Honestly I'm in love with my room you walk in the door you go up stairs and you have a beautiful room.

Don't advertise one price and then charge another price. Bait and switch tactic not cool at all. I will never go there again.

Awesome atmosphere, excellent bed linens and great service. Very quaint.

I would never recommend this hotel… Armando the owner is a complete A**, I booked through Orbitz, two days ago I cancelled my reservation someone dropped the ball and it was not done. (I get it, probably Orbitz fault) Fast forward to today, Armando calls I explain there must be a misunderstanding because I canceled two days ago because my brother is on life support out of state. He was rude and went and directly charged my debit card knowing I would not be making it due to my circumstances (mind you this reservation balance is due once upon arrival not before) then he blames Orbitz saying Orbitz charged me not him. Orbitz then calls Armando and again explains if he can please just process a full refund and he just refused despite what I’m going through. I even offered to show proof and nothing. I know its not his fault that he did not receive my cancelation 2 days ago but he could at least of had human decency to understand the hard time I’m going through and just not charge my account. Lets not give business to these type of people (businesses) please! Put yourself in my shoes! Stay elsewhere!

This place was great. Clean, smelled fresh and clean very comfortable. It gives you that feeling of that home comfort. Would I go back? most definitely. There are several different room types to choose from however I had got the deluxe Studio.

Home away from home, loved staying here, beautiful courtyard with a fireside lounge area with comfy chairs, the owner was awesome we stayed in a room with a kitchen that was nicely decorated and met all our needs. Pet friendly and Definitely going back again.

Amazing experience, my favorite part was the 24 hour pool and jacuzzi, made for a great stay. Without a doubt will stay again next time I visit palm desert.

My friend Robin and I stayed at The Village, Palm Desert and it was fantastic! Armando not only checked us in but he carried all our luggage from the car to the room. He put a table, chairs, and ashtray on the balcony so we could smoke, and went and got us all the ice we needed. The room was nice and clean, and the air was on and there were drinks in the fridge as well. It was definitely a 5 star stay and we will be going back. We wouldn't stay anywhere else!

Nice place. Comfortable bed and plenty of amenities. The gentlemen at the front was very nice. Honesty I was a little hesitant when we first got there for some reason but quickly happy about the decision I made for my Lady and I. We Would go back and stay again.

Room was clean and spacious! Husband and I were in town for the Marine Corps ball and Armando was so nice and helpful. The hot tub was perfect temperature and the fact that it's open 24 hours is great! There's an Alexa on the room and it's more helpful than you think.

Overpriced… The loft was not a loft but a second floor hotel room with no amenities that would justify the dubbling of the price of the regular room rate.

Such friendly service. My partner and I arrived much later then expected and were still greeted warmly and given such a spacious room for ourselves and our dog to stay in. Really impressed with kitchen amenities and the bed was so comfortable. Pool and hot tub is 24 hours so we took advantage of that throughout the night — just being mindful to keep noise down as it is a boutique style establishment. Loved staying here and wish it wasn't for only one night.

Hidden Gem. 24 hour pool and spa. Pet friendly. Walking distance to Tha Hood and other local watering holes. Manager is a wonderful host.

Loved it! Nice, comfortable bed. Pool was perfect temperature. Hot tub great also. Had food delivered from nearby, and the driver had no problem finding my room.

It's okay not 5 star but very nice. The manager is amazing he is seriously such a nice guy.

Simple, clean. But they add on expensive cleaning fees to your bill. Plus if you get a room downstairs you can hear everything people upstairs do.

Lovely place, great views, very very comfy and HUGE villas to stay in. Had a great time.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom villa for New Years Eve. It was SUCH a great experience. The kitchen was well stocked with supplies and appliances. The place was clean and the staff were SUPER friendly and accomodating. It's super close to The River shopping center and super close to The Living Desert Zoo. It was worth every penny and will happily go again!
