Great modern rooms, compact but very thoughtful and fresh. The staff are friendly, delicious breakfasts. We have the best experience of the stay, we will stay again!

Great location. Staff was very attentive. Rooms are small and well appointed. Worth the money for my situation. Close to Underground. Lots of food choices around the corner. I had 2 regular rooms for 3A, 2K which seems to be maximum capacity. Would definitely recommend to others.

Loved my experience here! Renata, Sylvie, Marta and the other receptionists were so warm and friendly! They always had a smile on their face and seemed eager to help! Keep it up!
Basic 4 star Mercure hotel — comfortable (albeit somewhat small) rooms, decent breakfast, nice location! Only downside was the huge pile of rubbish outside the hotel.

It's not worth the price. It's clean and tidy and have all basic necessities but still missing things like toothbrush, bedroom slippers and conditioner you would expect of a four star hotel. Location is great though.

If you meet a discount on booking, it's still good. Room size, well-equipped, in a decent bar.

Hermos Hotel! Excellent service! The rooms are small but with a large bathroom a very comfortable bed and everything you need to rest after a busy day, when you arrive at the hotel lend a small phone with free Wi-Fi, perfect to locate you on maps and look for any kind of doubt on the Web, Super Recomwndado!

Wonderful Hotel in a great location (Paddington station is two minutes away) we chose a small room (so we just had to go to sleep) but with all the comforts. Spotless! Both the room and the bathroom very nice and cozy. Great staff! Delighted to have chosen it!

Wonderful hotel and staff really great! Close to Hyde Park, very quiet overlooking a small park while being close to the centre of Paddington. The room is perfect at every point.

Only 5 minutes from Paddington Station and therefore with very good train and tube connection. Walking distance to Hyde Park/Kensington Park.

Really lovely hotel stayed in the bottom floor room 606 I think view wasn't the best but this didn't effect the stay at all beautiful room along with amazing staff wish I could remember her name so she could revive praise for her above and beyond service 110% would stay here again and again :)

The best hotel I have had in the Paddington area so far. Renovated and clean rooms with nice bathrooms. Small but large enough rooms. Very friendly reception staff.

Everything worked as it should, excluding wi fi connection which was very poor.

The summer of 2010. Right Hotel with breakfast included. Treatment acceptable. Room regular with bathroom. Very close to the station of Paddington.

Rather pricey for what we got. The room was tiny but reasonably well equipped and clean. Breakfast room was way too small for size of hotel so that we had to queue to get in and then the selection was rather limited for what is classed as a four star hotel. It is however very conveniently located near the stop for the Big Bus Company, Hyde Park and Paddington Station.

Our 5 day stay at this so called quality hotel wre the worst 5 days of a 6 week europe\brittain holiday. it was supposed to be a standard double room however there was only about 1 foot of space down both sides of the bed an possibly 30 inches at the end which included the dressing table. the window side of the bed also had the heating radiator to squeeze past as well. Speaking of the window it was held open with a piece of wood that the removed when the beds were turned down of an evening. Unfortunately it was very humid in london in june this year and we couldnt sleep with the window closed, which created another problem as the window opened on to a void that went from the ground up to atmosphere, and the kichen must have backed onto this as well because the bad smells from the kitchen\garbage travelled up this void so sleeping was not easy all in all we were glad to stay out of the room as much as possible.
