Where do I start? Horrendous unclean smelly room and diabolical customer services.

Excellent boutique hotel. Recently renovated. Close to everything. Small rooms, but that’s okay, because I’m always out and about and only sleep there. Rates are excellent for London. This is my second stay and have booked again for late July. If you want luxury and all the amenities, this hotel is not for you. Staff are great.

Well, I was basically stuck in London due to the weather conditions. After an hour looking for an hostel without any battery, I found this one around 2pm. The receptionist has been really nice with me, he even lent me a charger and allowed me to check out later. The room is maybe a little bit expensive, but it sounded logic since it was a nice one. I do recommend it.

We had a joining room which we could hear everything that next door was saying and doing! Very noisy and I don’t mean the traffic outside. Small room and bed as my partners feet hung out of the bottom of the bed, clean but could do with the bathroom being upgraded. Heating turned on in the middle of the night so it was like a sauna in the room, when we put the air con on the machine made a loud noise every so often so I didn’t sleep very well. Breakfast was very expensive and not nice as came out cold, waitress was rude as kept tutting and didn’t like the fact that we filled our water bottle up with fresh juice and water!
Plastic covering on all the carpets which was strange too.

We are currently here on a two night stay. The staff are lovely; we were upgraded at no extra cost as we had not realised there was a lift at the front of the building. Lovely facilities. Tea and coffee in room, coffee machine also. Left biscuits with were lovely. Bathroom and bedroom — wonderful! Very clean and modern. Slept incredibly well on our first night. Thank you Euston Square!

Awesome place. Very warm hospitality. They consider us as family and if we go to our relatives and family friend's house how they warmly asked about what we would like to have… and yes very polite and very humble approach.

My stay at Euston Square Hotel was excellent. After delayed flights and arriving at 1.30am checking in was quick and easy. The staff were very understanding and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Nausea Home Hotel, first room bad, what could be heard in the next room, followed by the waiter even while we sleep the door clean. Only toast for breakfast is also said to be full English breakfast, really sorry! There is blood on the quilt on the bed, it's disgusting. You who is who is going to regret it, even near Metro station you will be especially happy. Disgusting. You can hear whatever sound in the neighbor room and can't sleep well. There are blood spots on the bed. No English breakfast, only some bread. Very very bad experience. Do not come to this hotel. You will regret.

Nice but very small rooms and wi — fi only works at the front desk of the hotel.

Hopeless. Just avoid. All comments from other customers are unfortunately true.

Poor. Rude staff, TV didn't work, creeky floors, walls made of paper.

This place is ok for a short stay and if you do not plan to spend a lot of time in the rooms. Those tend to be small and the lift is absurdly slow. Which is quite important because every now and then the locks will shut you out of your room so that you have to return to the lobby. The personnel is quite friendly and the location is a big plus. Don't count on the wireless Internet-access though, it is a most blatant joke when you try to use it in your room.

I know a lot of hotels from business trips and private. And this is the crappiest I've ever seen. Even considering the low price. If you're not really completely broken and need to find a hotel for the lowest price, don't go there. Extremely small rooms (not even room for a chair at the table, cigarette Burns all over the floor, the shower is 60cm wide (ever tried to turn around in such a shower? ), mold a fungus everywhere.

What a dreadful hotel — please do NOT stay here. The rooms could not be locked due to a problem with the locking system. The rooms were cramped with no room to even move round the bed. I had no tea and coffee making facilities of towels on arrival! The bed linen was dirty and had a huge cigarette burn in it. The carpet was disgusting — very unclean. He reception staff were extremely unhelpful. DO NOT stay at this appalling hotel.
