Stayed here for our 1st wedding anniversary and couldn't have asked for a more perfect experience! The staff was so friendly, the in-hotel restaurant was delicious, and the romantic touches in our room were the icing on the cake. Great location and hope to have the opportunity to visit again! (we live in the US).

Clean, modern, no minibar, strong air conditioning but no way to 'change' air in bathroom other than opening the door. Extremely nice bed though. Personel super helpful and nice. Would recommend!

Major demolition and construction work right next door that we were not informed off at the time of booking. If so informed I would have stayed elsewhere. Nice hotel spoiled by being woken at 7 am with the sound of jack hammers. Ring to see if construction work has finished before booking.

Nice hotel with easy access to transportation. Heathrow connect to the airport. Rooms are a little small.

A very nice hotel Room was clean and quite large Staff where incredibly helpful and polite What stops this place getting 5 stars is it not having a carpark and if you're not familiar with Ealing, trying to find the recommended carpark can be an ordeal.

Great hotel! Friendly and helpful welcome, smooth fast lift, lovely clean room and bathroom, amazing power shower! If you have long hair dont pack your hairdryer — use theirs it's perfect. Bed is soft but comfortable, pillows are lovely. Will definitely come back. Fortune cookie is a nice touch.

Very good hotel at 20 mn from the Center (Metro) in a nice city the staff is very nice I advise.

I’ve stayed here before, on my own, and the stay was excellent. I just stayed again, with my wife on our honeymoon and I wasn’t disappointed. The location is great, within a couple hundred meters of Ealing Broadway tube and rail station. There is a ton of great restaurants and coffee shops nearby so we were able to find places to eat with little to no problem. Additionally, the rooms are spacious and clean, and my wife was a big fan of the hot chocolate and shortbread cookies, which hotels back in the USA don’t offer. Next time we’re in London, we’ll stay here again.

It's not very often that I stay in a hotel but when I do, it's for a very specific reason. We spent 2 nights here at the hotel on the 5th floor, facing the street. You can obviously still hear the sound of the vehicles passing by but we live in London so noise is not an issue for us. The windows are double glazed but they are so thin that I wouldn't really classify it as double. There is no minibar in the room we were in which is not a problem. The carpet has, unfortunately, quite a lot of stains on them. You get the usual amenities in the bathroom and can be requested should you need more. The housekeeping staff are very friendly and more than willing to help you. Breakfast is your usual buffet selection, nothing special. However, the restaurant is very spacious. Overall, it was a good experience with very few niggles.

We were moved here from Doubletree as they overbooked the hotel. Great customer service, very accommodating, gave us free ice cream on arrival! We had a room for the designed for the disabled as we wanted a room away from the main road noise. I would recommend this hotel for those coming for a city break with great access to London. Slightly pricey though in my opinion.

But if you visiting the city it think there will be better choices specially in zones 1 & 2 which is better for tourists.

Located right next to the Bond Street bus stop. Clean rooms, decent service. Amazing breakfast!

Wonderful location. Near everything. Good size room with good size and comfortable bed. Shower a little narrow but I got used to it. Bath towel is huge. Excellent housekeeping staff. Really clean and consistent. They provide nice hot chocolate and Walker's biscuits provided everyday. Front desk staff, like Ann, made me feel very welcome. Thank you. The adjoining Chinese restaurant serves excellent dim sum.

I was happy with the structure because it is located in a central place, a great welcome on arrival, clean. The rooms are quite comfortable and the bathroom is spacious. Without a shadow of a doubt I will return.

The hotel was really clean and spotless throughout, in a good position, very nice welcoming staff, the only let down was breakfast, it was buffet style, but they constantly ran out of things, no bacon no sausages, when they eventually filled up on them after me asking about 5 times they then ran out of egg, beans, mushrooms and tomatoes, I gave up in the end, apart from that it was a good place to stay.

The location of the hotel was superb, in a beautiful part of London. Service was excellent and the rooms were beautiful.

We enjoyed staying here. They don't have a gym in the hotel, but they have a partnership with a gym down the street which is pretty nice. Breakfast is sadly not provided. Rooms are smaller but cozy and don't smell bad which is always a huge plus! In walking distance of lots of shops and restaurants.

We stayed two nights here for a NFL game @ Wembley. The room incl. Bathroom are very clean and comfortable, without the mattress of the bed (you can feel and hear the springs).
The employees are friendly and helpfull. We had no cash for the taxi and they helped us out. The breakfast (we payed extra) was o. K. But rolles and toast was always empty and you have to ask. Anyway you always have everywhere some negative points. We enjoyed our stay and think about to come back again if NFL do so too.

Honestly, I have no idea what are all the prizes for. Not a good experience — very good breakfast but this is all.

A nice hotel, reasonable priced in a great area! Only downside: make sure you don't get an accessible / handicapped room. Those are only beara.

This hotel really blew me away with the amount of space, the quality of the wait staff and amazing location. This being my first time to London I wasn't sure what I was in for in terms of a hotel. The location which is in walking distance of Ealing south station was the first big plus that I had appreciated. Since there is a University nearby there's a lot of local parties and activity in the neighborhood. When I did get to the hotel the wait staff was very knowledgeable, courteous and patient while I got myself situated with the small adjustments you go through coming from America. The biggest plus was the size of my room! In comparison to some of my friends rooms in Kensington, my room is huge! Huge room, amazing location, wonderful staff and decent rates. Come stay anytime!

A fair way out of the city centre so make sure you check where it is on the map but close to the tube for travel in. Located in a good neighbourhood. Rooms very clean and modern.

The hotel is very nice, new and clean. The staff is excellent too! But, the gym is not useful. It is a public gym a few blocks away from the hotel and it is always packed! I was looking forward to swimming in their very nice pool, however, it was always packed and the people didn't care, they would just jump in even if they had no place to swim. If you need to use the gym and the pool, forget about this hotel. Otherwise, its a wonderful place to stay.

If you like indian food please Try The Taj Restaurant in 10 Carlton Parade Orpington Kent BR6 0JB open 7 days a week Monday to Saturday 5.30pm to 11.30pm and Sunday 5.30pm to 11.00pm.

Lovely 4* hotel! Receptionists and breakfast room staff are always friendly, polite and attentive. Double rooms and executive suites are well appointed and very comfortable. Wonderful service, great rooms and an overall brilliant hotel experience.

Nice hotel, nice rooms at very competitive rates. Breakfast is basic, but its far better than what you get at budget hotels that charge nearly the same prices.
