Very friendly staff! Good restaurant good coffee. Unfortunately none of the toilets were working! Or so they said! could not work out where the staff were going. Must be using a bucket or two! this is very very poor they are serving up food and they must be aware of the health and safety responsibilities they have to the public and their own staff, where is your backup system! Premier Inn? if you don't have one you had better get one! Before the H S E come knocking on your door.

Decent quality, modern hotel with friendly staff. Prices aren't over the top, £20 for a bottle of prosecco. Haven't eaten here but food always smells good. Fantastic access to local shops, transport and nightlife. Right opposite an Odeon cinema and a Pure gym.

Excellent hotel with great location. Very clean room, good service, close to many bus lines and many shops. We had a dinner at the local restaurant and the food and service were also great.

Very good hotel. Clean and tidy. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely. Cooked our eggs to order. Shower was amazing.

Modern and cozy environment. Excellent daily cleaning. English Breakfast at the top.

Great room — one of the best Premier Inns I've stayed at. Parking is included in the nearby multi-story, but it's a bit of a trek if you have lots of luggage. You have to pay for time before 5:30pm on the day of arrival too, but it's reasonably cheap.

Terrible customer service, cleaning service a shambles. Love every other Premier inn we have ever stayed in, wouldnt board our dog in this hole.

The rooms look brand new, nice large rooms. Fairly good location but could be slightly closer to the station.

Very good new Premier Inn, close to places to eat. Car park is located nearby but not on site.

Very clean and comfortable inside. Friendly helpful staff. Only down side cannot access by a road.

Clean. Very good beds and pillows. Usually dont have people (staff) for helping and dont give a map because they have a machine for the check in or check out and you can entry to the hotel with your card I dont like that but the rest its ok.

Clean. Nice staff only fault is you can't open the windows.

Great hotel, close to supermarkets and a mall, comfortable bed and pillows for a good night sleep. It's usually 40min to Victoria by train, but there are frequent trains to Victoria and other central stations, so one does not feel restricted. Fairly good price considering its London. Very happy with the staff as well!

I and my wife always find premier inn rooms very comfortable, being 6' and 6'4 we particularly like the large comfy beds and sleep well. We had the meal deal and the food was good, not amazing but good value especially for London. On a negative note, the air con is a little noisy and probably did interfere with our sleep a little, but I guess thats the trouble with air con. The air con can perhaps be turned off, but whatever we tried it still made a humming sound.

Lovely rooms and great hotel staff that really want to help. Would have got 5 stars however the restaurant took over an hour to get one meal out which really let's the hotel down on a whole.

Very nice hotel, the lady who checked us in was very attentive. Fantastic location with so much choice of restaurants. Room we stayed in was pretty big, it was very nice and spacious. Would definitely come back here.

Situated just off the High St, this hotel is well situated for the town centre. The rooms are new and up to usual Premier Inn standard. Cleanliness is excellent, and bed comfy. Didn't eat at the provided restaurant so cannot comment on food and service. There are plenty of food places very close to hotel with it's central location should you wish to dine outside the hotel.

The Orpington Premier Inn is brand new and you can tell. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Shower worked well and there were plenty of tea bags which is always important. Check in was electronic which while not my favoured approach, worked. Parking was in the shopping centre and secure but not well signed as used for the hotel.
