Absolute bliss, only a small studio but even had a kitchen area so was great for a couple of days stay in a secure and well sought area.

Good location good hotel for the price. Staff very friendly and helpful.

A basic room but everything you'd need for overnight — clean and tidy, and friendly staff.

Very small (hallway and room) and something "come down, " but clean rooms and there is everything you need. Supermarket and subway in the immediate vicinity. Very good location.

Terrible room. Avoid at all cost.

Room no heating, difficult to understand shower controls. No hot water at tea time not sure why as it was working in morning. Shower door literally hanging on one hinge doubt if I would stop here again. Internet not working all time used another building internet.

I won't give 5stars because there are flaws, but compared to other facilities in the area this is the best, at least for my personal experience, plus:very close to the metro, nice area full of restaurants, kitchen corner that wanting to save on Meals. Competitive price (at least for what I paid, about 55pounds/night the double with kitchenette. Minus-handle wobbly bathroom, mold bathroom ceiling, damaged window curtains, worn and stained hallways. For me anyway positive and I'll go back.

Disappointing, not at the height of the photos of the site of the hotel. The room was very small.

The worst hotel there is, the pictures are not the rooms. The worst hotel in London. The only good thing is its location but not that… I don't recommend anyone stay here.

Ideally located for transportation by bus and Metro.

Good location! And place is nearby metro/underground. Restaurant less (Asian/halal food). Sud ve more options to dine in.

Hi, I would like to let you know that it was one of the worst hotel I have been in. Exept the poeple at the entrance who are lovely. Rooms don't look like the pictures at ALL! The cleaner didn't do her job I just asked the bathroom to be clean before my boyfriend come and she absolutely didn't do it same for the floor. She changes my bedsheets with dirtier bedsheets. Then "all the rooms comes with ironing kitchenette blahblahblah" I had to ask the reception for a hair dryer the wardrobe was broken and too small for two poeple so is the room. When we came off the shower the alarm is ringing which is stupid how do you want us to cook anything in this small "kitchen" which is for me not a kitchenette its not a studio its not even a semi studio its a room. No door for the toilets, in the bathroom the water from the big thingy was running down (broken) and the blind store are see through. I am so sorry but the only good things in the premise is the poeples at the reception who tried to make my stay better they didn't really succeed as the room was the worst I ever had. But they were nice professional and really helpfully. I had to leave today instead of tomorrow to go to a hotel at the gatwick airport because I couldn't stay one more night there! I was supposed to check out tomorrow. I am truly disappointed about paying that amount of money for something ridiculously bad and disgusting.

Lousy place. Rooms are nothing like the pictures you see online. Tobacco smells in the lobby although it should be a non — smoking establishment. Bad service and unhelpful staff. Cheap but still not worth it. Avoid!

Unfortunately forgot to take pictures but basically pictures we have seen dont match to reality at all! Hotel has a strange smell which is even worse inside the lift and stairs, luckily room did not smell bad. Wifi was poor. Room: oh well dont know where to start. Flooring wasnt parket as shown pictures but carpet and was crazy dirty! Bathroom (with bathtube) was reallllly small and dirty as well. Not maintained. There was something that looked like a wardrobe but in fact was kitchenette. Not giving one star cause part of the staff were friendly, worth mention.

It has very simple rooms. They are nothing fancy, but they are clean. The price is the most appealing quality.

Aweful place. If you got a really limited budget then go otherwise avoid it because it is not great and secure as it looks like.

There was work outside. We were awake at 8:00. It's a dilapidated room. The window closed badly. Unpleasant smell in the bathroom. The shower door was broken. The dishes are sketchy. We had to claim a second cup of tea. There was only one drink. To do the dishes, we had to buy our product and our sponge because we were told that it was not provided. Otherwise, the people at the reception are very friendly and willing to help.

Very hot apartments. No air conditioners in rooms. I was given a small table fan to help cool off, it didn't help much. Rooms spaces for bathroom, kitchenette and lift are very tight. I had better experiences in Canada, US and UAE at similar room rates.

Booked for one day, room was damaged, mould on the shower, cracks in the toilet, marks on the wall, furniture was scuffed, no plugs in sink, mardy staff, smelly, fridge door was broken, plug socket for microwave was broken, loose wiring. Nothing like it was on the website.

Good as I expected! The room has microwave and some cooking stuffs. However, the room is quite old and the corridor is too narrow and complicated to find the room.

Clean, super convenient (wicked good location), not cozy-small. All you need, but none of the standard extras. There's no blow dryer, tea/instant coffee. But the bed's comfortable and the location is everything!

Recommended place for those who can not spend too much and want in return a good location to visit London and have the convenience of a bathroom and a kitchenette in the room.
