I stayed here on 20th july, the hotel was nice as were the staff, but the hotel is in desperate need of maintenance work. One of my windows had gaps in the bottom and side, the guests in there before me had shoved empty biscuit wrappers and old parking tickets in the bottom gap, and I couldn't even work out how to open them (if they did at all! ) And one of the plug sockets (on the wall near the tv) was coming away from the wall. I was also very dismayed to learn that there was no form of air conditioning, not even a fan. I did overhear a member of staff telling another guest that "air conditioning was too expensive" which is fine, but if that's the case then you need to offer some kind of alternative, or at least have windows that open properly, as my room did get very hot. It hasn't put me off staying again, but these issues need addressing. I do have pictures if need be.

All perfect. Especially the price. Short walk to clubs, bars and restaurants.

Nice room for reasonably priced room. Staff were very welcoming and helpful for directions.
Stayed here for two nights as We had a concert on at alley pally which is 10min walk away, with all sorts of shops very close. The only fault I can pick up on was the room above had young children in which made loads of noise very early in the mornings… Which isn't the hotels fault… Maybe try to keep families on the first floor.

Lovely staff, room was perfect for what we needed. So close to ally pally and a short walk to restaurants and shops. Parking was a bit of a mission but finally found a spot. Would come back again.

My room didn't look like what you display on here! My shower was basically a pipe in the wall! The bed was like sleeping on the pavement and parking is awful. As for the stains on the carpet… upon arrivng around 22:00 we were met by a really unhelpful and blunt man behind the desk. Since there was no parking he told us to "park over there some where" waving his arms around like a madman. He then told us that our company hadn't payed him and demanded a photocopy of my companies credit card before we could proceed with the check in. In the end we payed for it with our own cash. I could go on but life is to short, my advice, stay in a Premier Inn.

Excellent breakfast, staff, nice and quiet throughout the day as working nights. Would give a 5 if shower was warmer and Wi-Fi better.

Expensive but worth the dollar.

Booked for my sister and mum (whom I did notify the staff she was 90), they were put in an adequate room on the 1St floor — oh — and there is no lift. View out of the window included some building materials on the sill outside. Breakfast was good, and for me to join them was not an expensive supplement. The Wi-Fi is great-if you stand in the lobby, by the right hand window — otherwise it's useless. Not much use for a business user. Makes the hotel feel out of date with such poor internet connectivity. As the only smart hotel in Muswell Hill they could try a little harder.

Negative: The single room was small but served a purpose. The room faced the main road, you can hear all the traffic. The internet provided is not Wi-Fi and you require a lead! Positive: Staff were helpful when asked and the room was clean, water hot. Overall a good stay with a good breakfast to finish off. And very reasonable.
