For internet you need to pay additional 3 GBP and the receptionists are not that helpful, which is definitely what makes hotel special.

Excellent location, close to Hyde Park, Queensway underground station and buses you can take to get in to the heart of London. Rooms are small, but cozy, comfortable and equipped with a modern, renovated bathroom. Personale is very friendly, kind and can help you book bus tours, and other attractions. Would definetely recommend as our stay was amazing.

Convenient accommodation for Bayswater metro and Queensway (5 minutes walk), in an area full of pubs, fast food and supermarkets. Less than 5 min walk from Hyde Park. Small room, as in the average London rooms, with kettle and tea and coffee sets.
They only provided two towels each and the shower was not very large, but they change them daily. There is no courtesy kit with foam bath and the like.
Staff very taciturn, but available to requests. We could leave luggage for free.
Room attached to another building so it had the window overlooking bricks, but we used the room just to sleep so we didn't take too much notice.
Breakfast is basic but more than enough with juices, yogurt, toast, eggs, sliced, cheese, cereals, milk, coffee etc.
Better price than others in the area! For those like us who use the hotel only as a foothold to get around the city, I recommend it!

Quite decent. Centrally located. Service is not too great but rooms are comfortable and nice. Breakfast also is very basic. If you get a good deal on the tariff-go for it.

Despite being only a 2 star my family and I found it very nice. Clean and located in a great location. Close to two metro stations. Recommend.

Good breakfast. I claimed for the TV the 3 days and it didn't work. Soap I got only the first day. Very good location.

Rooms very small. But is enough. It is located between the first and second floors in the middle of the stairwell. The bathroom is on the second floor. Breakfast is spartan and the space too small for guests. You have to have breakfast standing up or wait a long time. Cleanliness is OK. Friendly welcome. Top location. 3 min to station bayswater. Stores nearby.

Value for money budget hotel. Staff is super friendly. Clean rooms. One star less as there is scope for improvement on breakfast.

Very quiet very clean bit of a mad house in the breakfast restaurant in the morning with only certain items available.

Wi-Fi only in lobby, no door closed, no phone, uncomfortable bed.

No comp shampoo or soap. No butter or meat for breafkast. No saucers for cups. Draughty room. Clean and tidy. Would not return.

Not knowing England, neither the language nor the food, it is very different from us in France, the staff not very welcoming (hello or goodbye) but I noticed that it was like this everywhere, the breakfast with the minimum of thing: two Kind of cereal, brioche, two jam, spread and omelette or hard egg, but I also could see everywhere that the country is not all gourmet cuisine. (In summary fro this my no more but I will not say it is the fault of the hotel)
There is a lift, the beautiful rooms are reasonably sized as well as the bathroom, good bedding and TV. Window absolutely not insulated from the cold and noise we hear everything out as if it were open and we receive limited cold squall, I also notice this in another hotel (may be another peculiarity of England). No shutter and the curtain break only covering half of the window, the walls also are not isolated from the sound we hear everything in the room next door (all this is the fault of the hotel on the other hand). The staff is helpful but not nice not a smile… It was a bad experience for me, who am going to winter, if it was a French hotel I would not recommend. I felt like I was in a weird place, without any feelings no joy to live at last everything that makes for a pleasant holiday.

Our quadruple room is nice, otherwise. Lazy, both breakfast and staff. Situation, good.

New renovated rooms, for London conditions large bathroom, breakfast simple but included in the price, proximity to Bayswater U Bahn.

The room was super small and very, very old, it was not cleaned properly either. There IS NOT FREE Wi-Fi! If you want to have internet access you will be charged 5£ per 24hr, per device. Breakfast was good and the hotel is located on an area where there are a lot of stores.

For 3 nights 300 euro with breakfast well the breakfast was in the basement and not very satisfactory the reception staff sleeps broken tiles at the TV I have to swap the fuse the heating is off and on not gone windows has it extremely cold Pulled in the toilet was without exaggeration 3cm away from the wall so yes London is not cheap but well would have expected me a little more because luckily I was only to sleep there which is halfway tolerable with 2 blankets or man has hoped for the heating Saub It was OK and if you walked past the aisle you heard it very loud mfg.

I needed a hotel to stay in for business overnight whilst in London, and the Leisure Inn looked good to me — it had nice looking refurbed rooms, so this is what I was expecting. However on arrival I was told the room that I'd booked was having building works done to it and I had been allocated a room in a completely different hotel the other side of Bayswater. I had only booked the room the day before so they surely would have known this … I would have rather they had called to let me know so I could have booked my own room somewhere else of my choosing. Another couple who came in after me were also told the same information — and they had booked their room weeks before. The member of staff on reception, wasn't rude, but he also wasn't very polite either, or apologetic that they didn't have a room for me. We were then sent to a rather shoddy hotel called the Palace Court Hotel — which I can say wasn't a palace and hardly a hotel. Although I never spent a night in the Leisure Inn Hotel I can only rate them on the service I received and that was poor. I quite regularly need a hotel in London but I will never book here again — or the Palace Court Hotel.

The worst decision we've every made. Everything was a mess. The clerk was always in a bad mood and he distreated us. The room was in the basement, very hot. The bathroom floor was broken and there was no air conditioner or even a fan. They were fixing I don't know what, and made noise all the time with their tools (Hammer, saw, etc) We had the worst time there. They moved us while we were out and they didn't remember moving us. We had to argue until they remember and gave us the key to our New room. I won't return and I wouldn't avise anyone to go and stay there.

Hostel in works, quite dirty everything, the shower did not swallow water and flooded the entire bathroom. "Buffet breakfast included" cold toast with jam, tea and milk with white-labeled cocoa, cooked eggs and fruit in pot syrup, every day the same. The staff for talking did not return you or the good morning.

The location is good, it has breakfast included, the room that we touched was renewed, but it does not have Wi fi, it is charged £5 per day for a single device one point very against, sometimes there are unpleasant smells coming from the kitchen and the bathrooms, the room is super small, during my stay the electricity was short for 2 hours, I recommend looking for better places.

Hotel for those who just need to sleep. The room was very small and the bathroom was very clean. Quiet but convenient area to the center and close to the Metro. The location.

I actually want to award ZERO STARS but it won't let me post this without selecting an amount of stars. So I've given it 1 but I don't mean it! This was a dire place to stay! Stayed 1 night 16th August (thank god it was only 1 night! ) I know that it said budget hotel but you'd have to pay me to stay there again! The bedroom was essentially a pokey cupboard adjacent to the breakfast room — which incidentally they were preparing in the early hours of the morning AS LOUDLY as they possibly could! By the way don't bother with the breakfast — cheapo cereals, curdled yoghurt with tinned fruit and dry bread. It was awful. I don't really know what they were preparing for! There was a sink in the room but it was so grubby! The floor and skirting boards were dirty. The bed was shoved up against a wall and the sheets smelled greasy! The bedroom did have a window which wouldn't shut properly but which looked out onto a wall and the window into the next bedroom along. The 'shared bathroom' was on the complete opposite side of the hotel — a real problem when you have a little one who needs the loo in the night. The 'bathroom' was actually just a cupboard with only enough room for a toilet and a shower tray! The small area of floor that there was was flooded with water. The soap dispenser was broken and soap spilled on the floor (a safety hazard) I reported this to the reception on the evening of our arrival but nothing was done about it by the morning!

Absolutely disgusting. The room we got was so small and shabby, the walls had grubby marks all over them and the mattress was stained yellow — looked like it's been used without being washed for decades! Also our window was adjacent to another room's window so that we could hear everything and vice versa. Would not recommend — the free breakfast was the only decent thing about our stay. Not much to choose from but it's a nice gesture.

The beds were stained yellowed and torn up and then the pillows were all stained, the management was horrible and the people who were there can't even get ahold of the higher ups. The same owner I believe owns a malaisian restaurant and if I correct that thats an even scarier thought. They considered that floor the remodeled level and all I see is a bathroom that was elremodled and new bedding but beside that the rest is just horrid.

Good hotel without air con during summer and even a fan is not available. Daily the, same breakfast.

Great value for price and location! New bathroom, nice staff, attracts a nice mix of travellers. Very conveniently located with central & circle line metro stations just 4 mins away. Plenty of bus stops, shops, restaurants (all cuisines from McD's to French to Malaysian to Indian, Persian, British), money exchangers, get a travel SIM card valid EU-wide around the corner. Night buses run from just at the end of the street. Nice open lobby and patio for congregating (I mean for this price range). I've stayed at 2 hostels, 1 Marriott, and 1 other hotel in this price range and this place takes the cake for value vs amenities. Also very nice to walk Hyde Park next door!

Very comfortable and well furnished room. Simple but everything we needed was available to us. Could have improved with breakfast.

It was not bad. The bed for comfortable. The bathroom was a bit small but the rooms have a kettle and a TV so you can't complain. Nice area too.

Booked a family room for an overnight stay for myself, wife and two kids. Hotel is best described as basic. While the beds themselves were comfortable enough. Cramming two single beds and a small double bed into a room that would've made a comfortable double sized room made things cramped. Had to rewire the TV aerial as it had been ripped out of the back of tv. Only one bedside light worked. Bathroom should've carried a health warning. Mould all over windows blistered paint and fascias on all the cheap units, walls and tiling. Oh yes and a toilet that you have to wedge yourself between the end of the bath and the wall to sit on. Rooms were noisy and lots of building works obviously going on causing mess everywhere. Breakfast went for the quantity as opposed to the quality. You could have as much cold toast, basic cereals and Orange squash you wanted but no other options available. Adequate for a single night stay and for £86 for a family room guess I shouldn't complain but in future I think I'll just spend more money and get better quality.

Horrible staff, I was told the night before that I could do a late check out for the cost of £10 per hour after 11 and that I would be leaving at 1pm. Upon being woken up by a fire alarm at 9am which didnt stop for 10 minutes housekeeping then constantly kept knocking every 2-3 minutes asking us to leave even though we told them that we payed for a late check out. Upon actually checking out the receptionist told us that we are being charged an extra £60 for an entire nights stay because we are leaving after 12 even though the receptionist the day before said we could do a late check out for the cost of £10 per hour. So in all I had to pay £122 for less than a 10 hour stay in an incredibly mediocre hotel with absolutely disgusting staff. Avoid at all costs!

Small room, sloping table, central heating made the room uncomfortably warm. Halfway through the night, we had to get up and push the mattress back in, as it is too wide to fit. Taps ran cold, construction workers in the hotel, repairing doors at 7:30 AM. The key cards are from the Maryborough hotel in Cork, ROI.

Stayed 5 nights at this hotel. Services are of mediocre level, breakfast are fine compared with other hotels of the same level. Hotel location is a very big plus for leisure travellers.

Dirty as hell, rooms to small, unfriendly staff. Would not recommend this place, you can find at similar prices much better ones.

Dirty room, really bad smell coming from bathroom drains (had to sleep with window open), very worn bed, very tiny room with very tired decor and flickering lights, dangerous wiring sticking out of the bed side lamps, abysmal breakfast (cold toast, cheap cereal and squash instead of fruit juice, awful coffee and not much of any of it), no free Wi-Fi, slow check in process. An embarasment to bring my partner and child to. Definitely best avoided.

As a short term accommodation facility, it scores highly due to its proximity to underground. The room is definitely for one person and this person has to be a mover who will not stick in the room for the whole day otherwise it feels like a cell.

Got a triple room in the basement. The carpet was covered in mold, and taking a shower made it so humid in the room that it was impossible to get dry. Four nights. Never again.

I liked it. It was what to expect from two star hotel :-).

Please don't book this hotel! Total money waste. I were order for the parcel to hotel but don't received. I was stay there, they received the parcel but don't given me. After that I call 20-30 times to hotel what is the status of parcel. Every time they told me we will track and call you. But still after 3-4 month I didn't received any call. I have also track from the courier company. They provide me proof for the parcel accepted with sign of hotel staff. Also I email proof to the hotel staff. But still nothing received any email or call from hotel.

We had room 401 — 4 x 1, 7 m of the ground somewhat uneven (old wooden floor under the ugly carpet), the bed and mattress was OK. All of course not looks new, clean and inhabited. You can hear the rain :). The cables from the TV had to times are assembled, see gings then also with the remote. Actually only the coffee was very enttäuschent breakfast. Oh yeah, if you want sausage should bring it. The seating in the room reminiscent of the 1960s. But, we had enough space, because we have entered us with breakfast at 7:50 h. A list of times is located at the reception. All in all, for the money in the beautiful city so central to live! Thank you we had the room 401, what it OK, we were pleased and absolute satisfied (not the coffee), for that money to live in this nice area in London. Thanks.

We had to assign another room because the night 1 for bathroom ceiling began to fall dirty water (of course), then the room fills with humidity (I have pictures). All dirty and 40 years ago that no paint and all old it seems you're in prehistory. Bad reception service. Positive ke is near Hyde Park Calidad price: expensive. Do not advise it to anyone. I'll go to the Agency to see if they can give a more formal complaint.

I chose is hotel for a weekend getaway. The neighborhood is very nice, houses very London and very good located. It is only a few metres from Hyde park and nearby there is a bus stop with direct lines to the Center. The hotel itself is not a wonder but is quiet and clean. Acceptable breakfast. If what you want is to make the most of a weekend of very recommend it.

This hotel is nothing short of a disgrace. The only reason I am awarding them a star, is that the option of no stars is not available.

Very correct. We stayed with family, the hotel is very well located in a neighborhood close to the Center but quiet. The room (for 4) was clean and the staff friendly. Single point negative the bathroom needs to be renovated, but this has not prevented us to spend a pleasant stay.

Very bad hotel, the girl who work in Reception Kathrina is a very rude women. She always abuse guests and once she told hotel management pay very less and she doesn't care any thing thing about. What a hotel? what sort of staff? cant believe this hotel. Very poor customer service, staff not speak proper english. Very rude place.

Just got to the hotel an hour ago. Good hotel but there is one MAJOR flaw: You have to PAY for Wifi. In 2013 that is just not acceptable. And it's not cheap either: 7 pounds for 24 hours. Ridiculous. Don't go here until they provide free Wifi.

Had a fabulous stay at Leisure Inn! Very clean and quaint. Perfect location for walking to sites or taking the Tube.

Terrible in all ways. Didn´t get the room we booked. Were sent to another hotell which was awfull in all ways. The name was Palace something. Terrible staff, terrible room, dirty, smelled like hell. Do not even think of staying in these hotels.
