The room was a bit small but with new bathroom. In London they love carpeting, but it smells bad. Discreet cleaning and daily towel change. Very simple breakfast, unpretentious with bread and jam, yogurt and cereal. The dining room is unfortunately small and sometimes we had to wait for a table to be freed.

24 HR reception, nice room, modern bathroom with no fancy taps or showers just stuff that works. Relaxed on bringing take out into the room. Breakfast is just toast with jams and cereal. Would stay here again.

No AC rooms are are small but clean. No elevator. Small breakfast provided. In a good location.

Good hotel for what you want! Close to everything and it's very clean. Breakfast is not great only toast and cereal but better than nothing.

Excellent location, the regular rest do not provide bath products (shampoo, rinse cream). It is a place to be in passing no more than 2 days.

Location is the best thing in this hotel, bed and bedroom is not bad, but could be a litlle better, good brakefast… I would comeback for sure! and would recomend.

Stayed for two nights, location was great, within easy walk to Victoria station. Great restaurants and bars nearby. Room although small was spotlessly clean and had tea/coffee and ensure facilities. Found staff helpful, would stay again.

A REAL SHAME!, DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL!, pay attention to me. The first night, sleeping in bed mi husband was stung by bed bugs, the sheets were contaminated by these bugs. Then they moved us to another room, a few minutes later we had the same problem!. The manager an inept!, we asked what was his responsibility in the hotel because the only thing he said was : I'm sorry, I'm sorry. After answering that useless few things, the only thing he did was give us the owner's card saying that he could not return the money, that he had to mail an email explaining the problem to the owner. This case is registered in the ST THOMAS HOSPITAL, for those bites. We are going to demand them without any doubt, 200 euros to finish like that?. In two rooms the same problem?, DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL. His photos are a lie and very expensive for how dirty the hotel is, the carpet a nest of bedbugs, we ended up in a hospital because of thisthe breakfast did not go because we really were disgusted by the place. I offer to get in touch with you, it really is a hotel that should be closed, old hotel, full of bed bugs, dirty, dirty carpets. When we told the manager to call ahead of us the owner said he was out of the country, a useless person who did not know what to tell us! DO NO GO TO THIS HOTEL, you have my mail, do not hesitate to ask me if you want to go to that nest of bugs!. Here I show you how my husband's arm was and the bedbug spots on the sheets!

Take a moment, read through Dover Hotels reviews and then return to mine. I have been working in Westminister for the last few months and staying in Pimlico. Some of the hotels are terrible, there's simply no other word (s) for the experience. Dover Hotel is very well run. They have friendly staff and the rooms are clean. I don't think they are cheap but I do think they are a very safe choice of hotel. You will have a decent nights sleep. Dover is now my preferred hotel whilst contracting in Westminister. I don't like being away from home but staying with there makes it a tiny bit easier.

Good location & priced OK. Room was small but quite adequate. The bathroom looked very new.

Location is really close to Victoria coach station. Very convenient! Also loads of restaurants and grocery shops for all your needs. Worth the price we paid.

What do you need in London? I, a clean room, a bathroom in the room, a breakfast for The hunger and the upcoming day and a super central location. That's exactly what I got and offers the Dover Hotel. Absolute recommendation.

Very nice Hotel near Victoria station that takes you to all points of the city. The room is small but very clean, not with elevator and the stairs are a bit steep, the attention is correct.

Room was very cleaned and bathroom was great. Perfect place to stay for few night's.

Lovely clean room, clean bed. Nice tea/coffee supply. Nice breakfast in the morning. Happy for us to leave our luggage their in a safe room at no extra cost. Would go back again. Only one problem is we where on the top floor and no lift so if you can't do stairs best to state you need a ground floor room.

Very good breakfast and excellent location.

The outstanding thing about this place is the staff. Very friendly and welcoming. No lift so may be an issue for some. My single room was tiny, but extremely clean and had everything I needed. Bed was comfortable, temperature perfect and very quiet. Breakfast was basic — cereal, toast, yoghurt — but that's all I would have anyway. Convenient for me for work, felt comfortable and safe. Would stay here again.

Would recommend to friends. Only one minus are breakfast. Only sweet oprions — toust with nutella or jam.

One of the best hotel in London. Train station and super market is near to hotel. Rooms are small but they maintain very cleanly. Bathroom are also very clean. Nice breakfast. Wi-Fi facility is also available here. Staff is very cooperative. Rates arealso reasonable. I like this hotel very much.

Very good location near downtown but away from the noise. Breakfast is simple: chocolate, coffee and free juice, toasted with butters. The staff in the bathroom and the dining room are not very friendly. The room is clean and comfortable.

For a London visit, the room is perfect. Around there are supermarkets a small shopping centre with a foodlounge on the first floor. All typical English level.
The hotel is very central Victoria station, Buckingham Palace is just a stone's throw away.

It is small hotel but our room was spotless washroom was very clean and even if the rooms were small it had all the amenities, and we checked in early and the front desk accommodated immediately which wss very nice as we were all very tired from the long bus ride and breakfast is decent too.

Lovely clean room, perfect for the night and close to Victoria. Within walking distance from other points of interest. The only very small point I would make is that I would not class toast and cereals as a continental breakfast! However, for the price we paid, it was sufficient and all the staff are friendly and helpful x.

Clean and tidy. We paid £65 for the night. Breakfast is a simple cereal, toast and hot and cold drinks.

First night they charged £65. We asked for another night in the same room. They wanted £125! Complete rip off.

Stayed here for 2 nights and it was very clean and plenty of space. Allowed us to store our luggage before we left for our next destination.

Simple and very central Hotel. Superb value for money. Small but very clean rooms (something hard to find in London). Continental breakfast very simple but enough to start the day.

Good value for the price. Everything from tidiness to breakfast is fine, Wi-Fi had some trouble functioning at all times but that is worth it for the convenience of being located so close to Victoria Station and many interesting sights.

Small room but it everything. Worth for money. Recently refurbished. Room contains USB charger as well (I have never seen in any other hotels). Toilet and Bathroom are very clean. Walkable to Westminster Abey and Victoria UG station. I strongly recommend to everyone.

Centrally located Hotel (Metro Zone 1). For this type of hotels above average rooms, larger than usual, equipped with fully renovated private bathroom, TV and hot drink kettle. Prices average, also offer breakfast included, which is not usual for this type of hotels. Recommended.

Quiet location and not too far from underground Victoria stop. The room was clean and comfortable. Little room for breakfast: can finish the tables! The room was very small. Bathroom in room renovated and modern but tiny! Recommended for location and price.

I was skeptical about this hotel, instead I have to rethink it. For goodness sake nothing exceptional, however clean, and all new. Small but well finished rooms, and I repeat clean. Great surprise. Recommended.
