The staff are absolutely fantastic! We arrived to check in at 2, and everyone was really trying hard to get the hotel sorted after a very busy few days. They were fully booked for a football match the previous day, and there were a lot of late check outs. These poor staff were still trying to catch up as people were leaving 4+ hours after they were due to check out! Which meant we couldn’t access our room, but we were offered to leave the bags if we wanted to and they would rush us to the first available room. (Not their fault at all! ) Nothing was too much trouble, breakfast was lovely. Really nice range of food available. (Ask for Hash browns! Etc not all the cooked is buffet, some is to order) Would definitely stay here again, thanks to the positive attitude of the staff.

Room number 312 window won't close properly heating doesn't work no spoon in room freezing cold last night with wind howling through window definitely not worth the money.

Really friendly and helpful staff as usual. Unfortunately our reservation for late April has had to be cancelled due to the COVID-19 situation. We didn't contact the hotel about it yet but someone just called to apologise and let us know that they will be processing a full refund. Didn't expect this as many others are only issuing credit notes at best. Very much appreciated! Look forward to staying again soon when things get back to normal. In the meantime, best wishes to everyone.

Clean tidy well priced well placed for great transport connections to Central London.

The room was very clean and the bedding very comfortable. I very much enjoyed the breakfast also and the proximity with the metro. The staff of the hotel is very friendly and attentionne. Thank you. I will be back.

The location was away from hustle and bustle but comviniently located next to train. The staff was above excellent, from morning staff to evevning, and the young ladies who serviced the rooms were just such wonderful young ladies who were so careful to not disturb. I will recommend and return to what is now one of my favorite hotels!

Postcode was incorrect,, no where to park and reception wasn’t really bothered also told us to lie to Travel Lodge so we could park in there car park will never use this company again.

We stayed at your hotel from the 19-21 April. I am a gold club elite member and I was very unhappy with aspects of my stay. 1. Arrived at hotel and very polite receptionist gave us room keys etc. We got to the room and as soon as we walked in my wife noticed an issue with the bed. You could clearly see that the bed was a lot lower in the one corner. So I rang reception and asked someone to have a look at it. The man came to fix the bed and the one leg had snapped. I then …asked him about the air conditioning and why it wouldn’t switch on. The weather for last weekend was going to be hot and the room was already hot anyway so I wanted to cool it down. He told me it wouldn’t be on. So I said can you switch it on and he told me no as it would be on for the whole hotel. So I said it’s going be hot all weekend, he offered me a fan but that wouldn’t be any good as it would only circulate warm air. That was all he was prepared to do. At this point I was fuming as we had paid for air conditioned room. We went out and I was going to complain but there were a lot of people around reception and I didn’t want to cause a scene. So I rang the hotel and was basically told the same thing and that the duty manager couldn’t switch it on anyway because she didn’t know how to, and unfortunately the manager was away and they didn’t know it was going to be hot that weekend even though the forecast had said this all week. So I told her that I would refuse to pay for my rooms that night.

satisfy travellers needs. Hotel room was lovely, clean with a variety in breakfast to choose from.
Pperfect location as tube was 2 minutes away from the hotel.

Stopped here twice now. Staff freindly, and helpful, breakfast very good. Room addiquit but dated. We like it. Parking really needs addressing. We been lucky! But price for over night parking little steep gone up by £5 since stopping in June!

Coming to London on the Ascent Bridge, and this hotel located in area 2 of the Subways (cheapest tickets), is just excellent value for money, the bathroom is well equipped, the room is in line with the 3-star standing, although the view is on usi disused in this former industrial district. The big plus of this establishment is the all-you-can-eat breakfast, there really is everything, and for all tastes, you can eat like 4, and even take a small snack with you thanks to the lunch bags! Plus the staff is very welcoming, in short no complaints about this hotel.

At first glance it doesn't seem so bad the hotel, the first bad thing, I'm an IHG Golden Member and we had to wait half an hour because the woman at the reception was always "busy" and did nothing!

Beautiful hotel, really convenient and near to North Acton Tube station. Friendly staff: they will help you for every necessity you have. Excellent quality-cost rate.

Good place for a short stay. Very close to the tube station connecting to Central line. Have a Tesco and a Sainsbury for any quick necessities. Deliveroo, UberEats and Just Eats deliver here and there are quite a few options.

The staff here are great, real credit to the Hotel. Room was very clean, hotel was clean. Great location for tourists or Wembley visitors, you can pretty much fall out the hotel into a bus or the tube. Parking on site and the bar was open late. Thanks guys!

Friendly staff as ever. Really convenient for North Acton tube station. Not sure why they've re-marked literally half of the car park (8 out of 17 spaces) as disabled, though. It wasn't like that last time I visited.

For a hotel off the beated track they is nearly no parking could not go again for that reason but hotel was very good other wise.

Really good quality rest. Their breakfast is good and free.

I would like to say thanks to all the staff that made my staying in the Hotel fantastic. In special I would like to say kudos to Adam the receptionist, he took care of our staying all the time, from the begging until the night before check out. Asking us if we need a cab or early breakfast in the following day it was a big plus. Congratulation to The GM, keep it up!

The hotel is sited about. 5 mile from a site I had to work at so the location is ideal. The holiday inn chain is my preferred hotel, although I found that I woke with a stiff shoulder hence only 3 stars.

Nice room, free breakfast above expectations. The location is 1 minutes from the station and very convenient. Although Holiday Inn Express does not need to be specifically to live, it is said that if the temporary to find London accommodation, it will be a very reassuring and affordable choice! I'll think about it again!

Very good Hotel for City travelers. In the Neighborhood are 2 Supermarkets and Dominios Pizza. Breakfast is more like Enough. Bacon Sausages Bean Toast Etc. Fresh Apple Juice and Orange Juice are Top.

Very nice welcome. The staff did not speak French but made the effort to talk slowly. The rooms are clean. The bed is comfortable. Near Metro.

Great hotel, clean, modern, rooms at a decent price. Right next to North Acton Tube. 25 mins to Central London. Three tube stops from Shepherds Bush so great access to Westfield shops/restaurants.

Location fantastic for anything in London. Hotel itself is fine but a little noisy in morning's. Room clean. Food decent.

Small but comfortable place. Few shops nearby like Tesco, Sainsbury and a fast-food shop. Staff very helpful. Parking is squeezed and £10 /night however if no space staff usually helps with alternative parking spaces. Rooms are average but clean.

Great hotel just a stone's throw from Metro ' North Acton. Free Wi-fi, clean rooms, breakfast plentiful and good. Only lacking in fruit. Ok for gluten-free and various intolerances.

Good Hotel in Zone 2 of London but well connected to Metro 2 minutes and you are in central London in 20 minutes.

Lovely hotel very modern inside. The branch here has been done up to an amazing standard with very stylish and modern decor. The entrance hall is very small but has all it could need. Staff members seem to be lacking but when asked for assistance they were happy to help and advised with all questions. Bar very well stocked. The seating for the bar isn't very large but has plenty of room between tables so your not needing to clamber over everyone. Office space is fantastic very warm and welcoming when using them although the walls are glass looking into the lobby it still feels private. Very clean site. Facititiys very clean and kept tidy.

All the staff were very helpful kind and friendly hotel room was lovely and clean perfect location breakfast was lovely so much to choose from the tube was 2 minutes away from the hotel and a pub just across the road for a nice pub lunch everything just minutes away would definately recommend this hotel and will definately be back thankyou for an amazing stay.

Everything you'd expect and a bit more from a budget hotel. Great staff. Pleasant room, good air-conditioning, Windows can open, TV, coffee in the room, clean and tidy. The breakfast had good bacon, sausage and coffee but the egg wasn't great, although edible. Only fault was no shower curtain. It's right next door to the tube, I was road side rather than rail but did not hear a thing. Very convenient for tube travel anywhere in London.

Great hotel … perfect for an urban trip … perfect connection … perfect environment … only at breakfast I complain that there is no sausage and no cheese.

We arrived early to go to Wembley … even though there were a large number of people checking in. The staff were great. Checked us in quickly, arranged storage of luggage and ordered taxis … Well done! Breakfast was nice and room was clean and comfortable.

Stayed in one of the new modern rooms and have to say I was very impressed. Great feel and love the look. Restaurant area has been given the same treatment too.

One of my favourite hotel to stay when I travel to UK. Very close to tube station. Courteous and helpful staff and they have nice breakfast. Rooms are spacious and very clean.

Had a great time here, Hotel was great as were the staff, and they do bacon at breakfast. My only niggle was being charged full price for a room because the receptionist didnt recognize a free night code on the booking Im awaiting a re fund. Or Id have given 5 stars.

Great hotel just outside London in North Acton. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great and the hotel was right next to the underground station. Would definitely stay there again.

The location of the hotel was great. I stayed for 7 days. The hotel is very clean. Size of the room just right for one person. Hotels in North Acton station (Acton North train station) next to it. Station 20-25 minutes from the city centre. Tesco Express (Tesco Express) across the street. If you want to eat, and restaurants are all within walking distance. Staff is excellent. Only I'm not happy with is that breakfast, every day …

Nice hotel, we were very surprised. Great location, very close to the Metro station, half an hour to London City. But are very limited, if you are driving, recommends coming early. Staff was very friendly, service was attentive. Rooms are clean and comfortable, I'll be back.

The rooms was satisfactory and the majority of the staff was very pleasant. A female waitress last night was extremely helpful although the male waiter who was serving was obnoxious and rude after I conplained that I had to wait 40 minutes for a cheesecake and asked 3 times where it was. Would stay in the rooms again but he let the service side down.

The rooms are spacious and clean. They get cleaned daily and thoroughly. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. Also seem genuinely interested in your stay. Have gotten many tips for places we could visit. Solved any problem I gave them, like having no shaving set, got a traveler's set which worked nicely. Keep in mind, the AC of the whole hotel is connected to a main unit. Meaning it's on heating or cooling mode. So the room can't get extra cooled if the heating is on during winter times. But they did hand me a fan during my stay (I love the cold). Breakfast is also included and Wi-Fi is free and fast. Already booked my second stay and will also be back this year for a third.

I stayed here for 6 days in Sep, 2015. Overall, the hotel is clean, staff are friendly and good service. However, the Wi Fi access was very poor and it took me half an hour for sending an e-mail. It really annoyed. I paid 130 pounds per night and I believe I deserved better internet access. Although it near North Acton underground station, it actually quite far away from London City centre.

This place is fantastic. — Central line loads you up right into this hotel (almost). Great hospitality, clean linens, good Wi-Fi, helpful staff, more than decent food especially that Italian receptionist). Hope they keep it this way. Enjoy the stay.

Tidy, functional and well-located, yet still quiet, this was a good place for our tours. Breakfast left us yearning for fresh fruits, but that is our upbringing. The rooms seem to lack sockets which is quite bewildering. Safety deposit is available at the desk.

Great location, subway nearby, room was very clean. Super Pub in the immediate vicinity. My Recommendation.

No frills hotel right next to North Acton underground station. Rooms are standard Holiday Inn Express layout, and are clean and well maintained. Open plan bar and breakfast area. Usual basic breakfast, but it's all included in the price. Hotel has a car park, but space is limited so get there early if you can.

The hotel is quiet good. Breakfast is okay consist of manily sweet bakery foods. The tube is nearer but the tube station do not have elevator or escalator. Little far from (20mins) central london.

The room service food is appalling. It's outsourced, and arrives in jars — no plates, you have to eat out of a jar, no salt, pepper etc. Salmon out of a jar is not appetising. The green salad was a jar of lettuce, nothing else. There's also a minimum charge for food of £15.00, so you can't just purchase a main course. Breakfast was also poor. The hotel room was fine, staff professional, I found the Wi-Fi to be good — just whatever you do, do not eat here — life is too short.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. To be picky you could improve the continental qualitatively. For the rest it deserves the 4 stars I gave him. Friendly staff, quiet hotel, clean, spacious rooms with all amenities, changing towels every day. Metro station at 20 metres. North Acton station zone 2. I will be back.

The hotel is ok and there's a limited car park for those driving in like me. It's a minute walk to the tube station. The area is pretty crummy though and the hotel bin appears to be a local lavatory, larder and drop-off/pick-up point for 'goods' of all sorts. Small knots of scruffy blokes hang around in the shadows behind or beside various buildings.
