Good hotel for a good price. We had a super smooth stay, nice staff, super clean room and bathroom, fresh towels evey day. Super! A really good hotel to a good price. Definitely recommended in London. Clean room, good staff and quiet location.

Great cozy little motel at a low price. The rooms are clean and tidy, the staff helpful and nice, and the hotel is clearly prepared for guests at any time. Located close to Kings Cross and offering little things like usb wall ports and extra pillows included in the room, it's a great place to stay. One and only downside is the lack of a lift.

For the price you pay for this hotel being so close to Kings Cross train station I can't complain. Free Wi-Fi, a terrible set of stairs to get up to the top level (I suggest to pack light in this instance). staff are friendly and willing to assist you to store your bags while you wait for check in and check out. The biggest downfall of this location was the shower and toilet or in separate rooms outside your liveable dwelling. During the heatwave it would have been better to have a sheep than a doona. Overall if you're looking at staying somewhere Central to your public transport or to other attractions this place is a good.

There were a lot of highlights but we felt it was not quite as described in the descriptions online. The room was clean, the workers were friendly and helpful, and we felt safe in our area even though the park across the street was shady. Now the downside. We were in a room with three twin beds, in the pictures online it looks like there is at least some room to move around the room but in reality there was barely room to stand in between the beds. We could have dealt with it easier if the room wasn't a constant 85 degrees and humid while we were there. No AC sadly, we had the window open as far as it could be and one small fan going our entire stay but it did not provide relief. Also we would recommend that you try to get a room on a lower level of the hotel. We were put on Level 3 which is actually 4 flights up, again it wouldn't be as bad if it was just the steps to worry about, but when the hallway gets hot and muggy it makes it a lot worse. Also us being at the top level of the hotel is part of the reason why the heat was so hard to control. The five pound per person breakfast was all right, but since there are so many other options just around the corner for breakfast that are cheaper we went and opted out after the first day's breakfast.

Great locarion. Wonderful staff. Usb charging plugs was a unexpected bonus, extra pillows for everyone. Stayed in family room for 3 nights, then moved to 2 regular rooms. All was wonderful… had the breakfast 3 mornings, good value, kids loved it. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful budget motel. It is located in a great location. Lots of places ronear in the area. Very safe area. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was exactly like they describe. The staff went out of their way to help us.

I'd suggest not letting rooms directly beneath other rooms under construction.

Hotel located in the quiet area, Pultia and comfortable room. Good proximity to the means to be able to move. A flaw… in the breakfast room they didn't have many places available and maybe you had to wait until someone ended up having breakfast to take his place. Possibility of choice between English or sweet breakfast.

Beds and bathrooms very very small, normal price within what is London.

Very hospitable hotel. Small room but ideal for one and ensuite perfect. Clean linen everyday, bed made, fresh tea and coffee sachets good breakfast. Would highly recommend as budget short stay hotel.

Terrible experience. The bed was horrendous. There was no way to heat the room. There was no hair dryer. The bed was clean but the shower was a bit dirty. The best thing was the location. The bed wasnt level, very uneven fold up bed. Then at 9am the heating goes off but checkout is 11.

We stayed in the 3 bedroom on the third floor, however it was actually the 4th floor because what is considered 1st floor is one floor up from ground level. No elevator, which we knew, but was only expecting 2 flights of stairs. The room was very basic and small. The showers are shared and very small (two on the top floor). The shared toilet does not have a sink to wash, but our room did (one on the top floor). The matress were little foam mattresses, I would say midlevel comfort. Has TV, but not much else. I wasn't totally disappointed, but probably would not stay again or recommend to friends. The area can be a little rough at night (lots of homeless and saw a deal on the walk to get food). But its 1.5 blocks from kings cross and so there is a fair amount of traffic to keep it safe.

Cozy little hotel close to the heart of London. Amenities are mediocre but staff is kind and knowledgeable. The rooms are a bit small if you are used to what you would find in the states. You must pay for the breakfast, but it is worth it for th quality and veriety.

Amazing place. The place was so quiet and comfortable that I was able to meditate and discover a whole new world during my stay there.

Room was small and clean. Staff very friendly and helpful. Bathrooms (at least on the 3rd floor) were external to the rooms, shared and narrow. Warning: no elevator! Location is excellent, very close to bus stops, undergrounds, and 2 major rail stations, and plenty of small sit-down places to eat. There's also a Big Bus hop on/hop off stop nearby. Wireless access was mostly serviceable, flaky the first night but solid the next two. If you're OK with steps like we were, this place is a great value for a stay in London.

Unbeatable location with all of public transport a stone throw away. The area is vibrant 24/7 with restaurants shops and bars but the hotel itself lies on a quiet street. The interior of the hotel is a bit dated but that is the case with all London hotels in this very friedly price range. Hits the sweet spit of price lication and quality.

This was a nice stay for myself and three others. The hotel is in the heart of downtown London and only three minutes outside of Kings Cross Underground station. Being something to eat as breakfast is only provided if you pay an extra 4 pounds.

Very quiet, clean, great breakfast, and helpful & friendly staff. Room small but this is England. Our luggage was large but wasn't in the way. Wifi was reliable, satellite tv, and no elevator. We love this area and will stay here again for sure.

Very good ** hotel. Nice people, perfect breakfast, quiet area. I have nothing to claim about, given the reasonable price. We went there with the whole family. I hope the hotel keeps its price and its level, I will definitively book it for my next stay in London.

Great location, right near St. Pancras, and for a competitive price. No frills, cramped, and extremely dated, but quiet enough to get a night's rest. Breakfast included as plate service (full English, although you can order scrambled eggs instead), but it's nevertheless simple (e. G. Instant coffee). Good value, but also quite ugly.

Great location (two minute walk from Kings Cross/St Pancras), friendly service, the room was clean. Only complaint would be the curtains not quite blocking all of the light. Excellent value.

Calling it a hotel is an insult to the word "hotel".

Never stay here again, room extremely small, could hear the person in the next room singing loudly at 5am in the shower, no soundproofing here, noisy, noisy and noisy, sirens blearing throughout the night, creaky stairs, other patrons keeping you awake all night. Cleanliness average, did have Wi-Fi, terrible breakfast of eggs (fried or fried), bacon, sausage and beans, bad coffee, rude waitresses who roll their eyes at you when you walk in the dining room at 830am, we actually watched a waitress argue with a customer when she was asked not to be so rude. On the up side, handy location to the tube. I was expecting something a little better than this, this was not what I called cheap or nice even, other persons from England thought it was great due to its location and price. Expectations?

Perfect location, 5 min walk to St Pancras, very clean hotel, very friendly staff, english breakfast in the morning, what else.

Myself and my girlfriend stayed here for her 21st birthday and consequent engagement. Unfortunately the staff were extremely rude. We had a dripping tap, which once we were confident we had under control we left the hotel, only to find out on return that it had broken and flooded the bathroom. We were then accused of doing this on purpose, and discovered there had been no attempt to clean up the mess. The next day when the tiny breakfast room was packed (not enough tables) we were told to "get out" and come back. The room and shower room were small but adequate, but we were woken constantly but pigeons, plumbing. Could have been a lovely stay if staff had any manners.
