HR Accommodation Guesthouse

Everything was fine but the only reason I am not giving 5 star is because they did no provide fresh towels everyday. I stayed there for 4 nights.

HR Accommodation, 95/97 Hainault Road, London E11 1DX The accommodation is a cross between a self-catering house and a small hotel, with its individual rooms (some have ensuite bathrooms, others share a separate independent bathroom) and the staffed reception/concierge at No 95 Hainault Road. The establishment is made up of 2 large houses, next to one another that have separate entrance/exits to the street but share rear courtyards that allow unimpeded access between the properties at the back. I stayed one night in a self contained double bed room, with an ensuite bathroom, on the first floor of 97 Hainault Road. The room was a reasonable size, neutrally decorated (and in good condition) and was clean throughout. On an unannounced (and unbooked) arrival, I was welcomed by the friendly reception staff, who happily booked me in there and then for a cash booking (I had already checked that there were rooms available, before turning up), showed me around the buildings, explained the 'house rules' and took me to my room. Tea, coffee etc. Is free in the communal ground level kitchen/common room, food can be heated/eaten there too and the rooms all have their own Freeview TV and free Wi-Fi.

Bed is cosy and well heated accommodation. Even after notifying them of late arrival, had to wait almost 30mins outside with temp of — 8. Facilities ok, but not ideal location.
