Staff are lovely, most helpful and organised a room when we arrived at 8.00 am yesterday after a long 16 hour flight.

Not at hospitable towards anyone wanting vegan/plant based options when it comes to their menu, but they do offer directions to a nearby supermarket.

Excellent service, the owners are Galician and the receptionist very nice. I recommend it at 100x100

Convenient to Paddington Station. Small rooms, ensuite. Fairly quiet even on the Saturday night I was there.

Excellent small hotel in Paddington. Good breakfast choices and very helpful frriendly staff. Also loved the power shower.

A bit cramped, but close in and accessible to metro, hop-on hop-off and other buses. Offers a nice breakfast with good coffee. Very accommodating.

I stayed in a room by 4, the room was very large with two single beds and two double beds, all very comfortable. At the reception very helpful, they made us leave our suitcases the day we returned to Italy and prepared the room a few hours before the regular check in after noticing the arrival time. Very convenient location for central London (a few steps away a yellow, green, brown and slightly far-right red line tube station).

Small but cozy hotel with very good location.

Place was close to all facilities and transportation, I enjoyed my stay, price was expected for such a place. Front desk staff were very very friendly. Hope I will stay there again when I visit London next time.

Do yourself a favour, and stay away from this hotel. Poor customer service, don't reply to emails. When you call corporate offices they could care less as well. Lots of other places to stay in London.

Hotel with small but comfortable and clean rooms, with good location, close to public transport. No elevator and some room somewhat noisy, but very friendly we changed it and everything ok. 'll.

Excellent location (huge main station for the subways and LOTS of good restaurants right around the corner), ok staff, decently priced, fairly good breakfast, very safe area, and very clean rooms. Only gripe is the A/C doesn't always work. You have to complain several times to get them to turn it on at the front desk. It's a real pain. We stayed here in May, so I could only imagine how much worse it will be come mid summer.

A lovely place to stay location was great, an absolutely fantastic pub over the road… The Monkey Puzzle, would highly recommend having Sunday dinner, anyway back to the hotel, the rooms were cosy there were four of us in our room and we had plenty of room to manoeuvre and it had everything you'd possibly need, they were clean, the breakfast was continental and there was a wide variety and the breakfast staff were exceptional keeping everything stocked up. The reception staff were friendly and helpful check in and out was a breeze they even let us leave our luggage until it was time for us to leave for the train station. Would stay here again definitely.

Nice hotel with a very friendly and accommodating staff.! Great Location as it is close to Paddington Underground and the Paddington Rail station to catch the express right to Heathrow. Very close to stores, food and Pubs to enjoy a pint or 2. Rooms are on the small side as to be expected as was the bathroom but that was not an issue at all. They offer breakfast that is nothing special, but always fresh items and the morning staff always staying on top of the items. Good housekeeping room was clean. There is a small lounge/ Bar in the lobby to which you can buy a beer or cocktail at the time you desire. Would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for location and fair pricing with a good over all experience…

The hotel in terms of: Look: We got a room that was refurbished but still looked very dated. The hotel lobby and surrounding areas appears to be stuck in the 80’s. Having said that, you get what you pay for and it wasn’t at all a problem for us. Cleanliness: very good and the housekeeping staff took pride in their work and were very friendly. Room: was fortunate to have a room that was accessible by lift and facing away from traffic, so it was quiet and convenient. The room is also decently sized, and the toilets not too small, so it was pretty good! The beds are also very very comfortable and which ensured a good night’s sleep. Breakfast: Decent. Again the staff in charge took pride in her work. You’ll get croissants, 2 or 3 types of fruit, cheese, olives, bread & jam/honey, and coffee from a coffee dispenser with different types of coffee. Service: Excellent! Check In/Check Out: Very easy and convenient. They were so accommodating and let us store our luggage and sit at the lounge until our departure from the hotel. Location: Excellent! Close to a number of restaurants and transportation was a breeze to find Value for money: Extremely value for money. Don’t expect a 5 star hotel for what you’re paying but its well worth the price.

Clean, Courteous staff, Good breakfast, right near Paddington Station. Lots of shops eateries and post office nearby. Will stay there again next time I go back to London.

Staff are friendly and accommodating. The room is small but it’s in a fantastic location, close to everything and to Paddington Station.

Fantastic location, less than 5 minutes away from Paddington station. Rooms were pretty dated and pokey — could definitely do with a refresh in the near future. Staff were all very accommodating and helpful. Parking is £20 a day and is right outside the front of the hotel. My biggest gripe was the breakfast — a pretty lacklustre continental selection.

Excellent location, very small but functional room. Good for those just looking for somewhere to sleep while exploring or working in London.

A right hotel with everything you need to stay comfortably.

For my first ever trip outside of the US, I went to London, and stayed here for a week last June (2017), by myself, & it was just what I needed to rest my head after sight seeing most days, & a couple of nights for the No Generation gigs that were happening over the weekend. There was a safe, TV, free Wi-FI, coffee maker in the room, and continental breakfast in the morning. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Down the street about a block or so is a nice pub called the Monkey Puzzle, and around the corner, heading back to Paddington Station, there are a few restaurants & other small pubs. Once I got my bearings, I was able to get to pretty much anywhere from here, either by tube, taxi, or on foot. If ever I find myself in London again, I'll definitely stay here once more.

We had a large enough clean room for London conditions. At breakfast only the basics are there, for some maybe too little choice.

Il Days Inn è situato vicino a due stazioni della metropolitana (la centrale e l'altra ha più linee che ci arrivano tipo la circle, la district…) Perciò è facile raggiungere l'hotel da qualsiasi parte di Londra. La stanza io l'ho trovata piccola, con po' di polvere negli armadietti, però se uno sta fuori tutto il giorno va più che bene. La colazione è dalle 6:30 alle 9:30, l'ho trovata molto povera sarò troppo abituato alle colazioni del continente.

Very friendly reception staff. I liked that I was recognized as a member of loyalty program, although it was just a drink and a few popes are grateful for the gesture. Standard rooms, all a little old and very small. The bath tiny, you have to go to the side to be able to pass the door. When you're bathing all the time up and down the temperature. In the morning the room smells like toast to the breakfast. Location very good. Overall for the good price.

Good to stay one or two nights. Very small rooms, hard to navigate with two people in a twin room. But you get what you pay for.

Clean, comfortable rooms. A little noisy outside but we are in London! Bit too warm in the room and no real way to regulate the temperature other than opening the charming sash window. Lovely small older lady providing a cozy homely touch. Helpful receptionists. Adequate breakfast.

Great location, 5 minute walk to Hyde Park and the underground. The room was pretty basic but catered for our needs. Towels were provided in the shower room. It also had a TV, kettle, coffee, tea etc for morning drinks. Continental breakfast was provided within the price of the room.

Good price to performance ratio. Large, bright, clean rooms. Continental breakfast with variety of products available.

What can I say about this place? Firstly, the room was very tiny like a rat hole. We struggled to enter and move around in the room as there was little space in it. The room was also very hot and we couldn't manage to turn down the heating. We were literally sweating and the room was very stuffy. Secondly, the bed was so uncomfortable my 2 year old son couldn't sleep. I couldn't wait for morning to come as it felt like we were sleeping on springs. Thirdly, the coffee mug in the room was dirty and unwashed from previous use, quite disgusting. Let's not even talk about the "breakfast", that was a complete joke. I could go on and on but it definitely wasn't worth the amount paid. The only positive things about this place are location and helpful staff. Will definitely NOT be staying there again!

Breakfast is good, the rooms very small, clean, the service is generally satisfactory and also have elevator.

The name"Hyde Park" gives the impression it's right there, however, it's actually in Sussex Garden. It's missleading for visitors like us as we walked for 2 hours trying to find it at Hyde Park! The room was nice and clean, loved the bath. The staff were good although we didn't see much of them as we were out & about. It's in a lovely building and Paddington station is 2 minutes down the road. A bit of prior research by us could have saved us a lot of angst.

The room was very good. The breakfast is correct, the staff friendly, the rooms well.

Snaps, but it is half sucucho, small and you hear everything. If they can pay a few bucks better find another one in the area that is very good.

We had an ultrasmall room but for what it was, we rested well and the bed was very comfortable.

OK hotel, not a lot of frills and not a huge room but in a connected part of town, close to Paddington Underground which will get you anywhere in the city.

Room was clean, but small. To be expected in this type of hotel though. The bed seemed smaller than an American Full size, I am 6'2" and my feet hung off the end unless my head was against the wall. I used Wyndham rewards points for my booking, so I cannot tell you of the cash value of the stay, but it was as expected for the area. The breakfast was reasonable, toast, jam, coffee, yogurt, etc. Fair sized dining room.

Have stayed here a number of time over the last few years. The hotel is clean and tidy and the staff are always helpful but the rooms at the front can be noisy at times and the breakfast is basic. It is however great for access to the tube (underground) and there a good place to base yourself. There are loads of pubs and restaurants around it too.

Hotel clean comfortable, slept a good sleep. Whether it's a receptionist or Room service staff, all very friendly. The shower was great. The Hotel London is easily accessible. We went to the Hyde Park winter Wonderland. This hotel is also very easy to find. We'll live here.

The room was small, but it served my needs well. It was clean, cheap, I had my own bathroom, and it was only a couple of minutes from Paddington. I'd definitely stay there again.

Stayed there for business. It was a late booking so limited in options. Close to Paddington station, friendly reception staff. Room was a family room with three beds. All three mattresses were worn out with a dip in the middle. Very uncomfortable stay overall. Will not be staying there again.

Good size room for the location and the price. Tiny bathroom but it had all you might need in an en-suite. Really close to Hyde Park which was great. The immediate neighborhood felt a little bit sketchy to us but we didn't have any problem with anyone. It's also a little hard to find a good place to eat nearby as there weren't many good choices in the area. Breakfast was good, continental, plenty to choose from. Overall, we were pleased with this hotel as our base camp for our London trip.

I just returned from a 5 day stay has the hotel hyde park very glad of my reservation especially when l we if for the first time and I'm glad the hotel is very clean, the staff very welcoming and helpful. Location has a street near: subway and near stops bus, many restaurants goshawks, jute do not forget a decision-making to local standards.

As a hotel for a night all right. We stayed 4 nights here and these were not ideal.
(1) no Wi-Fi — like described on the homepage – present. Wi-Fi means "FREE Wireless Internet". The Internet costs 5GBP per day
(2) shower broken – unfortunately, the tube was so damaged, that we could not shower. Not the defect is to complain about, but this is not seen when clean.
(3) size of the room. Unfortunately, the rooms are so small that you can rotate around its own axis just so. Suffice it who, okay, but for the price I expect or The price is too high for the size!
(4) heat. See our room was anything at night well heated the floor. It was but no floor heating. Unfortunately, it was not to regulate this or turn off.
I'm sorry — all in all there are better hotels in London at a price.
