Not honest of them to sell a room too small for 3 persons. Toilet so small. Lift only can take one person with one big luggage. Room so hot like an oven that I hv to insist to get 2 mini fans n even with 2 fans it is still very hot in room. I immediately willing to lose one nite rate n paid n got out to book into Hilton next next door for a little more in price with double the size room n airconditioning. Was a nightmare.

Absolutely horrendous hotel please don't waste your hard earned cash staying here.

Given that I am 56 years old, and I have turned so many hotels, I never found an arrangement so loathsome. We had a room with horrible, small, in the basement, without windows, without even an air intake, a smells terrible of mold with a dehumidifier turned on 24 hours on 24 (even once locked to an excess of water in the bin! a real prison. The carpet was fine, full of stains and smelly. In the reservation we had requested a room on a high floor but on arrival at the reception of a certain George said that our request had not been considered because it is not written in English! And luckily, were just three words: "preferably top floor", just a simple translator that even the worst of the reception should know how to use let alone a structure that declares to accept special requests! However, finally, after our protests George has assured us that the morning after we would be given another room telling us to leave room in the suitcases closed to allow the passage of the hours 11, 00 in the morning.

Good service and clean rooms, it's quite hot.

Very clean, breakfast should be a bit more plentiful, but we didn't have to go hungry. Should not, please, be a negative statement either. Very friendly service.

Basic hotel. Handy to the Heathrow Express and Paddington Station, close to Hyde Park and fairly close to Buckingham. Room is the size of a small child's room. If you are alone and a twin bed it's better than a hostel, but there is a glass door on the bathroom door, so no privacy. I barely could squeeze in the tiny shower, and you better get the water temp right before you get in. Service was good and friendly. I would stay there alone if it was cheapest option and I was alone, but for 2 people it was cramped. Spend an extra 30 pounds and get double the room.

Excellent location steps away from Paddington Tube Station, great fish and chips restaurants, hotel is clean, staff is friendly and helpful rooms are small.

The room (3 beds) was very small and cramped, hardly any room for luggage, but clean. The bathroom had a walk-in shower, so accessible to disabled people. But… From the drains, it stank penetringly for sewage. The spartan breakfast wasn't worth its price. The staff were very friendly. Wi-Fi was free. All in all, the hotel is highly recommended for a weekend, especially as Hyde Park, Paddington Station, pubs and restaurants are within walking distance.

Not impressed. Booked a double room for my anniversary we got a triple (double and a single). Sounds great but the room you couldn't swing a cat in. There's a bag covering the fire alarm. When I questioned reception he said this room is better and the actual double room is smaller! In a house this would be the size of a small spare room! The kettle doesn't even go in the sink to fill?

We got a twin room on the 4th floor. It was extremely cold all the time, the windows were not airtight, so I guess that's the reason. We could hear the noise from the street, but that wasn't that annoying as the cold coming through the windows. The heating wasn't working either, so I had to put on a sweater to sleep. The worst thing was the bathroom! The door (made of pretty transparent glass) didn't fit its frame and there was no way to close it, it was just kind of loosely …hanging on its hinges. There was like a 2 cm gap between the door and the frame/ wall, so you could sit on a toilet, and wave to your friend sitting on a bed! That's just ridiculous. The reception simply told us that this is the design and that all rooms have the same door, so they can't do anything about that. It's okay if you're travelling alone, but if you're with a friend that's kind of problematic. The shower was ridiculous as well, there was no shower handle, just a shower nozzle installed on the ceiling. Water pressure wasn't good, and the water was cold. We had to wait for like 15 minutes to finally have hot water, and actually to turn the water on you had to walk in to the shower, so there was no option to let it flow until it becomes hot. The bathroom was super small, you couldn't even lean to wash your hands without bumping anything. We decided not to have breakfast, there's Starbucks nearby. The only good thing is the location.

Well, the restaurant advertised on the website doesn't exist. The fuse goes off repeatedly in the room. Broken bits lie on the floor (we are staying with a toddler…! ), the shower is a joke, no space at all in the shower room, the door to the loo/shower room doesn't shut (not even a handle nevermind a lock). Honestly! And one bedside table for 3 people! One of the bedside lamp doesn't work, it's not even plugged. And if only the receptionist spoke basic English…

Sent cancelled over a month before my arrival, but I was invoiced the full amount.

The place has amazing location. But the room we got was in the basement. It didn't have a window and the air was very humid, there was no ventilation in the bathroom. So it wasn't worth the money.

A nice little hotel that is good for short breaks and business trips. My room was a double room but it should have been a single. It had a double bed which was only accessible by one side as two sides were against walls. Despite he size it was a comfortable room that was clean and had a good sized shower cubicle in the bathroom. The staff were friendly and efficient. For the price I cannot fault it. If I were to stay in London again on business I would stay again.

Very clean hotel… little mole… The staff buys Smiles and apparently pays them very expensive should give a few extra smiles… Customers would feel more comfortable… it doesn't stand out a word in Italian… after all everything perfect.

We booked a room in the hotel, called them an hour before arrival, everything was fine. When we arrived it turned out they don’t have a room for us (apparently there was a power outage for the whole day — highly doubtful, they failed to inform us beforehand). We were transferred to another hotel, that did not meet our expectations. Unreliable hotel.

Service, especially the attitude really did not like. Soaps and shampoos were not. When communicating on the phone, even hung up.

Do not take the rooms subjected to the street, they are without openings outside and full of mold.

Small hotel in good location, close to paddington station. The elevator is pretty small, so only two persons can use it at the same time. The room was clean and had enough space for two. Staff was always very friendly. The only negative things were the windows, that are very old and do not completely close so there is always the noise of the street and a permanent breeze is coming through. In addition there was some mold in the bathroom that made the whole room smell. All in all it was ok for a 2 night stay.

Room smelt a little damp. Shower head kept falling off. However very clean and it didn't upset out stay. Great location.

DON'T LET THEM TRICK YOU! Booked a room through Agoda. When we went to check-in (3pm) they told us our room was under renovation and sent us to their sister hotel. I asked why I didn't get any emails, calls about it but the receptionist just kept insisting it was an unanticipated situation. So they didn't know the room won't be ready the evening before or even on the morning of my arrival? They only just found out state of the room 5 min before I got there? I'm certain they had always planned on sending us somewhere else. The room was never meant to be ready. This way they can continue making some money whilst under renovation.

Currently being renovated. Will be nice again soon for short term city tourists.

Nice location… good rooms.

It was ok. Rooms nice and clean. No air-conditioning in rooms though have fans. My room was located on the ground floor and had a large window which opened. Outside my room in the hallway it smelt of drains which wasn't that nice, though thankfully it didn't creep into my room. Other member of my partys room was downstairs in the basement. They had no windows in their room. So after having a shower there was no where for the steam to escape to, and above their room was the dining room so come 6am he could hear tables being dragged around for breakfast.

Good location, close to Paddington station and Hyde Park. Rooms are small, no air conditioning. Service is good. You can have breakfast there for a fee, but we went out for cheaper. There are several cafes that offer good breakfast.

The hotel staff were helpful and check in was fast. Rooms were good considering how cheap it is. Shower and bathroom door weren't the greatest and the tempature of the hotel was about 30 degrees so you sweat throughout the night.

The location is good, the rooms are clean and comfortable. Excellent value for money.

I have been left without room the first night having made the reservation and having cashed in before my arrival, I have been sent to another lower quality Hotel. I have charged the total of my stay without having been able to leave my suitcase. Too bad I don't advise anyone.

We stayed in the hotel for 3 nights. Overall the hotel looks nice and recently had a make-over. So our first impression was rather rather good. After entering, the guy at reception was very friendly and have us the key to our room. So far so good. When entering the room, it smelled like they attached the entire London sewer system directly to our room. But hey, we were on a holiday, so opened a window and thought it would go away when we came back to the room later on. Unfortunately it did not. When we came back the smell was even worse. So we went down to reception. The same friendly guy from before was sitting there and said if it did not go away, he would offer us a room in a different hotel. So we waited for an extra hour. As expected, the smell did not fade, so we came back to reception. The nice guy was gone and replaced by a new (excuses of a) receptionist. He had no nametag, but let's call him Dicky (first four letters to descibe him, last one to make it sound better). We told Dicky the situation and he just answered "Nothing I can do now". As the smell was extremely bad I offered him to come in and smell for himself. So he did. Unfortunately, Dicky's was connected to his friendlyness and in that matter non-existent. He said all was fine and we should not complain, maybe he would give us another room for the next day. As we were equally mad and tired, we went to bed anyway. After a few ours of stinking sleep we were awoken by a strange ticking sound.

Excellent location just a few minutes from Paddington Station and Lancaster Gate. Clean, new rooms, neat and spacious, lovely bathroom.
The only flaw the tiny sink (while the shower is really quite large)

Hotel comodo per la fermata Lancaster Gate. Prenotato tramite booking camera per 2 persone per 3 notti. Prezzo buono, pulito, ma camera piccolissima (2, 5x2, 5), bagno senza bidet e con misure di 1, 5x1, 5. Personale molto cortese e attento. Ascensore super piccolo. In 2 con valigie grandi non si entra. La stanza si affaccia sulla strada e durante la notte risulta un po' rumorosa. In camera non c'è aria condizionata e di notte il caldo è soffocante nonostante sia Maggio e fuori la temperatura sia di circa 18°.

Great location, it is really close to the Paddington Underground. Service is good, staff working in the hotel is helpful and cheerful. Walking distance to the Mayfair area is about 1.6 miles through Hyde Park. Will try to stay there next time as well.

I booked a triple room and when I arrived it wasn't available! So that was problem number one, I then foolishly agreed and accepted 2 double rooms baring in mind I was the only adult and with 2 children aged 5 and 14… There was no heating in one room none of the staff knew how to work it! It was freezing cold the window wasn't closed fully and would shake and could see 1cm of daylight through the opening. So after I made a fuss I was offered a small double room in the basement and would have meant my 14 year on the 5th floor I declined as I wasn't happy with the situation… I asked for a refund which they declined… So after having the worst nights sleep ever sharing 1 small double room with 2 children and myself in one bed, I took a shower which should be straight forward but the light kept going out seriously it was horrendous another guest reported a toilet not flushing and they wouldn't deal with that either Do Not stay here I will most certainly not be returning to this sham of a hotel, robbing, lying, people who won't even let you speak to the manager.

I live in London but stayed at the Prince William Hotel for its convenience and location. It's located within 5 mins walking distance to either Paddington or Lancaster gate station which made it very easy to travel from and to. The room itself was very modern, looked great (looked like it had just been refurbished) and was very clean given the price I paid for it. I got a double room and it had all the standard fixtures and Fittings — proper bathroom and toiletries, double bed (actually 2 singles put together), TV, tea and coffee etc. I noticed a toilet in the hallway so presumably some rooms come with a shared toilet as opposed to an ensuite. Unfortunately the bed itself was pretty terrible — really firm and you could hear the springs even though the bed looked almost new I suspect it was of very cheap quality. There were also some really hard spotsat the end of the bed as if there were rocks underneath! The view from the window was bad since we were in a basement room, but this didn't bother me — worth mentioned though. Breakfast was included in the room price. It was a pretty basic continental breakfast but given the price I was fine with it. All things considered, it was a good stay for just over £50 and that during my searches I saw a lot worse for a lot more money.

Rooms were okay. The light sensor was rubbish! Who on earth would put a sensor on for 10 seconds! It's so annoying when your in the shower. The window in the room would shake all night long. You could hear everything. Would not stay again. The only good thing was the morning staff not the evening one! Hope no one else has the experience we have had.

First room was on the basement, very moisty with no light and very bad smell.
Second room was on the first floor with no space at all in the bathroom and the cleaning lady did not change the sheets!

Very small room, then… we were robbed and the hotel did not take responsibility… do not come. Do not feed this deplorable behavior, disrespect.

Am very pleased with price and location. Staff are very helpful. We stayed 5 nights. Room is clean and spacious enough though lack a table. Bathroom is clean and spacious for 2 to shower together. Free Wi-Fi. Read that it was recently refurbished and they did a great job. Would stay here again and would gladly recommend to friends.

Very nice hotel for the price. The rooms were small but clean, the staff were helpful and polite, and the location was perfect. I would stay here again.

The workings are sooo noisy! And alotugh it was kind of expensive and the breakfast was bed. I hope it will be better after the recoverings! Before that it's only **.

Impeccable service, a kindness and a warmness to remain open-mouthed. The service has an excellent value for money, as much as cheap is located in an area more than central, so as not to create problems travelling shops to try. Recommended at 100%.

Room is so small and no comfortable bedroom chair — just 2 wooden straight back wooden chairs. Bed was not comfortable! Breakfast consist of toast, coffee, juice, flakes but no piece of protein! Toilet on 3rd floor not flushing and nothing's done after report! Terrible experience.

Only 5 minutes was enough to leave the hotel and look for another one. Was terrible, awful, dirty, nusty, ugly. Maybe in three or four days I put the video we recorder of the horrible room and you can see it by you. Tube.

ONLY 5 MINUTES WERE ENOUGH TO LEAVE THE HOTEL AND GO IN SEARCH OF ANOTHER. It was horrible, dirty, broken and stained mattresses, curtains black dirt. The worst experience I've never tenidon!
