Very kind staff. My key stopped working few times and the kettle kept tripping the fuse. I had to change a room. Nice and modern interior inside. Housekeeping doesn't speak a word in English. Regardless, I had enjoyable stay there.

Comfortable stay, very accommodating staff. Nothing was too much trouble and we managed to switch our room to a bigger one at the last minute with no issues. Right next to Tottenham Hale underground station and a large retail park. Great location and great prices. Will be back whenever we are next visiting London.

One of the best hotels I have lived in London for reasonable price. Extremely helpful and nice staff.

I will not be staying here again. To start with the car park is 1 mile away from the hotel and they have to give you a map to find it. Not great when you’ve got baggage. Ended up going elsewhere for food as I was so far from the hotel after parking. Returned to the hotel at 9.55pm wanting a drink and was told the bar was now shut. Bedrooms are nice but only one towel available. Key card needed for every door, even the toilet in the restaurant. I stay at lots of hotels and apart from the rooms been recently redecorated I would find no reason to book here again. Disappointing all round and only good if you don’t have a car, don’t want a drink and are happy to use one towel between however many guests.

Nice comfortable Premier Inn experience. Nice bed. Didn't mind when we got pizza delivered to the hotel at 1am.

This was our second stay. Both times we can't fault this hotel. Everywhere is clean, quiet and comfortable, and the staff are very friendly. Our son lives nearby, we are helping to renovate his house, so will be back. This place is always our first choice, and the price is usually very competitive.

Very comfortable and clean! Close to an overground and subway service on the Victoria line, and a bus station so it is easily accessible. The breakfast and meal deal was also very practical and appreciated it. The staff were always very nice and helpful.

Perfect for our aspirations, economical, attentive staff, spacious and quiet rooms a few meters from the transport, as they are the Metro the bus station and the national train network in the same place at about 200 meters from the hotel. Would definitely go back.

Have stayed a couple of times and it's been great. Simple system to check in. Nice, clean standard size room. There is also a bar and restaurant with a good range as well as hot buffet breakfast in the morning too.

I had a very enjoyable stay at the Premier Inn Tottenham. The rooms are big, the bed is big and comfy and with free Wi-Fi that was a bonus. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The hotel is situated a three minute walk from Tottenham underground/train station and bus station is transport to central London is plenty. It is also next door to a retail park so if you needed and shopping done, it's at your doorstep, there are food shops at your door step too, so you won't go hungry. I would recommend the Premier Inn Tottenham and I would definitely stay there again.

Nice hotel, new build, good location for transport links. Restaurant medium expensive but very convenient and food is good. Very polite and helpful desk staff. Rooms are a good size, nice layout (if minimal; very short on drawers and storage space, no desk, no phone etc) and the beds are comfortable. Good sized bathroom, good showerhead above a tub, good water pressure and temperature. Housekeeping service is surprisingly awful; daily battle to get room made up; sheets aren't changed if you can get them to show up, toilet paper was never refilled and remained empty for days, and trying to convince them to leave towels was maddening and a daily struggle. They would leave one small and one large towel at BEST, if they bothered to turn up at all, in a room occupied by two guests. I would have to go down to the front desk (the rooms have no phones so you can't call down) and request two more towels; the next day housekeeping (if they appeared) would remove FOUR towels, and once again leave TWO in their place — repeat daily. Desk staff happy and fast to resolve issues caused by lazy or incompetent housekeeping staff. Apart from terrible housekeeping experience, not a single complaint. Again, front desk staff is excellent and couldn't be more helpful, polite, and friendly.

Very good hotel for the price. Extremely clean and tidy. Very friendly staff. Well equipped room with very comfortable bed. Right next to the subway so trains and taxis readily available. Only reason for 4, rather than 5 stars is lack of parking. There are a few on street parking spots and, if you feel adventurous, there are various grassy bits just beyond the pavement where some people seem to park.

Very clean spacious room and bathroom. Small shopping area close by with great transport links close by. Provided a very relaxing weekend break for me.

This hotel is generally very good. It is clean and the staff are courteous and friendly. The food is of a 'chain ' hotel standard. The only drawback is that their car park is part of Hale Village which is about 10 minutes walk away and not too good for disabled people. The adjacent retail park has rats in the car park although we were assured that measures were in place to ensure that the hotel was rat free!

Convenient location as it's right next to the tube, the bus station, Tesco and a small shopping center. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Will go again.

New hotel from premier Inn, good location for the Tottenham area and close to tube, overground and bus services. Hotel is clean, good service, rooms are the same and good large screen TV's with most free view channels. Usual good beds and pillows!

"Well what have I got to tell u about that" (whilst reading this aloud to my girlfriend after having the worst nights sleep of ours lives) loud guests all night and had a police officer sit outside the room across from us for disruptive guests, we then proceeded to be able to get to sleep around 4:30am only to be awoken by loud drilling on a fire exit at 9:30am. Full refund and free breakfast courtesy of the manager who understood our complaint but would not be visiting again!

Nicely situated close to train station and the retail park provides a nice variety of shops to shop and places to eat. Only gripe is why only one towel (on all 4 days of staying) in a room with two adults — had to nick one off the cleaners trolley after coming back up from breakfast. Also, why would any person, unless a manky person, use a towel more than once? Also think that the bar prices are a wee bit high but suppose using London as an excuse is par for the course. And, lastly, tell the bar staff to stop throwing people's half drunk drinks away because they are out having a smoke AND because it's near the end of the staff's shift so they just want to get things cleared up and tidied away — more vigilance required here especially at the price for drinks.

It was a good hotel. It was also brand new with that new everything smell. The staff is very courteous and nice. I would recommend this hotel again.

I got excellent service from the staff, exceptional over the top service to assist out of courtesy and a nice friendly chat just when needed. Top marks.

Location close to the metro and train. Clean, good sized room. Nice staff. Downsides: no fridge or ice machine and no phone in room.

Very nice hotel. Staffs are nice. However, there was one staff (I think she is a manager (short black girl) She is very rude to customers. I and my relatives asked if we could store our baggages after checkout. She said "yeah but I got so many things to do" Then I just wondered if this was really the way to speak to Customers? So My 2 stars are for the quality of the hotel not the customer services.

Great low cost hotel. Close to tube station and links into central London. Staff were attentive and very friendly. Only reason I haven't given 5 stars was the parking situation. Was a shame that you had to pay to park approx. 10 minutes walk away from the hotel and there wasn't a drop off zone for luggage etc.

Staff were very helpful. Although there is no parking at location. They have an arrangement with a car park in a block of flats 10 minutes down the road. You have to walk back to the hotel after parking. Hope the weather is with you and your bags aren't heavy.

It was very neat and cosy hotel, 90% of the staff were nice and very helpful, the only "but" is that the air conditioning tripped off at night hence leaving the room too warm.

Very clean hotel, good conditioner, nice stuff, arround take aways and shoping places and close to London centre, will book again.
