This place with great location is fine and clean. But you can hear your neighbors wery well.

I give a star just x the Wi-Fi.

I was here a week in a so called twin room with separate beds.
Very small, dirty and the room have redone after 6 days.
Hot water Yes and no because 2 days I took a shower with cold water.
The room on the third floor was an oven.
No climate, just a small fan of the minchiaaaaa.
To avoid, don't go there.
Better with the mattress under the open sky.

Fucking shithole was woke up at 3am by a cockroach telling me what a shithole I was stopping in bed with a two inch mattress no maid service no clean towels no kettle disgrace of a place dirty 125 quid a night saying that though nothing that half a gallon of petrol and a box of matches could sort out do not stop at this shithole.

BOF, sheets and towels holes, and especially did not look under the beds to see if you have forgotten something.

Very pokey narrow room, grubby blanket rather than a duvet a nd no breakfast, though this was included in the rate. Great Wi-Fi! Overall, not recommended.

It's not the Ritz, but for a cheap stay in the heart of Marylebone it's a decent deal.

Great location for a low price (unlike Intercontinental). Staff is very friendly and rooms are quite cosy.
Would recommend 10/10.

The first room was filthy, the replacement not much better. The facilities are outdated and grimey. Breakfast wasn't even offered by the staff. Payment was taken at a different time than I had arranged. Staff were at best cordial, but generally uninterested and impolite. I would avoid.

The location is excellent, the staff is helpful, there was no breakfast at all, although it was written in the booking free continental breakfast.

We are a family of 4 and have just stayed here for 1 night.
Yes it was basic, but clean and comfortable. We had a mini fridge, kettle with cups, coffee, sugar and milk. We also have a hair dryer. Bit disappointed by the shower, and room a bit to warm for us.
Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was basic (coffee or tea, toast, cereals) but nicely served by a member of staff.
Overall we had a great night sleep, and will happily return.

This hotel was the biggest load of shit I have ever came across in my life… please nobody go their as u will deeply regret it. Me and my misses went their and paid 90.00 pound for one night. Now I will give u all the reasons why not to stay their.
Reason 1 : the bed is nearly hitting the floor and their are stains on the bed. Reason 2 : we stayed in a basement which they will never tell u wen u book the room on the website… Reason 3 : obviously everyone knows that wen u stay in a basement then u have no Wi-Fi because you have no signal. But the people who stayed upstairs do have it. Reason 4 : the owner dresses in a yellow hoody and looks like he's just fresh out of prison. Reason 5 : anybody who stays here must be stupid like I was. Please do not stay here.

Stayed here for 2 nights, it's was lovely and bright and clean in reception staff were all very helpful and kind. Our room was ok for 2 nights but wouldn't stay longer, it was very dusty and there was no soap in the bathroom. I used hand garland baby wipes to clean the sink and and the shower before I would let my children use it. The furniture and blankets were a very dark brown colour which made it feel small and dark. The breakfast was very limited just toast and cornflakes and half a mug of tea or coffee, the staff were great though. We thought it was very over priced for what we got, would have been happier if we had paid £80 — £100 less.

I booked to stay at this hotel last week that I booked through laterooms and it's got to be the worst hotel I've ever stepped into. I'm not the tallest as some of you know and the room was too small, even for me (the room was less than 5.5 ft across). The 1st room they put me in was in a basement with no windows what so ever. I actually thought it was a closet. I pulled back the sheets only to find a large, nasty stain in the bed. Absolutely disgusting. I left the room feeling physically sick and asked to be put in another room. I was offered a second room upstairs which had a window but was still really small. There was what looked like a blood spatter on the bed sheet, There was stains up the curtains (god knows what they were). But then on the wall beside the bed someone thought it would be nice to leave some snots in a square formation. By this point I had to get out. I called laterooms and asked for a refund but they said I had to sort this out with the manager of the hotel. So I went downstairs and asked for my money back. He of course completely refused, saying that it was laterooms who need to give me my refund, which I later found out was not true as the hotel took a card payment. I left anyway as there was no way in hell I was spending a night in this awful hotel. I managed to find another hotel and got myself booked in. I called late rooms and they said that the state of the hotel I booked on their site has nothing to do with them.

Continental Hotel in Norfolk Square, next to Paddington Station. Don't bring anyone you don't hate to death. Terrible: the premises, the staff and the people you find around it. Awful, nasty and creepy place. Far too expensive for what they offer. A place for drunkers or drug users. The worst. Terrifying: the facilities, the staff, and the atmosphere on your doorstep. A horror and a nail. He should be off the circuit. It's embarrassing and disgusting.
