My home away from home when I'm in London. Have stayed there many times. Excellent in every way. Rooms are beautiful with plenty of personal touches felt across the room. Staff are extremely friendly and always very helpful. Kenji and the front desk staff are absolute stars. Always there smiling and welcoming. They never fail to acknowledge and greet an IHG Member and treat them accordingly with a complimentary upgrade etc. Location is perfect, a minute walk from the tube with plenty of useful shops on the High Street. The restaurant is always busy but somehow they will always squeeze you in. Excellent Italian food and good atmosphere. Breakfast is brilliant, I especially like the Eggs Benedict or the avocado and egg. Really can't fault the place and I'm looking forward to staying there again soon.

Superb! This was my first stay in a Hotel Indigo so was not sure what to expect. The hotel is so convenient for Earls Court tube station, and on the Piccadilly line for Heathrow. We walked into central London, and to the museums in Kensington, and got the tube back. My highest praise needs to go to the front desk staff. We have been fortunate enough to stay in many Park Lane hotel and the team here are head and shoulders above them. We had the best overall hotel experience I think I have ever had, I cant praise the hotel enough. Our room was fantastic, very comfy and superbly quiet away from the lift as requested. We loved the style of the rooms and loved the bathroom amenities. The complimentary mini bar was a lovely extra we were not expecting, and the complimentary smartphone/tablet while we did not need to use it, is a great bonus for international visitors when out in London. We had a great drink in the bar on the afternoon and again had amazing service. I cannot wait to book to come here again, and genuinely cannot praise the team here more highly.

Nice hotel right next to the main station. The service and staff were very polite and helpful. When I arrived it seems that the air-conditioning wasn't working in a lot of the rooms, however, the hotel did their best to try and find a suitable room for me. Overall a comfortable stay.

Exceptional in all, especially personal, especially Carlotta Tosini and Michele Santagata.

A bit small. The restaurant has limitations. But it's cozy. But if you are claustrophobic, make sure you req a larger room. There are plenty of take out places nearby by and beautiful buildings in the neighborhood. But not much else. But you're right by the tube. And Uber fairs are reasonable.

Great hotel for location (100 Mt. From Metro station with three lines available), cleanliness and size of the rooms.

Here I spent 4 wonderful nights in a super quiet room at the back. A comfortable bed, a desk, a great shower. Even an ironing board with iron stand is available. The breakfast buffet was great. A la carte is of course even more.
The staff were very friendly and helpful and the service was excellent. Small technical Internet problems were fixed immediately.
On my birthday I even got a fine cake.
I will book again at the next opportunity.
Wish: A wardrobe hook for the coat — even the rain wet… Outside the closet would be handy.

Very nice hotel and suitably priced. Staff are a true highlight, and always greet with a smile. Avoids a 5 star rating because they've forgotten to bring my breakfast order to my room every single time I've ordered it for the 40+ nights I've stayed there (I know, I know. First world problems…). Otherwise, great value for money when staying in Kensington.

Great hotel, friendly and attentive staff.

I love the food it was delicious. They have Italian chef — Theo. We had dinner and breakfast there. The chef ask us in the morning what we would like for breakfast. Nice experience with the food. Reception was friendly and welcoming. The room was big enough, bathroom huge I like it. The bed was a bit too high. And it was a lot of dust above the bed. Otherwise I loved the welcoming card as we celebrated st Valentine's there. They just need to improve the cleaning in room. I found hair in bathroom head shower too.

Excellent Hotel location Good near the Metro, we have to thank Mrs. Charlotte of the reception for the great advice given to visit London in two days, a greeting and a thank you to the nice staff.
I recommend it and hope to return.

This is a fantastic hotel. The service is excellent and the staff always go that extra mile. I love all the quirky touches that make it unique. The meeting room at the hotel is also very cool and good for meetings of up to 12 people. Chose it for my company's most recent meeting and will again. Restaurant is very good too…

Nice room and amenities. Helpful staff. Great location near the Earl Court Underground, charming pubs and shops. Easy tube ride to/from LHR and anywhere in London.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights a couple of years ago whilst my flat was being redecorated. I was impressed by the friendly staff, the comfortable bed and good nights sleep I had. I am planning to book in here again in a few weeks for a couple nights whilst my flat is renovated again. I can't wait, so handy for me to go back and fourth to my flat to check up on things. Lovely hotel highly recommendable.

Very good transport links, nice room and good breakfast …

The hotel is very nice and well located. Welcome to the reception, the rooms are very cosy and well appointed despite a decoration a little Kitch but which also gives its charm.
On the other hand the service of breakfast is a horror, no reception, when you arrive and all the tables are dirty you have to go ask the waiter to clean a table what he does not hasten to do, once the VAT cleaned it we are party we s defaulting on the buffet, very copious and very good, really quality products and on our return the tvale was still not upright. We felt like we were disturbing the servers.
It's a shame, big flat for this beautiful hotel.

Definitely my favourite London hotel. Clean, quiet, and good value. But above all it is the staff who make this hotel such a pleasant experience. They are genuinely friendly, extremely helpful and very well trained. There are plenty of restaurants nearby but the hotel's own Italian restaurant is so good that I rarely venture elsewhere when I stay. The only downside is that there's no parking and none very nearby so it is difficult if you are visiting London by car.

A very nice hotel, lovely room and kind and helpful staff. The cooked breakfast was a little disappointing, hence 4 stars. I would give it 4 1/2 if the app allowed it.

First of great location next to bars, restaurants and more… 1 minute from the tube. Great breakfast that you can book at a special promo the night before at front desk. Great rooms and wonderful staff. No need to pay for a hotel in central London while you can stay here and take the tube for a 20 minute ride. Worth the money.

Fantastic boutique hotel in the middle of London. Staff are curtious and rooms are well furnished with a funky twist.

A nice, cozy and friendly place. Would have rated 5 stars but the AC in our first room wasn't working so we had to relocate to a smaller room at the same rate. The staff will go out of their way to make you feel welcomed.

Artsy and sophisticated boutique hotel, quiet, close to many attractions including Earl's Court Station, museums, food and drink, Marks and Spencers market. Second visit, and I love this place! Offers drink and food services.

Theos restaurant was superb! Pasta is artisan made (with a gluten free option! ) with rich and lovely Sauces. The chocolate cake (also gluten free) felt like heaven in the tongue. Will definitely be back!

We got a nice room, although the self contained air conditioning was having a hard time keeping up with the unusual heat. There a good bar and restaurant on the first floor. Staff happily provided is with a needed extra bed.

Great service, food and drinks look great. Only gripe is the somwhat small rooms, but what can you expect when youre in London :)

Nice cute hotel and very close to the Earl's Court subway station. You can take the Piccadilly Line straight from the airport. Fabulous food and great value for your money.

Fantastic hotel! Paid extra to get a larger room, which was very spacious with a large bathroom and shower area. The free mini-bar is free, which really should be the case in all hotels seeing as you've paid for the room, and contains beer, wine and snacks. Location is great for Earl's Court, and very close to the tube (Piccalilli line). Breakfast is superb!

Choose this Indigo, completely is the building itself to attract has been like living in an old House into a hotel, this meets my needs completely, look like a very good English style, Interior is completely modern inside. This is also the first Hotel Indigo series, pleased to find a room is much larger than the IC room with local design, equipment very new gym, the most important thing is … the mini bar for free! There is wine to drink! Talk about …

We were given a free upgrade which was nice. Very happy with everything, the room was spacious and contemporary in design, and the complimentary mini-bar was a nice bonus, as was the tea/coffee tray. The included cooked breakfast options were great, better than the usual continental fare although that was also available. The staff were very welcoming and the location is handy, Earl's Court station is only a 2 minute walk away. I would stay again, zero negatives.

It's a very good value considering the location. It's right next to the Earl's Court tube station which means you can take the tube direct from the airport with no transfers. The hotel has a literary theme throughout and books all over which is cool. It feels very European and the beds are small but the rooms are reasonably large. Our flight landed at 6am and the staff let us check in to our room which is basically unheard of and was very nice of them. On the other hand, status doesn't get you as much here as it did when we were in Asia. We got used to free breakfast, drinks, and snacks at the Intercontinental Jakarta but here, platinum status seemed to be of no value.

This design hotel is amazing, wonderful and courteous staff, delicious food and clean, great location just a short walk from the train, it is highly recommended, one of my favorite chains.

Very cuckoo, clean, hotel that despiseth not heating and next to a mouth of underground that connects with the Center in 10 min. If I go back to London, seemed without a doubt.
