Once again Premier Inn at its best, clean rooms all the bits work. Room service been and gone when you are not there and the front of house staff very polite. It was also cheaper than the others in the area. Aldgate East station a few steps away with a busy but relaxed atmosphere after dark. Well worth remembering this hotel.

Having bibles in the room is weird. Also the showers are fixed to the wall and there are no shaver sockets! The breakfast quality is variable with great bacon one day and hardly any the next. Focus on the basics of breakfast, showers and shaver points and less on the religion and you'll get more stars.

A exellent place to stay while in London. The staff and I mean all of the staff were the most pleasant people you could wish to meet. The breakfast was very good and something to look forward to. Thank you for a lovely stay.

This hotel is very good and is located in just 2 minutes to the bus and metro. The staff is very friendly and the rooms large. Breakfast is good and unitting.

I booked in here from Munich, given that I no longer live in London. It is a really nice place, just opposite "Whites", next to a pizzeria that serves stone baked pizza in the centre of the city, minutes away from London wall and Tower bridge. We travelled by bus to all places of interest from here cos I prefer the buses to tubes. The staff at the hotel cannot do enough to make their guests feel at home. They even lent me an adapter cos mine did not work. I will definitely book here again.

Value for money is right, point deduction for the (partly) rude and haphazard staff.

Spent 2 nights here with my partner and son. Couldn't fault the place. Rooms spacious and comfortable and in a perfect location, close to tourist spots such London Bridge, and plenty of bars and restaurants. The staff here were lovely. Couldn't do enough for us. Highly recommend.

Very good value for traveling with family. We have stayed two adults and two children for 7 nights. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very successful that there is soluble coffee (with and without caffeine) tea and all kinds of sugar and saccharin in the room as well as kettle. You miss more storage space (there is virtually no less than a mini closet where you can fit just the jackets in winter) when you travel for quite a few days.
The perfect location next to two metro stops from where you can easily get to any of London's points of interest. 10 minutes walk from Tower of London and London Bridge. Highly recommended.

Premier inn is one of London's hotel chains, offering rooms at very good prices. This is very close to a metro stop (Aldgate East). You can walk to the London Towers (10 minutes). Breakfast can be opted for about 10 pounds. The twin room can be perfectly accommodated three adult people.

I stayed a couple of nights in April 2015 and highly recommend it. Excellent location a few blocks from London Tower. Comfortable and friendly staff (Inclusive speak Spanish). The breakfast was very good.

WONDERFUL! Booked this room for a night out. Everything was spectacular. The room was fresh and clean. The view was perfect (Room 521) and the staff were so helpful and professional. The hotel has lots of close restaurants and amenities for that perfect night on the town. Lots of options for tourists if you want to see sights, with tower of London only a 15minute walk away. We were so impressed, we booked again for April for 2 more nights. Can't recommend enough!

Class hotel at a fair price. Rooms are equipped with a bathtub. Unfortunately, the windows cannot be opened. Breakfast is delicious and offers some choice.

Good Premier Inn in superb location. Rooms are good, standard Premier Inn. The breakfast, as usual, is phenomenal value especially for central London. Staff were generally excellent although they could be a bit more flexible on check in/payment arrangements. They would not take payment over the phone and you cannot log in to the Premier Inn website to pay if you booked via third party.

Overall I had a very good stay despite having a rotten cold. A couple of lifts were out of order but this was not a problem and I was never left waiting long for the single available lift. The staff were very friendly and polite. The room was clean and comfortable with excellent beds. The bathroom could do with a touch up here and there but it was clean and tidy. One major point I noticed was how slippy the bath was when standing for a shower. That's the only serious issue which needs addressing before someone slips and breaks their neck and sues the pants off premier Inn.

Great location and great hotel for kids. The rooms were spacious — even four of us in one bedroom. The bathroom was large and very clean. And the breakfast was inexpensive and convenient.

Great place. Very comfortable bed, clean and neat, great location. The only downside I can think of is that for a family room there is nothing like enough space for clothes. Oh for set of drawers. We got 6 hangers and I large drawer.

Beautiful spacious room. Lovely food and very good location. I was there on New Years holiday with my 8 yr old and a 9yr old. They absolutely loved it. :)

Really really impressed with this hotel. Had 3 visits in 4 months with me and my daughter. The level of helpfulness and friendliness from all of the staff is unsurpassed. Nothing too much trouble and more befitting of higher priced hotel. Rooms comfy, quiet, air conditioned and dark at night. Great nights sleep and a central location.

Great place to stay. Very close to the Aldgate East tube station. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly and check in /out process was quick! Would stay here again if I could.

If you're looking for a simple, purse-friendly place to enjoy your visit to London, you can never go wrong with a Premier Inn and the Aldgate location lived up to that promise. The welcome was warm, check-in was easy, the room was what we had paid for and fit a family of four easily with room to spare. We couldn't figure out how to make the maids not give us fresh towels everyday, but maybe because it was a slower time being in October, they just gave everyone fresh towels, no matter if we left it on the bathroom rack as instructed! The staff in the restaurant during breakfast were amazing. They were quick and efficient and for around $24.00 the entire family had a giant full-English that saw us well into lunch time. Close to the tube — a great tube, actually! Aldgate East is part of the Hammersmith Line and District Line which can get you pretty much anywhere in the city within 5-30 minutes. And the best thing about it — there are minimal stairs and no escalators — it's located higher up toward the ground level so even having to drag all our luggage to get to St. Pancras wasn't a problem. This is definitely the choice for us when we visit next time! — — Only down-side, we did run out of toilet paper by our last morning, which we could have called housekeeping for, but as we were leaving, didn't bother with. However, you'd think they would top it up each day since it is a single sheet dispenser and not a roll.

Great location, comfortable, spacious and very well kept bedroom and bathroom. Typical newer build Premier Inn. Delicious buffet breakfast in a nicely presented restaurant. Easy and friendly check-in. Well priced. Needless to say, I would stay again.

This great I have been on vacation and the services are very good and the workers very pleasant, this hotel is in the city a good district to visit also the breakfasts are very bn and the Wi-Fi also.

Faultless hotel! The room was modern and had everything you need, including a bath! The sound-proofing worked perfectly as I had a perfect night sleep. Very clean and well kept rooms. 5 stars all round!

New premier Inn. Good size room, comfy bed, breakfast was expensive and average, but could eat as much as you like. Lots of good places nearby, only a short walk to brick lane. Ideal if working in the area. Staff were friendly and I managed to get a iron and ironing board to my room with no issues. Has digital check in too, which made check in easy.

Just loved this place! Modern, clean, quick and easy to check in and out. The location was near some good food places (pizza! ) and there was a quirky statue outside our window. It was horses galloping in water and the water splashes and lights up to make it look as though they are running through it. Very huge windows and we had a very large room! Really great stay and I'd stay again!

Very good overall with good service and rooms. First try of the beds which are good but just slightly firm for me. Food good. Usual London parking issues made more problematic by local building work which means it just escapes a better score. Be better soon though. Good premier inn standard.

The worst breakfast service ever experienced at any premier Inn No cofee beans in the machine no orange Juice but no glasses either Twice in the queue waiting for eggs and sausages and they bring out 8 with at least 20 people queuing No one clearing table's All in all not a great start to the day Suggest they look at staffing to customer levels and expertise Saying we are busy is not an acceptable response Note to manager you are in London it's going to be busy.
