Did not like staying at this hotel for so many reasons! 1 as we found loads of cockroaches in the beds and in the bathroom! Can’t believe how discussing the rooms were had to buy my own cleaning products and clean the room and bathroom my self, my aunt has bite marks up her legs! Very unfriendly staff, the angry manager SWEARING at us when we told him how we did not like our stay! Cockroaches found even in out food! Very small rooms and couldn’t even open a window felt very claustrophobic! Rooms smell of sewers, Had to buy air freshener to try take the disgusting smell away! found it very hard to sleep as all u could hear was doors banging and people shouting all night, also found it very had to get a 7 month old baby to sleep in this disgraceful hotel! Got moved from a room with blood stained sheets to a room with no heating! DO NOT RECOMMEND! Also have videos to prove the cockroaches!

Dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in, my mum has bite marks up her legs from a cockroach infested room on the ground floor and 2nd floor, the manager was rude and not helpful, we paid £840 for 4 rooms while my sister was being operated on in. St. George’s hospital, I also had blood stained sheets and had to carry a baby in a pram down 4 flights of stairs (health & safety) after waiting nearly 25 minutes for a lift because one was broken! And having to leave my disabled nan in the room until this was fixed! As well as Broken heating in our room blowing cold air! I have never had a worse experience in all my life!
I have video evidence of cockroaches and a aggressive manager swearing and have saved these as proof.
He didn’t offer to help or solve the issue!
We are working on having this hotel shut down if this issue is not resolved and are already in contact with environmental health and citizens advice,

If you have engagements in tooting, this is the place for a stay. Short & long, they even offer monthly rental. Relatively small but clean rooms & value for money.

Nice hotel in Tooting! Bus to City Centre right in front of the building! Very quiet! The rooms are small, but clean. The staff is very friendly!

We stayed in this hotel last yeat, the rooms arent huge, but they have everything you need, and the staff are very friendly.
It's ideal for Wimbledon fortnight, you can get a bus from across the road, right up to the grounds. You can get breakfast too!

This is not a full service hotel. It is located next to St George's hospital and appears to host a lot of hospital staff and visitors in serviced apartments. The rooms are small and it is difficult to understand the pricing difference between rooms. In addition it is always cheaper to use an online agency rather than book direct. TV only has limited stations. Staff have more in common with hospital administrators than hospitality professionals. Heaven help you if you have paid for breakfast and the waitress has no record of it — I had a really rude encounter one morning.

Absolutely amazing for the price and right next to St. Georges Hospital and University where I needed to go. I got a small and compact room for only £30 a night and it was very clean and nicely arranged. Bathroom was very clean and the tube station is just a 5-7 minutes walk. Staff and receptionist were cooperative too. Overall would definitely recommend for someone who wants a cosy room. Great experience.

Clean but tight hotel in south London. Very friendly staff, to negotiate check in and out times. Good AC and plush towels. Breakfast is not included and is not well sorted for my taste. No Iron and fridge, but vending machines at lobby. No area to park at the entrance.

Modern rooms and great staff. I have had the pleasure of stayin here a few times and each time was a brilliant service and experience.

Clean. Comfortable bed which is always appreciated. Well appointed with all that was needed. No parking with hotel. Only on street outside. Would definitely use again.

Very nice, clean and quite. But, room area is a bit small. Otherwise, it's far better than others around it.

Lovely clean hotel, friendly staff. Very close to St Georges Hospital, convenient if loved ones are in hospital. 24 hr reception. Continental breakfast £5.99. No bar or restaurant at hotel. Tooting Broadway 6 mins walk from hotel. No parking but plenty on the main road (09:30 — 17:30 £20 after 17:30 free). Would definately stay here again.

Bad Hotel. Very clean rooms. Very poor bed. There's no room for the suitcase. Discouraged.

Comfortable rooms on the St George's Hospital' s site. Rooms are on the small side but clean and very quiet. Rooms and bathrooms seem recently redecorated. Breakfast is basic but good enough. No English style of cooked breakfast is available, although there are plenty of cafes in the vicinity that do that. Tooting Bec is the nearest tube station (Northern line) that will get you into London city centre within 20 minutes. Buses run regularly to Wimbledon. Check out the Tooting markets and local restaurants, which contrary to London standards aren't expensive at all, at walking distance from the hotel. Would stay again.

Friendly and helpful staff, very clean, brand-new suite room also includes kitchenette, with access to garden. Excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

Very good value for money A bit away from the center. However served by the black tube.

Management has changed internet providers — going for the cheaper lower quality option. The internet is slow and you struggle to do much online. Also certain floors do not have adequate water pressure. Staff is nice.

The room was perfect, the location was perfect as I was visiting a family member in St George's Hospital. I had the continental breakfast which was reasonable for the price.

I went to Pelican hotel three times because it is close to Saint George university where our son is studying. There was a family resturant just a step from the hotel but unfortunately it is close now. The main issue we faced in this hotel is the bad connection of the Internet. It is really disturbing. We contacted them many times but no progress at all. I was surprised that it got a reward of 2017 I hope something will be done with the internet connection soon. Thanks.

Very bad experience at this hotel. The carpet, toilet was very dirty and the extra bed provided for the children was very uncomfortable. There was no hot water in the morning. Worst hotel I have visited so far.

The residence is comfortable and also the staff is helpful. Good position, Tube station is 10 minutes by walk. Rooms are new and clean.

A nice little hotel with okay stanards, nothing special. It has everything you need for an overnight stay, but this isn't the place to go for a romantic getaway. Good for when you want to spend your days outside the hotel, and a nice place to retreat to afterwords. They offer to store your luggage in the reception if you need it, and they serve breakfast. Oh, and no stairs, part from the emergency exit, so the two elevators they have can be quite busy at times.

Very clean, friendly staff, good location and transportation, nice rooms, tea/coffee/hairdryer in room. Fairly priced for London.

I slept in the hotel room, the building is quite modern, the breakfast Is not expensive but a bit poor. Theresa is not air conditioning.

It's adequate. Your experience as a tenant largely depends on who you are sharing communal facilities — and how considerate they are. Extremely noisy firedoors. Certain floors do not have adequate water pressure. Other floors do not have good Internet. Management is nice.

Excellent rooms and proximity to hospital. Enjoyed my stay on floor 9. Excellent views of London on one side but poor view of a cemetery on the other.
