! NOT AT ALL LUXURIOUS! This was the worst place I’ve EVER stayed! Below is a list of issues we encountered. — Power socket caught on fire — Tiles lifting in the bathroom with sharp edges and sharp grout chips on the floor — What looked like half an old toilet left behind from some sort of repairs — No third bathroom which you state there is for a four bedroom apartment all over your Q&A on booking. Com — Kitchen joinery rotting — Stains on and tears in sofas and chairs — Showers tiny, husband will not fit — Kitchen terribly appointed (no basics like tea and coffee, no salt and pepper) — Uncomfortably hot in the apartment — No fitted air con units, old freestanding units which were close to ineffective, kept breaking and then leaked everywhere — No mod cons ie smart TV or USB ports — General state of disrepair and not clean — Bad Wi-Fi — No key for the safe — Ensuite bathroom plug not working — thread gone — Taps hit each other in ensuite shower meaning you can only have a cold or hot shower — One set of keys to be used between four adults and four children — No working fan in ensuite — Filthy common areas — Lift often not working (which was hopeless with four children when the unit’s on the fourth floor) and also in a bad state of repair — Multiple of the listed “facilities not in apartment” Way overpriced, outdated, uncomfortable, dirty, rundown and unsafe/dangerous!
