Don’t use the basement rooms for guests. You clearly see it’s not a typical guest room. It’s humid and not well ventilated, too noisy (subway, and people constantly talking outside), not welcoming at all plus it’s next to the laundry bags. It is not respectful for your guest for that price. We didn’t get any rest even with earplugs.

Good location.

A star for the location in a magical neighborhood and the proximity of the buses and Metro.
On the other hand the hotel is a horror. From the outside it is the ugliest house on the street and the interior is even worse. Carpet that has a funny smell, past paint, dangerous staircase. The triple room on the top floor is a misery, the window is broken it does not close and overlooks the subway which passes from 5:00 am to midnight. The shower is dirty with black and rusty joints. The sheets do not smell of laundry and bedding is the worst on which I had the chance to sleep.
I don't recommend it.

Pretty good really for the price. Quiet back street in the hotel district of South Ken/Earl's Court. Some noise from tube but hotel generally clean, staff friendly, &c.

Budget hotel at 1 star but I didn't expect such small rooms. The private bathroom was a fair size and quite modern, however, the shower was broken and wonky. The mattress was really soft but the springs were really obvious and kept sticking in me. The underground is right behind the hotel and trains can be heard every few minutes very loudly, this didn't bother me as I am used to sleeping near a train station but may bother someone who is not used to it. The hotel is in a lovely area and is extremely convenient for local amenities. I asked for more pillows but was told they don't have any (we had one very thin pillow each and a cushion with a hole in). Whilst clean, it was clear the place hadnt had a lick of paint in quite a while. Iv definitely stayed at more comfortable 1 star budget hotels in the past.

The location is very good but it passes the train line from behind which makes it very noisy. Price-quality ratio good for being in Kensington.

Unfortunately not recommended. Stuffy, dirty rooms, windows don't open and the mattresses are a disaster. The subway runs right next to the house, which makes it very noisy in the rooms.

Perfect for a pied-a-Terre in London, 2 minutes from the Metro with 2 important lines (Piccadilly and district-circle)

The Rooms are very small, the room and the bathroom are very clean and the food is very good. Not Recommended for any kind of audience!

I had a bad night. The room I was booked in was on the second floor even though I requested to be on the ground floor. The hotel is just next to the train track. The train passes almost every 10/15 minutes from 5:00 in the morning until 11: 00 in the evening. The room is tidy but the mattress needs to be changed. It's uncomfortable and I can feel the bumps. The only good in this hotel is the location. Very close to earls court station and shops.

Despite the dreadful reviews our room was ok. I didn't expect luxury at £60 for the night. The bed was clean and comfortable and the bathroom, although small was clean and the shower worked fine. We could hear the trains and the people next to us and above, but luckily they were not too noisy otherwise it could have been a problem. The rooms are very close together as they have clearly crammed as many rooms as they can into the building. The hotel was in a great location — 2 minute walk to the station. It served it's purpose for our one night stay but for a longer stay in that area I would want a bigger room with hanging space for clothes and a bigger bathroom.

Molto vicino alla metro e in una bella zona, con farmacia, pub tradizionali e catene di bar come Pret-A-Manger a distanza di 2 minuti a piedi. Camere molto piccole e scale ripide e strette. La concierge diurna non parla italiano mentre il notturno sì. Lavandino in bagno minuscolo e in alcune camere scomodo. Non esiste l'armadio.

A shameful hotel — to escape absolutely: zero service, the train that passes by the windows, the electric cables that hang in the room, no baby cot at disposal, cleanliness non existent (mold in the shower), the frame of the bed which is not large enough to Welcome the mattress which gives a bed bent… Short to flee!

Very little recommended place. Very small room, old and dirty. After being cold the first night I pedidmos them a blanket and they said they didn't have any. The photos attached are from our base. Very incompetent staff.

Suitable for a few days its proximity to the city is perfect only negative point you can hear the subway.

I was now the 6th time in London, and had always had to collect bad experiences with hotels before. But not this time. I had the room right behind the front desk with 2 beds. Flat and private shower.
Nice reception and always helpful with questions. Room service was done and the room was clean, the beds mega soft. My back was happy:-)

In 2 minutes you will be at the Ubahnstation Earls Court.

Dirty and plain. Wouldn't stay longer than 1 night, and make sure to request upstairs room but beware that stairs are very steep and thin, so carrying heavy luggage up them is not ideal.

Very very small place. Not soundproofed walls (in the morning at 5 you can hear the Metro) discreet cleanliness. Good location If you need it for a night is more than good.

Nice hotel ideally placed good service. Is near to underground line. Can not be beaten for value.

To start on a positive note, it is only a short walk from Earls Court tube station which is wonderful! It has an inviting entrance and the staff are polite. Inside the rooms, the bathroom is very stylish… but that is all that can be said. The bedroom that me and my partner shared was no bigger than a box and for the two of us to get ready for a night out at the same time, can prove to be very stressful. The heating in the room was up too high with no way of turning it down and there was only one small window to accommodate this. You could barely breathe it was that hot and it lead to a very sleepless night for me. In addition, the room given to us was facing the tube line and since it was so hot, I had the window open but all night there was works being completed on the tracks and then at 4am the tubes started to run, it was very irritating but for a Monday night, surely they could have found us a room away from the transport line to ensure us a peaceful night.

The hotel is superbly priced, two minutes from the Earls Court subway station in the middle of Kensington. The room is small and the building has no elevator, however it is perfect for tourist stays in which you are not going to make much use of the room. Cleaning is correct. The staff is super friendly.

Great attention. Very nice people at reception very friendly. The room was fine. Pretty good location. Very narrow Hotel and small stairs.! Repeat. Quality + Price.

Prices for the environment where we are. Basic rooms but clean with no staff from 11am. Recommended for the price is all in all the location since it is close to the Metro.

Budget is one word for it, the bed is not the comfiest bed made but we have yet to try the foor. The shower 2 settings, burn your face off hot or freeze you to death. The staff however were polite and greeted us every time we saw them. The bathroom can barely fit one person and the smallest window you have ever seen. It's survivable for a night stay in a pinch but for longer stays I would avoid.

Best quality price ratio. Good value for money. Perfect location, 3 min walk to Earl's court station linking Picadelly (goes straight to the airport) and the green line (takes youbto the major interactions). 3 min walk to a bus station. The main street 3 min away has all you need : great restaurants, fast food restaurants, pharmacy, souvenirs shops a medical center.

Horrible. The rooms are not that bad, the problem comes when after spending the first night at the hotel you wake up with bedbug bites all over the body, which forced us to go to emergencies to give us up to two injections of corticoids. Do not go under any circumstances.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. At such a cheap price, I was willing to accept an uncomfortable bed and the noisy train right outside. However, there were plenty of things that just weren't acceptable. Alarm bells first rang with ALL signs were printed paper (not actual signs) and door numbers were written on masking tape. I was hoping that's all they had cheaped out on. The pillows were paper thin, topped by a (ripped) cushion. (Come on, pillows really aren't that expensive! ). The shower head was leaking and either boiling hot or freezing cold. There were 2 towels only. No hand towel, or floor mat for the shower. The room was dirty. Mould (attempted to be) covered up with paint. We slept in the day due to a long flight and the cleaning lady walked in the room, TWICE, without the courtesy to knock first. (No "do not disturb" signs available either) There were mice, and obvious mouse traps throughout the building. Me and my partner have come away itchy. Even if it's in our head, the state of the place allowed it to get there. Would never go back, nor recommend. I can't believe this place is even allowed to be open.

Tactical place, close to the metro. Place not pleasant, especially the shared bathroom which was a bit crap. But in the end (I have 25 years), can't say to adapt, because London is outside the hotel!

Our room was right at the top on the third floor so was a bit of a climb to get there. Room was clean, small freeview TV high on wall but not tilted downwards so picture was dark. Radiator wouldn't turn off when on zero until I forced it round further. Shower was a bit crap. Hot then cold and very hard to work out. Good toilet roll though. Soap and small shampoos provided. Sink was quite high up. Great location but the duddum duddum of tube trains behind woke me up multiple times. Matress was very nice as was the duvet. Pillows were very thin though. Staff were friendly.

Just don't go here. It's too budget. Need to share your toilet with everyone else. Had 2 fire incidents within 10 days of each other last year (2015) during renovation.

The location is fantastic, literally 3 minutes walk from Earls Court tube station. The room I stayed in was compact but fully functional, and everything in the room and en-suite was clean and working. There was unavoidable noise from the tube and the walls were a little thin, but if I'm being honest I was never woken up by this nor did it prevent me from falling asleep.

Very noisy as the trains rumble past your window… Wi-Fi works but not the television and bathroom light. Price and location are good. Unfortunately, need to add something — bed bugs.

It's convenient and cheap. The shower was broken, the decor very poor. I stayed for one night and today I have 48 bed bug bites. Avoid.

We have been here in June, 2014. The hotel is awful! Nothing functions! TV broken, kettle broken, and 3 of 8 days we have no warm waters. The bed with an old mattress from which the wires stand out. The bed stinks very much. Never again in this hotel! Near in one walk minutes is the Premier Inn hotel!

I recommend you not it happens to go to this place, you can visit pages in which you can see photos of visitors with rats, cockroaches and other insectos. A part of being dirty and foul. Not!
