underground stops 5 minutes walking distance.

Tiny, not a proper bath, bad breakfast (the kitchen aid was completely overwhelmed) the sanitary products were a piece of soap, the room was dirty. All in all, I would give half a star, for having a roof over my head.

The central location and the only advantage of this hotel.

I found this hotel clean and tidy and reception very welcoming. Would certainly return.

Do. Not. Go. Here. Yes, it is old, in poor condition, but it could be clean. This is not the case. The room was very small, but the "ensuite bathroom" was even worse: you have a foot in the shower while seating on the toilets: that kind of small… It is not expensive, but it is definitely not good value for money… Find something £10-£20 higher in price and have a good night's sleep! Oh, BTW, the Wi-Fi was terrible…

One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed. Another guest was picking up his rent boy for the evening in reception when I arrived to check in. Ordered a double bed room got 2 single beds, got told breakfast was from 7.30 until 9.30 when checking in. Went down at 9.01 to be told it was only until 9 and wouldn't even let us have a coffee. Despite not even serving anyone else all morning. Rooms were like prison cells with caravan like toilets and shower. Avoid like the plague.

We played in the basement and we were three, I had to share a bed.

First night was £65 we asked for another night they wanted £125. When asked why the difference. They said it was because they where busy. Rooms are basic and poorly maintained.

Only interest of this hotel it is in Westminster otherwise dirty shower places filthy, Wi-Fi useless, personal not efficient and absent on our arrival, room with poorly cut carpet to avoid a blow on.

If we could have given 0 Stars or under that, we would have done so. We had book a bedroom for 2 and was given a room in the basement with very bad air conditions which resultet in having to open the windwos, which made the room very cold. Furthermore, the room was without bathroom or toilet — you had to share one with others on the 3rd floor — 4 floors above our room, which we were not informed about before checking in. To make matters worse those toilets did not work. The people in the reception were hard to talk with because they did not listen to the complains we made regarding the toilets. However, they were kind enough to upgrade our room for two nights, to another room with a bathroom and toilet for 20 pounds. However, when we flushed the toiletwater came out onto the floor, and taking into account the tiny bathroom, you could not avoid it. We therefore strongly advise people not to book rooms at this hotel, if you do not wish to have the same experience as us.

Wish I could rate 0 stars. Complete dive of a place. Extortionately expensive for a tiny box room with 3 beds squeezed in and the en-suite was basically a plastic floored cupboard where the toilet was practically under the shower head. We decided to check how clean the beds were and found a wet patch under the sheets on one which turned out to be urine. Immediately went to complain and got a full refund and got out of there as fast as we could. Cannot stress enough — do not stay here!

Very nice hotel with friendly staff and a great location in Victoria, not far from the Apollo theatre.

It is a clean and simple place, nothing fancy or cozy but to just get to sleep it is perfect.

Very small rooms smells abit too dirty walls and floors bathrooms very small. Beds are very poor not a good hotel at all but hoping to get money back and move to another hotel.

Very very basic and the room was extremely small. Ordered a room for our family with bathroom. Well the bathroom was so small (about the same size as an airline toilet) I had to have the door open to sit on the loo! Not clean at all, dirty cups in the room, dirty walls, more dust than in the desert and our queen bed was in fact 2 singles pushed together that moved apart… Springs in our backs and bedding did not fit. We actually slept in our clothes it was that bad. Shocking. Breakfast was interesting in the fact that it was toast and tea and then when others came in the room toast was taken from our table to give to others. Stay well clear.

Location was pretty good. Checking in and out was fast and easy, there was a complimentary breakfast but I didn't wake up in time so I can't comment on that. I had booked an en suite room with a double bed for me and my girlfriend. The room and bathroom were quite small, I'd say the bedroom was about 3m squared and the bathroom about 1.5m. It's cosy if you don't mind the small space. Overall I had a decent stay, I had everything I needed and nothing to complain about.

Very budget. Very small rooms and cleanliness leaves a lot to be deserved. Complementary breakfast is nothing but some bread and coffee. No lift which means you need to lift the luggage all the way. No service options of any kind.

I have never been to this place but I am just a cruel person.

Staff totally absent, the structure is in very poor condition, just a good location, but otherwise no value.

I think this is the best hotel in London. Everything is clean and the toilet is awesome. The attention we had was as better as they could give us.

Than at this hotel. Would give zero stars if allowed. Greeted by a confused and angry receptionist who did not understand the relevance of using a passport and credit card to check for a reservation. Was lectured on the importance of bringing a printout of the reservation, and told that my ID and credit card were insignificant if I didn't have my print out. Even though the reservation the receptionist held had my name on it, which matched my ID and credit card. By the time things were straightened out, charged an extra 10% for using my credit card, and was told breakfast was not included, these things were not stated on the online booking. Hotel room 9x9 with a ship bathroom. Mattress has buttons and springs poking out. The electronic key into the hotel didn't work. Was again lectured by the receptionist that we had done something to the card and unmagnetized it or we were not properly using it. Fire Alarm went off at 7:50 AM and after a few minutes of the alarm going off, left the hotel room and went outside and was then yelled at for leaving the room, because the alarm was sounded from "just burnt toast. " Not worth staying here.

This is my worst hotel experience ever. I booked through victoria station and I guess this is the only way they can get clients. People like me who pay before seeing the place. I never crossed any other guest during my 2night stay there. This place is so filty. I used my own clothes as towel and to lay my head on the pillow. I rwanted to move out first night but had only 1 day in Londay and was leaving at 6.00 am the next day. The review comments are very very accurate! wish my rating is zero really. The owner charges £5.00 extra fro paying with credit card! no fan, no phone, broken windows, filty! filty.
