Stufff not friendly, Man from reception swearing on front off kids, after cancel room, payment was taken … and all off that coz we ask to keep our daughter in room till 5 morning next day due She’s flight was cancelled (we offer cash for it) After that man Call Luigi turn ours short break to hell. Not recommend that’s place for Holiday or even short stay.

What a disgusting excuse of a hotel after a rude gentleman on the phone just hung up on me he has cancled my booking without any explanation absolutely disgusted with this service.

Good hotel. The manager is friendly. Hearty buffet. Very good for a stay of a few days.

Stayed for five nights, the room was clean and tidy. The breakfast was British Halal and delicious… The service was excellent and the stuff is lovely and helpful when you need assistance. There is a free car park during limited hours NOT 24/7, I struggled to find a car park nearby.

We really had an amazing experience of staying at London star hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Delux rooms are newly built with very comfortable beds and mattresses and bathrooms are very spacious. I would definitely go again with my family and recommend this place. You can not find such a wonderful place with this budget.

Relaxed and friendly. Upgraded to deluxe room without asking simply because it was available. Can't say fairer than that. Thank You.

The great thing in this hotel is a deluxe room. For the price in the area you cannot find anything better. The room is fresh and refurbished. However the window is already broken and the street noise is loud. As for the rest of the hotel, seems old and very bad. Elevator is not working, breakfast is not perfect. Overall, I rate it low. But if you don't have problems sleeping in loud surrounding, you'll not get any better than their refurbished 3rd floor rooms. Don't even consider lower floors.

The intention to provide a good experience is there but the execution leaves a little to be desired. We had no kettle for our tea tray, no hairdryer in the drawer labelled hairdryer and the TV was not connected to any aerial. Having said that we booked looking for somewhere not too far from Wembley to get some sleep. The bed was comfortable, the shower was OK. The breakfast was rather eclectic but filled us up. Overall it was OK for our purposes but didn't feel like a 3 star hotel.

Clean and tidy rooms staff very friendly and the food at the restaurant was very good over all there were 11 off us stoped there and everyone said that they enjoyed there stay there and breakfast was very good as well.

Lovely hotel. They were under renovation when I stayed but the staff were very welcoming and were always on hand if I had a problem.

There were many services in this hotel, in addition to the cleanliness of rooms and bathrooms, the prices were reasonable, as well as the people who were in charge of the hotel were good people x.

Was just a pleasure to stay there. The room was immaculate, fresh, stylish with everything I needed to accommodate my stay. The shower toilet room beautiful modern and actual shower best ive had in many hotels. I couldn't ask for more. Staff were fantastic, super friendly and helpful, food was very good and staying there a week it's been quiet, peaceful and serene. Rarely I'm under such good impressions. Would definitely return. 5 stars all the way!

We had a wonderful experience in the hotel. Supermarket and restaurants are nearby. Station was near too.

Excellent and affordable stay. The staff was very friendly and willing to improve our stay anytime when we needed something. Various choices on breakfast menu that will satisfy perhaps everyone. The design and condition of the rooms and the interior of the hotel is new and attractive. The same for bathrooms. There is parking around the hotel however there is a restriction between Monday to Friday and hours 9-10 in the morning and 3-4 in the afternoon. So for these 2*1 hours during the day I had to move my car next block where there is a Morrison's parking. No need to do that in the weekend. I recommend this hotel as one of the best affordable hotels. Transport to the city centre can happen by either walking about 13minutes to Acton town underground station or by red bus to the same station. The bar in the ground floor also offers shisha for 10-15£ which is crowded every evening with people enjoying.

I have been at this hotel several times. Lovely breakfast. The room was wam and clean. Also the staff happy and polite. I d like to go there again.

I stayed with my family at the London Star Hotel for one night. There was so much hookah smoke in the lobby of the hotel that we decided not to stay the other nights that we had already paid for. We asked for a refund and were told no. Back in the States, I contacted Ejaz at the hotel again to discuss a refund and he said if I changed my review and gave him 5 stars he would give me a 50% refund. That is completely unethical. There is a reason why I gave them a negative review. It is a gross hotel with questionable business ethics. Choose another hotel and you will be much more comfortable. After reading some of the other reviews today, Ejaz, the front desk clerk has rated the hotel many times as "excellent". How can he rate his own hotel? This establishment has no business ethics.

This place was far more rundown than it appeared online. The breakfast was lacking and it doesn't have a dedicated car park. It works for a quick, one — night stay because it's close to Heathrow, but otherwise, look elsewhere.

Good staff and customer service. The hotel is clean and tidy. The hotel is located at very good location with close rail station (North Ealing and Acton) which makes it very easy and convenient to get to london and back. Especially if you are having kids but the best train station is North Ealing which has a parking lot at fee for the whole day. Is next to Morrison which makes shopping convient plus other groceries/restaurants around. Only issue is parking has restrictions at certain hours. Overall its affordable, convient and value for money.

Clean, awesome staff. Lovely room, breakfast choice amazing. Treated so well, nothing was too much trouble. Free parking. And such a low price, Excellent hotel for short or long stay in London.

Shrieking with claims from hotel, three stars have bought at a local market because, objectively, does not deserve even one.
At a price that, in Italy, it allows you to stay in an almost luxurious, are rooms without cleaning or equipped with the most basic amenities. Bed without bed side tables, stained quilts and never changed in nine day stay … Semiarmadio that manages to contain, with difficulty, a couple of heads, drawers without knob, refrigerator Cabinet dismantled and decrepit and a thousand other details make this stall one of the worst ever seen (not even in the far East …).

I don't exactly know who is writing these reviews but they must be on something! Location — Dont stay here. Your in quite a bad area. Hoped out of my car to be greeted with the smell of weed. THERE IS NO PARKING WITH THIS HOTEL FACT! Staff — Helpful while you are there but try getting a refund… Not helpful and frankly rude. Rooms — WORST IVE SEEN TO DATE! fittings were OK for the 5 mins I was in the room but absolute disgrace. Chewing gum trod in the carpet, curtains not hung up properly, carpets were 'crusty', stains on the wall & TV cabling everywhere. All to be told iIl was wrong and the room was professionally cleaned. Even thought I was in the room. That is all I can really say didnt stay for the breakfast and never plan to.

The stuff were lovely and made us feel welcomed, the room were comfortable and clean. But however the value for the food was abit expensive. I would recommend staying here.
