My family and friends always stay at one of their rooms/apartments. The rooms are spacious, clean, very comfortable and close proximity to Walthamstow station. Staff are very attentive, helpful and friendly. Excellent value for money.

Great company to deal with highly recommended!

Recosive By London Standards and yet good quality. The Rooms are all chic and well maintained. Tea, Coffee and Kettles are in every Room. The Bathroom, on the other hand, is very small, But sufficient. Only the Rooms are cleaned on Request during the Stay.

Perfect for me and my daughter. Very clean rooms, Lucia is very friendly and helpful and greets you with a lovely smile. Location is great with bus station 5 minutes walk which has Underground and Overground trains.
Lovely cafe opposite bus station with super breakfast if you did not want to use the clean, well stocked kitchen at the property.
Will always look up next time I am in London…

Cheap and cheerful. Ok for quick stay if your in need. Small clean room. Tho not very modern.

Booked a room without seeing it, unfortunately for me. It is ok as the staff explained to me that the booking fee would not be refundable if I don't take it. The room was ok, but the house was unbeliavably dirty, there was no cleaning there as it was described on the website and everything was in appaling state. The bathrooms and the toilets were an absolute nightmare, I was explained later that should we need a cleaner we should organize it ourself. The staff were kind and returned the money I've paid for the room, but it has been the most expensive room seeing in my life. Please make sure you check where you are going, as being forced to live in a place you don't like is a nightmare!

It's a real great place, especially for the price! Might go again soon.

Decent basic room with en-suite.

It was clean and it was nice that it had a kitchen and dining room. Walthamstow is really a dump. There is a constant feeling of insecurity walking from the Tube station to the hotel after sunset. During my stay I saw a mob running like hell on Hoe street because some guy pulled out a gun in one club in the area. Oh, and please ask for a room not facing the street directly. It's very noisy during the night because of the bus station right outside the hotel… and because of the local chavs.

We are currently in London and staying here at easyroomlet. The personal is very obliging and helpful. Our room is clean and comfy. On our arrival day they made an earlier check in possible, because our baby needed some sleep.
The tube is nearby, you can reach London city between 20-30 minutes. Furthermore you can arrive by the city of Walthamstow (where you can go shopping or buy food) within a 10
minutes walk.

It's a nice place to enjoy.

Was met by polite staff that we didn't see again for four days. The room only have two working plugs out of four, it needed a good clean. We had a double bed but with two single duvets on it. The toilets needed a good clean, the shower wasn't attached to the wall, the shower head didn't stay up, the shower didn't have any sorta of temperature control other than freezing cold or boiling hot. The other guest didn't know how to close doors or clean up after themselves. The lock on the door wasn't very secure. The room was outdated. The building is based on a very nosy part of town. The shower is my biggest problem with the place.

Their website says that the house has a living room and that, included in the rent, is regular maintenance and cleaning of common areas. This is simply NOT true. They have not cleaned the place once since I've been here. It's pretty disgusting and there is also an issue with rodents in this place. One more point to add; they should do a background check of all tenants. I was woken up at 5am the other day, by what sounded like the guy in the next room dying or having some kind of seizure. Out of concern, I knocked on his door. He opened the door, completely naked, and there was another guy (also naked) convulsing on the bed. "It's nothing to worry about. It's not alcohol or anything. I've never seen him do this before. " he says, as he closes the door. I then hear him slapping the other guy a few times and, after about a minute, the convulsing stops. He later explained to me that it must have been the result of something he had taken in the club and that this is why he did not want to call an ambulance. Maybe I'm being naive but surely that's a perfect example of when you should call an ambulance. Sketchy! Avoid.
