I had a lovely stay at the Langorf and was thoroughly impressed by the excellent customer service which went far above and beyond expectations. Thank you for looking after me so well; I shall be recommending you to my family and friends.

Room decor old and shabby. Carpet lifting up and badly stained in several places, looks filthy. TV remote missing and when asked for a replacement none could be given. Phone not working. Only good thing about the room was the wonderful bath and shower, fabulous pressure and hot water. Not worth the money, and wouldn't stay here even if it cost less.

Location is good. Only 7 min to the Tube. But the Last Renovation is probably already a few Years ago and therefore overdue. Breakfast continental ok. Mattress. Have arrived at the End of their Lifespan. In the Bathroom, the Paint flicks from the Ceiling.

Don't bother very poor Hotel. Should be closed and deep cleaned, then given a major make over.

Located in the north of London, a few meters from the tube and bus stop Finchley Road/Frognal, the Langorf Hotel is an old typical English structure, to advise against those who hate the carpet (especially on rainy days) … Good rooms, equipped with bathroom with shower, TV and Wi-Fi. Poor breakfast (Continental).

Nice comfy bed. Hot decent pressure shower all you need really.

Booked an executive double room which was very spacious, warm and clean. Had a good night's sleep, breakfast was Continental, fresh and plenty of choice. We'll definitely use this hotel again.

The staircase and the rooms were so dated that it was like travelling back in time! The breakfast a little disappointing. Most of the staff were friendly. At least the price was in line with it.

Very informal Hotel, on perfect English style. The rooms are a little bit small. Recently restored but still betrays some ' tiredness ' (old and stained carpet, some peeling wall, etc. )

Friendly hotel, but it does largely depend on the room as are first stay the room was better than the second time.

Had a wonderful stay over the bank holiday weekend only to receive a parking ticket on returning to our car. Unfortunately they failed to inform us that you have to register every day for parking and therefore we got a ticket. Our friends who checked in at a different time to us didnt register either but luckily didnt get a ticket. Need to get a sign put up at reception to remind people to do this!

Nice location, clean rooms, ok breakfast and nice and friendly staff.

Lovely building and area. A very good price, clean and comfortable room. The bathroom was a little tired and needs some updating but again was clean with plenty of hot water. Excellent breakfast, plenty of it too.

Regular hotel in a residential district. Food is good at nearby mall. Quiet area. Conveniently locate for ESCP campus.

Flight delayed so missed the first night of our week long stay, was told that the booking had been cancelled as we didn't show up and were told we would have to pay another £500! AVOID!

It's a very nice hotel, clode to the tube and the city centre. The location is really peaceful and calm because it is a residential area. However the hotel could use a better cleaning service.

The place is nice but no big deal.

Great Hotel. 5 mins walk to Tube station. Excellent continental breakfast. Floorboards creaked a little bit when people walked above but it's a beautiful old building so guess that can happen. Wifi was a bit slow and couldn't get any connection in the room. In a very nice leafy area close to a main road with shops and some eateries. Staff very friendly. 24 hour manned desk. Very charming cosy, old world hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

Not great, my room was under the eaves and beside the lift shaft so fairly noisy. Room itself and bathroom could do with a fresh coat of paint. Breakfast not the best, gave up on the coffee and toast after requesting it twice and not receiving it. Handy for finchley road tube station so I may be back…

Nice and quite cheap, just 5 min walk to fichley road on the jubilee line. Great for Italian tourists who speak little English, here you will find people who will welcome you and help you in your own language.

Before I moved to Hampstead I stayed a night in this tiny boxed hotel. This place is not fit for purpose and should be closed down and inspecti rs called in. Staff speak no English breakfast is only continental. Many reviewers have rightly commented on the out of date decor and thus poor inferior quality of this torrid little dump more like a telephone box.

Very helpful staff and a very decent hotel i've used a couple of times in the past. I'll be going back again the next time i'm in London as it's in an ideal area for me. Having said that it's really near Finchley road tube and rail station which is the best way to get around.

Nice hotel with nice rooms. The tube makes it easy to reach the city centre. The breakfast was fine. The staff was very friendly.

I stayed here last summer and had an excellent time! My friends and I were VERY impressed with the high level of service from the staff.
