Very good price for the area, parking was a no brainer at £10 for the day. Decor and facilities were excellent with stunning views and very helpful staff.

Fabulous find for our visit to the O2 really lovely staff and The apartment was excellent and good value for money.

Very nice and clean hotel. The stuff are friendly and helpful. I would like for sure to go agin there.

Could have been a five star if the room had an air condition.
But now it hadn't, so the temperature was over 35 deg celsius. It was impossible to sleep.
I had to open the windows completely (a lot of noice and full of light) to at least lower the temperature some.

The apartment is unbeatable. Parquet floor, full kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator and freezer, toaster, washing machine, induction hob, and all the necessary utensils and cutlery. In our case we have two rooms, one of them with its own bathroom, and another bathroom in the hallway, both modern and well equipped.
The location is very quiet and nice but, on the other hand, there are very few shops in the surroundings.
I do not put the fifth star for the 500m to the nearest supermarket, which get srather long when you come loaded with the bags.

Terrific location adjacent to Canary Wharf. Restaurants and shops close by. Super views of surrounding London. Easy access to London via the DLR and Underground. Nicely appointed rooms and pleasant staff.

Very nice apartments with nice rooms and a washer and kitchen. However they are not air conditioned so if you have the mispleasure of getting a room I'm the summer the room will be stuffy and the cleaning staff leaves the door open after cleaning so the room gets very very hot.

The apartments are spacious (especially according to London standards) and tastefully decorated. Well equipped and well appointed they offer a remarkable comfort!
Special mention for L'Occitane products offered gracefully in the bathroom.

Studios and small apartments 4 stars, modern, partly with views of the Thames. Simple kitchen with refrigerator. Ideal if you need proximity to the O2. Nearby subway. Good beds, nice for stay even for weeks. Well organized, friendly staff, very clean. Good value for money.

Great place to stay by the docks and a short walk from the tube as well as offices. The rooms are tastefully decorated and have all furnishing to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The staff was very helpful and friendly. My only gripe is that the team cannot allocate points onto the loyalty. Membership, due to separate bookings and I having joint the program late. This is more of an administrative issue, but shouldn't reflect negatively on the friendly staff on the ground.

Fraser place canary wharf. Had a great 2 night stay here. My daughter and son in law booked 2 nights here. With their 4 young sons. We had 2 what seemed like kingsize beds and sofa bed in the lounge. It was a large lounge with a seperate kitchen. It had a cooker/microwave/washing machine and dishwasher. And all the usual things for self catering. We had a balcony which Josh aged 2 and Owen aged1. Loved playing on. There was a flat screen TV in the lounge and both bedrooms. Also iPod radios in every room everything was remote control. There was a family bathroom and an ensuite with a bath. I have stayed in London more times than I can remember at all different hotels of different ratings, and this was the best place I have had the pleasure of staying in. We stayed here to go to the o2 arena which was a short taxi ride away. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting London.

Could not have asked for better… staff were friendly, happy, polite and very accommodating indeed, not something im actually used to from previous visits to other London hotels, I had asked for an apartment with a view if possible to make my friends first experience of London a fabulous one due to us spending the evening at an event at the 02arena, and my gosh did fraser place deliver! A little upgrade they said… the pent house was absolutely stunning with everything and anything we could have needed or wanted for our stay with breath taking all round views of London, we did not want to leave. A little hiccup from previous guests (someone must have partied to hard lol) but staff were more than happy to accommodate but certainly did not effect our stay we were overwhelmed with how great the staff made our stay… Thank you fraser place for such a wonderful experience you certainly went above and beyond A* staff and service… I can definitely say I will be back for our next London trip. Highly recommend.

Had a great stay at Fraser Place Canary Wharf. The executive studio apt was perfect for our stay and included everything we needed. Thank you to Akmal and the other staff for being so helpful and friendly and making our stay so comfortable.

Great, friendly and helpful staff. Great stay, the apartment was lovely and the shower was amazing. Apartment also had good views of the wharf and O2 arena. Child friendly apartment as well.

Fantastic three day stay here in a two bed apartment, couldn't recommend it highly enough! Staff were friendly and helpful, and happy to put balloons (at my request) in the room for our daughters 18th birthday, but also kindly put some banners up too! Everything we needed was there, comfortable, clean and tidy, great location. We'd definately stay here again.

Be aware that the advised charge doesn't include VAT whixh they then add on.

Very nice place. The rooms were lovely and spacious and the bathroom was great. The location isn't to out of the way, about ten minutes from the train station.

A very superb place in London! Near to all the big organisations. Awesome rooms and almost everything is available. Room service is done everyday and you don't have to worry about anything at all. Entire Reception staff is helpful. Thanks Guys!

Very nice staff… nice room with a view of Canary Whaf and Billingate market and near DLR.

Hotel location is very convenient, five minutes walk from the subway station.
Hotel is very clean, one-bedroom room is enough space, kitchen equipment is also very complete, but the holiday did not clean the room service is a bit inconvenient. Value for money in downtown London is very high, very recommended.

Perfect if you need to be close to Canary Wharf. Clean modern rooms. Short walk to CW tube, banks, shopping.

The reception lady was really bad she did not explain anything properly which found us asking every thing twice. Shame because the apartment was flawless.

Staff great but room was not A 'luxury apartment broken handle on the door meant we had to leave it open all night. Leaking water from above room at 2 in the morning. No service men on sight to fix.

I have stayed in some of the FP for an extended stay in London, and they have not disappointed me, great staff reception, stunning apartments, clean, professional, the reservations team always cater for your requirements, mine was a balcony and Wi-Fi.

I think one of best places to stay in London. Great customer service, Free tea and biscuits.

Located a little away from the business district so very quiet, facing a small marina, amazing and allowing beautiful photos, beautiful apartments to rent and excellent breakfast.

Great hotel, looks nice but it is a shame the same cannot be said about the receptionist. I am booked in later on this summer and wanted to ask a little bit about the rooms and area. I left with no information. Completely RUDE, ANTIPATIC, extremely unhelpful! She should not be working there … today 22.07.17 @ approx 13:00. This has completely put me off and I will be cancelling my stay.

High standard, comfy bed, clean, balcony with view on Canary wharf, mediocre breakfast but possible to request various tasty forms of eggs.

I will be staying at Fraser Place for three nights and I think I'll be quite comfortable. The rooms are well-lit and well furnished. The apartment is clean and stocked. Guest services have been cordial and responsive. There is a complimentary smartphone in my flat for use about town (including text, calling, and data free of charge), which is a serious plus if you're traveling from outside the country and don't have proper service everywhere you go. It's a bit out of the way if you're looking to do things in central London, but the Canary Warf underground station (jubilee line) is a short walk away (

It all started with us not being shown to our room and just getting some directions. Hairs in the shower. Wonky toliet seat. Windows with broken handles that wouldn't shut properly. Went down for breakfast in the morning and the waitress didn't even acknowledge us as she was too busy on her phone. Poor selection with stale hard bread and boiled eggs so overdone they were blue and like rubber balls! Never again.

Nice, clean room. Great kitchen. Modern Furniture. Good view. Just the light in bed room and bathroom is too dark in my opinion.

Room is nice and spacious. However, breakfast option can be improved to include hot foods.

Stayed here while at the UFC. Everything was as you would expect for a hotel in Canary Wharf. Lovely views from the rooms.

Nice clean apartments. Good basic breakfast for 9 pounds. Not enough storage space in rooms and small bathrooms. No housekeeping over the weekend.

Oh yes Fraser Palace. I went to Canary Wharf in April 2014 with my family and some friends. We really enjoy the place. The location was very fine and confortable including people so gently. Love London.

Location is really nice. Great view. Rooms are nice and cosy.

There two types of rooms. Those (cheaper) looking to the road are extremely noisy because the windows do not isolate the noise. The breakfast is modest but enough for me. The room is very elegant but they need better windows. With good windows it would be very good. With the present windows I will not return.

Close enough to the city center in a recent business district, this apartment hotel is really top. We came to two couples and the apartment really appealed to us. Again even for a long stay.

Beautiful accommodation close to the arena. Clean and well appointed with balcony, and fully equipped kitchen. Only down fall upon overnight. Hot water didn't work, clearly a momentary glitch and quickly fixable. Staff friendly and attentive. Convenient for the Metro and quickly accessible from the main London attractions.

Wow what a fantastic place, on 10th floor overlooking the marnia and the 02, staff could not be more helpful. Fantastic.

Nice new studio apartment, very high spec. Rooms not facing Barclays tower will be quieter, but London is a earlier to rise city, and thats normal.
