Excellent hotel, room was great, staff was really friendly, breakfast delicious. Highly recommended.

Great location and very modern décor. Rooms are nice, clean and bed is comfortable. Staff is polite and helpful. I would definitely recommend.

Fairly standard and bland exterior but rooms nicely appointed. Freindly and helpful manager, very welcoming and accommodating. Breakfast included. Nice shower in room, tea and coffee making facilities, TV, nice bed, etc. Bit quieter in rooms round the side but still under the Heathrow flight path, so plane noise might be a nuisance if that sort of thing bugs you.

Reasonable breakfast offering, although hotel is located a long walk from the tube. Avoid rooms at the rear of the building; there are a series of AC compressors mounted on the wall by the first floor bedrooms that create a lot of vibration/noise. Otherwise rooms are clean and pleasant with contemporary decor.

Stayed here for one night and it's in a really good location. If driving parking is only £10 a day which is very good for London parking. Rooms are very modern which is now for a Holiday Inn Express, however they are noisy from the Heathrow flight path which I thought would have been thought though when building. Apart from that it was a lovely stay with some very friendly staff. Breakfast could be improved in quality, but for the price you pay you can't complain at all. Would definitely use again!

Its a quiet and simple place with basic services. The staff are friendly and ready to attend to your needs. Location central and easily accessible.

One of the newest Express by holiday inns. Very nice modern rooms. Excellent layout of the room. Everything you need for a short business trip. Everything spotlesy clean and very welcoming and attentive staff. Parking not great but this is a London hotel and not provided by the hotel. Great location for access to public transport. Lot's of eating and drinking options nearby although the hotel has a good wee bar and pizza/snack menu.

Very modern clean rooms. Plenty of towels. Friendly staff. Great hotel but would prefer different location. Easy to acces and shops close by but alot of drunks in the area and can't see out the Windows as they are too high.

Good location It is certainly far from central London but the price is unbeatable and easy access with a direct bus from the subway to the hotel door. Friendly staff and full breakfast.

Just spent 5 days staying here. Excellent hotel. Good rates. Rooms spotless. Staff very accommodating and friendly. Complimentary breakfast and superb pizzas complimentary at midnight. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent place you want a simple hotel and breakfast option. Not in the hubbub of the city but close enough to public transport and easy to get anywhere. Convenient for Heathrow and central London. Cost effective option. Friendly staff.

Great value for money, good location if you are travelling by air, and still quite close to the city center, very accessible by public transport, and most importantly, very friendly and helpful staff.

Hotel is nice and cosy. Room was not big and without shampoo and shower gel. So don't forget to the them. In the morning you can enjoy the great English breakfast.

Great hotel, fair price and the staff are extremely friendly and attentive. I will definitely stay here again in the future! Only negative would be the parking however, there is a car park a short walk away.

Having stayed there for 3 nights, the service I was given by the staff was second to none. The room was very very clean, and the breakfast was yummy! What made my stay an even more enjoyable one is was a particular staff member. I didn't quite catch his name but I believe he was still fairly new. He made sure that I knew what services were available to me and continuously asked if I required further assistance with getting to certain places. 5 stars from me, would recommend to anyone!

Loud buzzung noise in room, sounded like a double decker bus was running his engine outside my window all night.

This hotel reallly got me from the beggining. Only problem I found is that there are no parking slots reserved by hotel. But there is bus stop right in front of the hotel entrance so the car can be easily replaced. Hotel si very modern and looks great. The stuff is really friendly and the breakfast is very tasty. Hotel also lets you to take it with you if you are in rush. Rooms are very nice and clean, there is a great shower and every comfy bed in every room.
