Great location, easily accessible and very impressive entrance. Facilities are great as where the staff which all contribute to delivering a great event. Wifi was fast and conference rooms where very comfortable. Look forward to future events at this location.

Staff were wonderful, support whilst running our event was fantastic. The room was comfortable, the food was superb. We asked for changes in temperature and IT support during our session, and it was dealt with professionally and quickly. Our delegates enjoyed the day — I'm sure our event feedback has been boosted by the wonderful venue and their staff. Thank you!

I have recently joined a company that uses this, and other of the Cavendish group, venues on a regular basis and I have to say, it is always a pleasure hosting an event here. I am now familiar with most of the personnel and they are all outstanding. Denis, Stoian, Simon and many others. It is like a big family that also loves spoiling you. There are no problems here that can't be sorted with professionalism and with a smile, always. Thank you Hallam Conference Centre and Cavendish Group. You deserve your success!

This is the second time I have been to this venue and is the one that others are measured against… great venue, happy to recommend.

I wanted to write a review of the Hallam Conference Centre as my whole experience has been fantastic. All staff were helpful and polite on every encounter. I was very impressed at how quietly and discreetly they carried out the change over of refreshments throughout the day of my conference, no-one knew they were even in the room. Lunch was exceptional and offered a huge variety, to suit everyone. Thank you for a very enjoyable experience, I will certainly recommend you to anyone looking for a central London conference venue.

I recently attending an all day training day with Pearson at the Hallam Conference Centre. The venue is a lovely old-style building with a well-equipped and modern, comfortable interior. It was very easy to find, only a few minutes walk from Oxford Circus station. The staff were helpful and attentive and the training itself was thorough and enjoyable, with modern equipment such as projectors and laptops, and fast Wi-Fi at our disposal. A delicious lunch (hot food too! ) was provided, as well as tea and coffee throughout the day. I would definitely recommend this venue to anyone looking for a place to host training or conferences.

Room was acceptable, bit dated but can't complain too much for the price. Staff were impolite but not too much as to ruin the stay.

Considering its central location, this hotel presents good value for money. With regard to some of the comments made here … decor — It is clean, tidy and presentable. Yes, it's not ultra modern, but then the cost of the room is not ultra high either. Separate bathroom/toilet split? I think I can live with that — again, both clean, tidy and presentable. Yes — the TV was over the other side of the room to the bed. I visited London to see London, not watch TV in bed. Breakfast — no complaints — very nice thank you. My only heartache was the fact there was no cooked breakfast — but I knew this when I booked ;-). Staff — efficient, friendly and helpful. Thoroughly recommended for travelers/visitors who understand the true meaning of value. If you want a high end, overly expensive thoroughly modern hotel room then look elsewhere :)

The worst place we've ever stayed. Dirty as hell, inconvenient, staff not really helpful. Stay away.

Small room, high price, just no worth the money.

Very dissappointed and will not recommend to anyone. Stay away. Stayed with a colleague for 1x night, thankfully and both of us did not get a wink. Not ideal to prepare for a long day the next morning. Very noisy room as next to the busy road. Room was very dated and poor standard of basic cleaning. Stains and hair on bed sheets, taps dripping all night and unable to turn off, tile wall behind the toilet secured with duck tape. Receptionist unapproachable and could not afford to offer a welcome smile. The list goes on. I think a visit from hotel regulators is a must.

Yes, 52 bites in total. Unhelpful staff and very nasty barely edible breakfast. Worn shabby looking rooms. Location however is great, but really, STAY AWAY.
