Under no circumstances should anybody risk their hard-earned money booking a room with this establishment. They are totally dishonest, have admitted that their on-line photos of particular rooms are misleading and "indicative only". We booked and paid in-full for an upper-level room with living area. Upon arrival from Australia we were told that we had previously cancelled our booking… a surprise to us after travelling across the planet and having paid in full some months before — only to then be told that… hang on, we can give you the basement studio apartment which… oh, wait… that is actually what you had booked and paid for. After a lengthy argument and much demanding we were told that a refund had been processed, only to then have the proprietor call the metro police when I advised that I would not be leaving the office until I was given a receipt to confirm this. This operation and their management are an absolute disgrace… don't ruin your time in London… STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!
Zoe the owner was extremely un professional, in fact rude. Promised a fully furnished serviced apartment which was nowhere near to the description. Bad service, bad apartment, very bad experience, just avoid this company.
