Great location in front of the hotel there is a supermarket and the bus stop that takes you to the two nearby subways. Breakfast super hearty. Room though small cozy and clean. Very nice staff. For those looking for a hotel just to sleep I recommend it.

We left for this hotel for a 5-day stay in London.
The real highlight of the hotel was its breakfast. The room was fine and the food almost perfect.
However my disappointment comes from the room I occupied which looked nothing like the pictures shown on the internet. Everything was in a deplorable state.

Small rooms, without hair dryers, without abatjour, an outlet only to charge the various electronic devices (in another room there were the doorus wall), fridge in the room with kettle, soluble coffee cups, tea, sugar and milk.
We found it being renovated, it will be cute and cozy but always small. The staff are nice, great location for the various trips!

Clean, smart and excellent service and breakfast. Makes a welcomed change for a weekly visitor to London.

The first time I came here was for a whopping three months stay on business. But all my time and stay was made very comfortable by the entire hotel staff and front desk. All the people are very friendly and warm, the breakfast spread is very good which makes the start of your day very healthy. Rooms are kept very clean and upkeep, so its nice to come back and relax. Perfect place for business travel and more importantly excellent location, right in the middle of Hammersmith and Shepherd's Bush line. Bus stop is just a few steps too.

Hotel was clean, was in a single room which was small but adequate. Was attending an event at Olympia and it was an easy walk. Free Wi-Fi and breakfast was fine. No frills but for my trip is was prefect.

Wonderful staff, great facilities l, easy parking. Nice and tidy. Great location for Westfield and shepardsbush market. Also walking distance from Portobello for the carnival.

At night there is no sign light is not easy to find, the hotel also has no elevator must carry baggage up and down the floor, this time provided by the room is located next to the edge of the storeroom, the room is very small access is not convenient, suggested that the economic situation allowed to reconsider.

Guy on the front desk very friendly and helpful, we were surprised the room newly decked out, smart but possibly cheaper stuff so will be tatty in a few months. Excellent hot and cold breakfast laid on. Wi-Fi signal good and fast.

Pretty dirty. At least in our room. Where barely there was room to pass by touching the wall. The hairdryer is missing. Staff not too welcoming. The hotel does not have high prices but in my opinion it is in a not very favorable location. Breakfast is served a few steps, inside another facility… the quality is bad and there is little choice.

Some problems with the shower but then all good, breakfast top.

We liked it in the Euro hotel. For the reasonably priced it is above average clean and not as schrottig as some other hotel in the price range. The bus and train connections are good, shopping facilities are also adequate and close. The double beds are a bit small with 120cm and the breakfast is only from 7.30 to 9 am. The Wi-Fi was good. We were there the second time and would come back.

The room was newly decorated, comfy beds and beautiful decor. TV, Wi-Fi, tea and coffee facilities, breakfast included. Excellent value for money.

Its fine to rest your head for the evening. Bring your own soaps though.

I was sold on checking out; the hotel manager went out to purchase two large packets of m&m's for my children. There were some minor quirks while there (hot water is on the blue side of the faucet for example) but it's a good, clean place to rest during your stay in London. Close to many amenities plus well served by public transport. The breakfast is an added bonus and it is very hearty. Would recommend any time.

For 3 nights OK. We had a renovated room in the basement overlooking a courtyard. Rooms are quite small, but since you are anyway just to sleep and shower there, we didn't care. Bath newly renovated, just somehow there was the worm in there. No outlet in the bathroom (extension cables take best 3-seer plug! ), in the shower no storage option for shampoo and both in the shower and in the sink was cold warm and warm cold. In the shower you had to run it first and it took you to get a pleasant temperature. Either freezing cold or hot. Otherwise, however, we would be absolutely satisfied with the room, especially if you take the price into account. There were two wardrobes, TV, kettles with tea and a fridge. On the beds you slept quite well. Very cold at night at the end of October. But there were woollen blankets that could still be taken.
What we didn't like so much was breakfast. The same every day: Light and dark toast, scrambled eggs, roasted gras, beans, cheese, fried eggs, tomatoes, jam, cereal and small sweet cakes. On the first day OK, on the second day you wanted something else like salami, ham or just a different cheese. We usually only had a toast with egg there and then got something on the way later.
Otherwise Hotel quite small and constricted. Is currently being renovated but in the evening absolutely quiet.
Towels would be changed every day otherwise also right clean.

Not worth the money. The pictures lies, it does not look like that! First we got a room that was basically not a room and smeld like mold and urine. Am also 100% I got bitten by bedbugs that first night. We got to change room (luckily) after the first night, and that was better, however not clean. We asked them to clean, and they did, but I still found food from the previous guest in the fridge and an old beer can and old molded cup of coffee between my bed and the wall… the sink was blocked, no hot water and dirty toilets. Pretty sure the whole building was full of mold and that's why I got an allergic reaction! Pick another hotel!

Appalling. Paid £69 for one night and didn't even stay the night, the bathroom was very dirty, with no hot water, and the mattress was practically non existent. Complained to staff, did not offer any type of apology. Although it is cheap, basic hygiene shouldn't be compromised for the price!

Fair prices. Not very trendy. Not really clean and a lot of broken things in the room. Friendly staff.

The building is old and the bed not so great. Bathroom was newer and clean. Overall the room was clean. Staff was attentive. The price was good for what it is. I'd stay here again if needed.

It is a weird set up. The staff aren't the friendliest. The rooms look clean but then you look closer and there are stains on the floor and marks on the walls also dust in the lighting fixtures. The bathroom we had was lovely. Rooms are small and the beds are comfy but you get a sheet to cover you while you sleep. It takes a lot for me to post any sort of mildly negative review. It'd budget accommodation but I wouldn't stay again.

I give four stars as a tourist who is all day long on his feet in town and wanted a convenient location cheap in town in a good spot. The breakfast is good but simple, the rooms cleaned but not shiny. Unlike other comments our heating worked well, only the shower is a challenge for tall people because there is almost no water coming out. For day tripping, for work trips this hotel is recommended. If you want to relax and have a lazy stay in the hotel beds… Well there are other hotels for that.

My first visit at this hotel was very amazing. The staff manage to combine super-friendliness with great professionalism and customer service. Rooms wa very clean and comfortable. Our room was on the third floor looking out onto the park. The hotel was a bit hard to find if you are arriving by metro, it's not in a visible area, so you have to ask people in the street where exactly is. The room has a balcony. On the ground floor there was a gym where we workout. Also, there was a few cafe bars where we enjoyed our holiday. This was fantastic.

I stayed 3 nights end nov/2012 and the staff are great. Rooms are just perfect for budget travellers. Clean and practical. Very good location for any transport to any part of London. Ideal for shopping at Westfield white city.

I was happy to find this hotel. Good location, bathroom, tv, Wi-Fi, refrigerator, tea/coffee maker, clean, nice, best quality/price, friendly and helpful personnel. If I ever come to London again I will certainly try to get a room in this hotel.

Good location, clean and nice room. The personnel is helpful and friendly — I needed accomodation only on one night (my friends were there all week) and the personnel was realy helpful. Realy good price for the London. Close to city centre. Good breakfast — good for this category of hotel. Enough food for everyone. I was happy there.

This is the affordable and lovely hotel at London. You can enjoy a lot in this hotel. It is located at 31 Shepherds Bush Rd, London and is attractive. It is in the central region and is easy to reach there. You can have your stay enjoyable and more romantic.

Strategically located — within a walking distant from Shepherds Bush and Hammersmith underground stations and 10 minutes walk to Westfield shopping complex. Staffs are very friendly and helpful, they even allowed us to cook and use the utensils inside the kitchen. We really feel like at home, though this was our first stay at Euro Hotel. If we do come.

The Euro Hotel is very clean and comfortable, personnel is very pleasant. Very nice rooms and nice hotel. Unlike other hotels in London, this will spend very little money which is commendable, the prices are pleasant.

I spent only one night at the Euro Hotel in mid-June and I must say: the location is central to shopping, local attractions and an easy walk to or from the train station. The staff was friendly and quite helpful. The bed was just what we needed. Great experience. Cheers.
