I have never stayed at such a horrible place. It is run by a family and it's very clear. Some examples of this bad business is, the owner Frances, charged my credit card without telling me or checking to see if I was still there. (She must have known there is an over seas charge for credit cards) She wasn't very helpful either, every question we had was answered in bare minimum. We never were once asked if we needed anything or how are stay was. When we asked question is was like we were wasting her time. Her daughter and son made the stay that much worse. When we were leaving we asked if we could keep the luggage somewhere other then the lobby because things get stollen and she took that the wrong way thinking I was accusing them of stealing and said old people deserve respect (almost like young people don't) we were being talked down to the whole time we were there. When we were leaving the cook (son) came up from down stairs and grabbed my partner and me by the throat and shoved us out the door. (Knowing nothing about the situation) Then proceeded to say he was going to punch him in the face. These people have no idea how to run a bed and breakfast and the daughter is not professional in any way. She called me several names and gave me dirty looks. When we were out the door I asked for our luggage and she proceeded to immaturely kick and throw our bags trying to wreak them. They are a joke to this industry and need to know how to run a business that puts customers first. I don't recommend this place to anyone. If you want somewhere with a nice upbeat staff that would do anything for you then don't stay there. You find your paying only for a bed and nothing more. I am disgusted with the way they handled the situation and upset I ever had to deal with rude people like them.
