Reviews of Cromwell International Hotel 3*
Rooms were dirty, mould on ceilings, sewage smell from drainage in bathroom, wardrobe doers and sockets broken in rooms, rubbish in corridors, ladders on stair ways and just stuff left every where. Cleanliness especially at the moment is key! Will certainly not be going back and would advise to avoid…
The worst experience ever in a hotel. No shower and no heater. We had to complains 3 times before they did something…. But still without heater. Plus they didn’t come to clean my room or change the towel. don’t book this place.
I ❤️Ed the stay and staff attitude and friendliness.
Awful hotel. Unhelpful staff. The room was unclean and in very poor condition. Due to the unsanitary condition we did not stay and a refund was agreed with the front desk and the hotel owner (by telephone), in house paperwork was completed. After minimal communication from the hotel they eventually declined out refund. Avoid! It's in a lovely position but there are much better competitors!
Absolutely awful, no warm check in, dropped bags off went out to eat came back to be greeted by a mouse in reception. The guy behind the counter didn’t even care! Then on closer inspection of our room after half an hour we decided we weren’t going to stay. Damp on walls, make up all over walls, blood on the carpet and the mattresses, toilet gaffer taped together, lights cable tied together, skirting boards thick with dust and stains, cupboard handles disgusting, bit of skirting missing and very clearing a mouse run! After speaking to reception he literally couldn’t care less didn’t even apologise just kept looking at his computer screen! He really needs some customer service training. All he suggested was giving us another room, still no apology or offer of a refund! Do not stay here it’s basically a doss house.
Booked on booking. Com with a very clear advertised no payment till arrival. Two days later the whole some is taken and been told it's on hold for 15 days and will still have to pay full amount on arrival. Staff are rude and unprofessional. Have tried contacting tbem for my money back and have been ignored now with fraud team at bank.
Half arsed staff. Creeky floorboards. In considerate guests. Noisy air vent. Goes down as one of the WORST nights sleep I've ever had.
Hotel had a mouse problem kept us awake spreading contents of the bin around the room
The reception on checking in and out was very cold no smiles or pleasantries
Room numbers confusing get lost easy
But for the money room itself was ok but mice is unacceptable and unhygienic also new trained staff.
My trip couldn't go ahead in May due to COVID, I was promised a full refund, it's now December and I have had nothing, they aren't answering calls or responding to my emails. Do not book here.
This hotel is awful and the personal are a liars.
We had to cancel our trip in april because of the Covid. They said to me that they will refund me my money, but it’s november and we are still waiting for the refund. They don’t answer my emails, telephone and Booking calls.
Don’t book any room here. It’s sucks.
Had to stay a few days for work in London because the trains weren't running. So… Let's start with the positives. Decent check in experience. Friendly counter staff, good location but that's where it ends. I booked a single economy room. I had the biggest shock of my life when I walked in. I literally walked straight into my bed, the room was tiny akin to a broom cupboard. To make matters worse the window was quite small and I had a great view… of a brick wall. There were stains on the wall and the fixtures and fittings were either broken, coming away and hanging off. The bathroom was tiny too, when using the toilet my knees knocked the sink which I wasn't best pleased with. The shower was dirty and still had the previous occupants toiletries at the bottom of the base. There was no where to place your toiletries so it was quite literally a juggling act when using the shower. Onto the sleep… I'm not overally a tall person however my feet hit the wall at the end of the bed and I had to bring my legs in just so I could fit into the bed. The pillows were wafer thin and there was a big divet in the middle of the bed. I've had a better experience sleeping on the floor. If you have money to waste fill your boots and stay here but if you have any sense I would avoid this hotel like the plague.
I stayed in the Cromwell International for 3 nights (Friday — Monday) in order to attend an event at the Olympia. It was interesting to say the least Pros *Easy walking distance of tube and bus stops for transport to event. Cons *Check in — was a bit of a nightmare. Spent 10 minutes with a staff member who didn't really know what they were doing. Someone else eventually came over and finished check in. Was given overly complicated instructions to find room. Told there was a lift. Whilst waiting for lift I was told by another member of staff that it was broken. After spending a good 10 minutes attempting to find my room — please label your corridors properly! — I find the key doesn't work. Back down I go, with all my luggage, to get the key fixed. *The room — I honestly felt like Harry Potter in the cupboard under the stairs. The room was like a sauna. The air con was useless. The curtain didn't open properly. The smallest of rooms was dominated by a gigantic wardrobe, which I saw no real need for. The wardrobe doors also didn't shut properly. The bedside lamp was hanging off. The cable for the TV had pretty much totally disintegrated, and the TV was stuck on one volume with only one channel. The bed felt like lying on springs with two terrible pillows. The flush on the toilet had fall off leaving a hole in the wall. Every time I used the towel holder it fell apart. There were several interesting stains on the carpet. *My friend was also staying in the same hotel.
Cheap, close to the metro, and very good value for money. Friendly staff. Luggage storage is available. Good area. Highly recommended for the visit to London. Repeat.
It's kind of dirty here. But it's cheap.
Shocking service. Wouldn’t recommended. Had 2 rooms. Got there and one was that awful. They deemed it uninhabitable. And couldn’t provide me with an alternative. Stated a refund would be given. Over a month down the line. Still no refund and when ever you call just get the very rude staff abd stating they will look into this and call you back. Never call back. Very disappointed and appalled by the very poor service. Never stay here again. Or would I recommend anyone to either.
Great deal for the price and location. Room and services are fine for my purpose (short stay). I was a little nervous when I made the booking due to bad reviews but I found the hotel to be totally fine and good value.
I read some very negative reviews regarding this hotel pre visiting. I must say I find these comments most unfair. We had a wonderful 3 night stay at this hotel. The rooms were ideal for what we needed. The room was clean very warm and great air con. The double shower was amazing. I will definitely use again.
The location is good.
For the rest read well below.
Cleaning does not exist: dirty and dust-filled room, stained bed, dirty towels. Window sill dirty with pigeon droppings. For the rest of the property, the elevator doesn't work well. Unsatisfactory breakfast.
The star refers to the position.
Dirty and let go. Really under the standards, even the English ones I think. I've never seen a crap like that, honestly. And it doesn't cost much either…
My visit was now 1 year ago, but it was remembered. Wonderful days in London but only bad memories of the hotel. After 3 enquiries for a new room — due to cockroaches — we were allowed to spend the last night in another room. Rooms are only deficiently clean and garbage landscapes in front of the window. Very disappointing!
Frankly, the worst hotel in my life. I understand that for such money to count on something more in London is hardly necessary, but still the impression is bad.
Pros:-Location. Very close several metro stations, laundry, supermarkets, café, Natural History Museum and the Victoria and Albert Museum.
— Easy cleaning was every day, but the linen did not change, the carpet is not had been vacuumed.
Disadvantages:-The room is tiny. The windows overlooked a tiny yard-a well where pigeons smoked, but there was no noise from the street.
— Extremely unstable Wi-Fi.
— Fire alarm was triggered three times a week, including at night. Nice little.
— The first day in the evening returned to the room, there were problems with electricity, had to wait for the workers to fix.
— uncomfortable shower, without the possibility to remove the watering can.
The elevator was extremely rare. More precisely he worked, but raised only one person, despite his load capacity in 300 kg.
— Still a mini-fridge in the room should be. I had to refuse to buy some products for snack, because they had nowhere to store them.
Friendly Staff. Clean and basic Rooms.
Where do I begin… the lift could not take 3 people and luggage, it would not move so we had to make 2 trips. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the floor was bouncy and shook the wardrobe with every step. The bathroom was dark and dingy with 2 out of 4 globes blown. Needed a PhD to work the shower. There was no place to plug in the kettle other than under a lamp… seemed a little dangerous to us. There was no where to store our luggage prior to check in or out. It was simply easier for us to spend the day in Heathrow… more appealing too. We do not recommend this establishment, it is of very poor quality and definitely NOT worth the money… the Holiday Inn is a block away… just sayin'.
Asked for ground floor and was put on the top floor. Lift not working. Some plugs in the room not working. Shaving socket pushed in the wall.
The maintenance of the hotel is not too good. The elevator sometimes does not go.
Hotel in bad condition. Shower and furniture level. Not very clean. We came with our children including a baby. We had reserved an umbrella bed that was not there. After 2 hours of waiting between 21H and 23h… still nothing. We can not do anything… very friendly staff. No excuses… to flee… I would definitely recommend it.
No. Not friendly, reservation for 2 adults and 2 children including 1 baby cot… but at the arrival after 2H d wait no bed for the BB! Ah yes it is the fault of booking…
1 star car very well placed (shops, Metro and bus less than 10min walk) but hotel run down, dirty, bed very uncomfortable, no cold water in the bathroom, walls and ceiling very fine (you hear the neighbors and up to the phone vibrate), Wi-Fi paid and yet non-existent, good point for baggage Concierge service.
Rooms too small (impossible to walk in 2 at the same time in the room! ), bathrooms with old and rusty furnishing elements, shower where you do not regulate the hot and cold water.
The only star I give is as encouragement to the boys (Italians) who work on reception, polite and helpful.
A budget room here is ridiculously small. It is the area of a king size bed. The bed is not even full length so your feet are jammed against the wall and I'm not exceptionally tall.
Staff is very friendly and good location to stay in central london. Room was so nice with all facilities at affordable price. Highly recommended.
This hotel is quaint and all we had hoped for. It’s just a short distance from the underground. Though it has more of the feel of a hostel than hotel, it’s perfect for experiencing London. The junior suite with lofted queen bed is great for small families!
Room overlooking a course or the staff smokes in front of the window… all the smells come in and noisy. See photo Yuck.
The location, the price and the friendliness of the staff super. Perfect for a short trip.

RespondIn general it is a very basic hotel which lacks a good management and some renovation, it saves x its location and the friendliness of the employees.
Negative — I booked a room for 1 adult and 2 children ages 5 and 7. The photo that I attached to the reservation had a large bed and a rollaway. When we arrived we found a bed of 130 for the 3. For the size of the room impossible to put the extra bed so we slept well attached.
— My room separated from the one next door by a locked gate with X lock which I could see the tenants next to it, I had to put a sponge Bob sticker to fix it. Every time they opened the door, those next to us looked like they were in our room, so the kids got used to being scared.
— In the breakfast the overflowing staff, the same guy to serve reception, prepare breakfasts and go to the kitchen to ask to toast more bread and take out more croissants.
Positive: — Wi-Fi arrived perfectly in the room, perhaps Xk was next to the dining room.
— Good cleaning, change of towels per day and detail of tea, coffee and milk tubs on a tray.
— great location, metro and bus next door and restaurant area, supermarket and bars.
Was shocked… executable star hotel in Paris was much more pleasant. Room in the basement heap of laundry before, access next to kitchen. Room itself large and clean — but only one blanket per bed not two, very thin the room was cold and drafty windows leaking, got a lot of cheers. Mattress an imposition, toilet flushing defective. Don't want to go there anymore!
Facilities were what you would expect. Good price and excellent location. Staff were okay but not exceptionally helpful when it cane to providing a hair dryer — sent me to find a cleaner.
Nice and cozy stay. Close by to city. Few places close by were worth a visit.
Hotel is in a good location. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Didnt really like the fact that they had to take a picture of my cards for security reasons. Im sure there are morw sevure and safe ways to do so!
Location is very convenient, the bathroom is not complete, the toilet shower is faulty, and half the service feels cold.
Very well located and comfortable Hotel, just 3 blocks from the Earl Court Station in the Kensington district. Breakfast is not included and it is very expensive.
Very aweful and dirty hotel Room was looking towards the main road, therefore very noisy. Old windows which did not sealed off the noise from outside. The bathroom was already worn out and the shower was not working properly. Hear my advise, getyourself a better hotel than this. Cya.
Conveniently located in Kensington and Chelsea. City centre is a mere 15 minutes away by tube. Room was alright. Amenities are well stocked. The complaints I have was seeing the wall of the room not that well maintained (scratch marks and dirt) and the Wi-Fi also being not functional. Otherwise, overall its a good hotel.
The stay was good. The problem was the service. The girls at the reception were very bitter. They don't take care of a man or I don't know what it will be. The Güero and the Indian boy behaved very kindly. The Güero did not charge the coffee haha. The Romanian very pretty but bad drinks.
— Bath smells of sewer. — Water damaged furniture as a result of the sink easily overflowing and leaking. — uncomfy beds — In general the whole place Looks shabby and is in dire need of refurbishment — lazy cleaning. I'm sensing the cleaners think they're to good for 'cleaning'. + location + price Overall an 'okay' experience, but probably not return.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was very good. I couldn't choose best Hotel in London.
The location is very good, has a walk to Hyde Park and several museums.
Hello, this is (). Do you have a parking area? — No we don't. Do you have any recommendations where to park my car? — I have no clue. Fair enough. Discredited themselves even before I arrived. Well located though. For this little price.
Very good location but the hotel was very nice, the room was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I don't recommend it.
They rent apartments at 54 Hogarth Road, check in and deliver the keys to the hotel, but any claim they say does not concern them. We were almost 2 days without hot water or heating. It works for a while and turns off.
Don't come.
Bad experience.
Quadruple room number B3 small, dirty, there are cobwebs everywhere, stinks of mildew, placed in the basement between the local warehouse, dark, the cleaning of the rooms are not made every day, beds with mattresses Scomodissimi staff no one who speaks Italian despite being an international Hotel. To be avoided carefully.
Good staff very helpful.
One star just for the location! oh! well, I also liked the bed! three people behind the reception desk when we arrived, one was a man, our room on third floor and the elevator had broken down! No one offered to help with the luggage! please note : when we hang the ‘do not disturb’ sign, you don t enter to clean the room regardless! couldn’t t give us a second card, didn’t t have our booking info right, we had prepaid five days and upon check in they told us to leave the room next morning by 10am — you should have seen our faces and the list continues but I won t bother really, guess you got the point!
Nice rooms and relatively close to the tube station. Close to Sainsburys and Waitrose.
I would stay here again as it's cheap and in a great location but having said that the rooms are small (not a problem for me really) the cleanliness is clean enough but room for improvement the view I had made me laugh as it looks out into somone else's window literally 5 metres away :p a big point tho is I had staff hoovering and what sounded like a staff meeting outside my door from 0730 till I left not to mention what sounded like somone sanding in the room above mine! Very noisey! But 50 quid in the centre of London, great value!
Awesome place to stay. Excellent staff lovely rooms and great service.
We have just returned from a week at the Cromwell International Hotel, it is clean and tidy, rooms are cleaned daily, the staff are friendly and helpful, for breakfast there is a good choice, good value for money.
Worst hotel ever. It is like an inn. Only 2 pros, close to supermarkets and 3 minutes from the tube (subway train). Here are the bads: Small room, very small shower that's hard to get the temperature right, no iron, no refrigerator, dirty carpet, sheets that doesn't fit the bed fully, stay over a week and they never change the sheets even when asked to. Hundred year old elevator that's scary and only fit 4 people. Definitely skip it unless you can not find anything.
I booked a double bed superior, it was anything but superior! The room was a shoebox, the bed was a dead spring bed that would kill my back if I slept on it, so I slept on the floor, none of the towels had been washed, you could easily see the dirt and stains on them, and in fact there was a note on the wall in the bathroom encouraging people to keep the towels hanging as a sign to indicate to the staff that they don't need washing! Totally unhygienic, and you are in for some sickness! There were two confusing shower heads, and 6 buttons and knobs, only two of which worked, you have to be a genius to know which knob does what without burning yourself by one or the other shower heads! (They will get you one way or the other! ) However after figuring it out, the shower pressure was excellent, but you have to hold the shower head with one hand and wash yourself in that tiny coffin with the other hand because the shower head holder is up in the sky, and I'm a tall person by human standards! The toilet is next to the wall, we were lucky that we were skinny couple, but if you are a bit oversized, you will have trouble sitting on those toilets, there's no room, you'll probably have to poo half assed! Yes, it's near public transport, and the staff are friendly, and none of these are any of their fault, but I'd not recommend it!
Bathroom clogged, scented uplifts. But the worst part is that they made us pay twice supposedly that they would reimburse us afterwards after multiple calls and reminders by mails no news. I really don't advise this hotel.
Very bad experience! This hotel is not clean, there is not covering on the bed, The shower is quite dangerous (since the shower is half broken and there is a massive hole on top. Of the shower that can make the roof collapse at any time), the air conditioning doesn't work, the road is near the hotel, the windows are so thin that it feels like there ain't any windows, as we can hear the passing cars as if they were driving right into the room, making it struggling to sleep for everyone. In addition to that, the windows don't even close properly, letting cold air penetrating the bedroom. The service isn't even that good, I will not recommend this hotel to anyone. Pathetic! (I had to give at least one star, since if I didn't, I wouldn't have been able to warn people about this disgusting, vile hotel, which deserves NO STARS AT ALL)
Very good reception. Breakfast is OK. Avoid the family room downstairs because next to the kitchens and therefore noisy very early. If not very clean and very comfortable.
Room was clean although it was small and there is no lift that serviced our room floor as it was in the mezzanine. The hotel was on the main road and very near to the Tube so it was convenient for us to get to any location we wanted to go. It was also near to the supermarket so we could easily buy our food supplies.
It is not luxurious, but the truth is that it is very well to be a few days.
The Hotel is very close to the metro station. Welcome if you want to spend a maximum of 2 nights, Nin more.
Quiet room bathroom decent cleaning service pretty good. The reception is Vetusta and the breakfast service is trivial
In short the only reason that makes me say it's good enough is that I slept well.
High quality for a 4 star hotel, is well worth it. Top floor room as per my request, spotless and comfortable. Staff. Highly recommended for the area (Kensington), reasonable price and comfort only.
Tiny and quite noisy rooms w/ air condition (no way to open windows). Otherwise clean and friendly w/ good breakfast.
The location of the hotel really good, combined with the professionalism of the staff and the cost, makes it a structure adapted to the needs of those who want to spend a few days in London in peace and without spending an exaggeration. With a bar and an English breakfast. Recommended.
Nice hotel, clean room. Staff very professional and friendly.
Only point where it might still work and breakfast, expand and deepen the choice will be very well.
I'm not sure how the previous review came up because I loved this hotel and friendly staff. They even provide each room with a cell phone for your use while in London. Call home to many countries for free, Google maps while wandering around London. Would definitely recommend!
The only good thing of this hotel is its location (close to metro and Harrods) the rest leaves much to be desired (attention, cleanliness, comfort).
Insurance will not return!
Please do not stay in this hotel. Apart from rubbish bathroom etc, there's also a cockroach problem, which the staff won't help with.
COCKROACHES! On the way down to breakfast was greeted by a lovely BIG cockroach. Needless to say did not eat in the hotel after that. Ruined our holiday as my son was terrified. The staff would not allow me to speak to a manager and did nothing about it. Also, we were locked out of our room twice due to a dodgy lock. Oh, and the shower was c**p. Do not stay in this hotel!
Absolutely superb, I can't find a fault at all. The rooms are a tad small but who needs a huge amount of room in a hotel room anyway? Everything is fit perfectly into the room with all the facilities you'd expect of a hotel room with the added bonus of a bath AND shower — something I was very pleased about! The bed is probably the comfiest bed I have ever slept on and the view from our room is brilliant. The staff are excellent, very friendly and very helpful. I cannot recommend it highly enough.
Nice room. Hotel is a little like a maze. TV doesn't work properly. Work taking place in the corridor outside the room. Good location.
Good location for the price. Staff friendly, they had to be, a few issues with the room which was in the basement. Would not be overkeen to recommend it but as a bed for the night it was tolerable.
The Hotel is located in a quiet area, with metro station and bus stop less than a 5-minute walk away. In addition, there are restaurants and supermarkets in the area. In terms of facilities, have recently been renovated, and the staff is quite nice.
El hotel es terrible. De lo peor. No tienen Wi-Fi mas que en el "lobby" y con suerte sirve para mandar un mensaje. The hotel it's not worth even for a night sleep. Wi-fi only in the lobby and it doesn't even works. Plenty of hotels in the area are far better.
Right for the price, friendly staff. The closest was broken and the bathroom door didn't fully close.
The neighborhood is great, beautiful, quiet and well connected. The hotel is simple but the rooms are restored to new and they are comfortable. Excellent price-quality relation.
I stayed 3 nights in this hotel one month ago. It was the worst experience that I have had. I had better treatment in hotels in the country of Togo West Africa. The room I book came with air condition and wi fi. Upon arrival we noticed that the ac did not work. Call the front desk and they made a feeble attempt fix it. Then later on during the next morning, the useless bunch that were working the counter and could not give you a truthful answer mentioned that they did not have ac. It was not working. When I inquire that I had paid for ac, they immediately cover their behinds by stating that it was mentioned on their website. Lies, lies, lies,. I demanded to speak to a manager and one never arrived in the 3 days we were there. I give this hotel a — 0. Minus 0. ON courtesy, accommodation, truthfulness and just plain good business practice. I do not recommend this flea bag hotel. Never, will I even consider this place on my next visit to London STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. As I read some of the positive comments on this site about this substandard hotel… I am lead to believe they are either family, friends, associates or just plain — — —? ####. There is nothing positive or favorable about this place.
Amazing location. Clean room, very friendly stuff. Perfect considering the cost.
Supposed to stay in their flats Sat. 15th Nov. What a frightening experience. Verbally accosted by some very drunk and questionable other guests. The photographs and descriptions bear no resemblance to the tiny room we were shown. The young lady who greeted us was a pleasant lady but sadly no help, we were left standing on side of road in the dark trying to contact the international Cromwell hotel. Sonia who took our reservation and Money made it clear to us that our problems were not hers, no move no alternative room shown, no help. Just left on the side of the street, while waiting for some help a taxi delivered more unsavoury guests. Do not stay at this property It is wholly unsafe, dirty and unstaffed. We did find alternative accommodation in a property where the guest and not their money was of importance.
I found it best Hotel to stay in and superb place to work in all staff members are helpful and Glad to serve.
Went in Dec. 2012. Brilliant location but staff was completely uninterested and sometimes downright rude. We had paid for breakfast inclusive but one of the canteen staff refused to serve us. Luckily we had a copy of our booking because the one we handed in at the front desk had mysteriously disappeared. Triple room barely has enough space for 1 person, let alone 3 plus luggage. Door didn't work properly and one day we actually came back to it completely open! Bathroom was alright. Enough if you want to spend a couple nights with minimum luggage and hotel time, but wouldn't ever recommend for anything else.
Booked 2 rooms. Rug was soaking wet in 1st room so were changed to tiny 'double' room. Couldn't unpack, no room for suitcases. No A/C, phone in room, too noisy to open window. No chairs, clock, bathmats, only 2 towels, no hairdryer or iron, shaver outlet in bathroom didn't work, couldn't fill kettle in tiny sink — the list goes on! Wifi not available in rooms, only in corner of lobby — thus area became very crowded. I gave 1 star instead of zero because the staff did their best to help by providing a fan in 90+ degree heat. They said the hotel was being refurbished — it should have been closed while this was done. This was not mentioned on Cheaptickets. Only booked for 2 nights and were very glad to leave. Worst hotel we've ever stayed in — Fawlty Towers would have been an improvement.
We had a Room with no view (no window! ) — and no AC (Staff-Excuse: no AC is working in this hotel! ) Hot, tiny, but at least — next to the kitchen — which was quite loud and smelly. In total: no recommendation. Not really. One Star: for the good shower.
Clean, change of towels every day and nice service. And very good location. Bus and metro stops very close. Very.

RespondIt is a disaster, don't go! / Terrible, don't go!
The hotel is under construction, they are in work of renovation at this time and never warn that. There are no rooms listed on the website. They have loose wires and holes in the wall. Worst of all, had no heating in winter. After complaining we were given a portable heater that was quite dangerous to put down the carpet and consumed all the oxygen. Awful mattress, could not be rest. I recommend you not to go. The hotel is under construction, they are making reforms at the moment. The rooms advertised on their web site do not exist: there are cables and even holes on the walls. They have no heat (in plain winter) when we complainted they gave us a portable heater which was very dangerous to use on the carpeting. It also made it difficult to breathe. The bed was really unconfortable. Please, don't go there if you wish to have a nice trip to London.
It must have been reformed recently because this very apañao. Very complete and clean rooms. Good breakfast for a few days although a little repetitive. Value for money unbeatable.
Relatively Central and close to 2 metro stations. The building is old and was rather dirty. But it is extremely cheap and the staff was excellent. If look at the price and only sleep and take a shower you mind is your ideal hotel.

RespondAt the beginning I would like to say that I the hotel preferably minus star genes would because it was simply the absolute horror. The sanitary facilities were all worst on the first day I thought lucky is still not a bug what is confirmed is then but then still on the last day there after then a cockroach in our bathroom was. I also have evidence photos made so who wants to believe it can feel to contact me. The beds were to the part also the absolute hit in the entire I found just getting everything and is therefore absolutely not recommended. Lg.

RespondWho wants to spend really relaxing nights in London, should not stay as the Cromwell Crown! The bed frame was cracked on the mattress the location and hard. Also the carpet looked little polite, but for bedding, as well as the sink in the room and the existing towels were clean! The toilet on the floor is also quite acceptable (with say red towels), even if not should be abandoned to the shower slippers.
We (as a result of the terrible reviews) have not taken breakfast, however, there are many possibilities in close proximity to good and also quite cheap to have breakfast / eating.
The Metro, a large Waitrose supermarket, many pubs, and other gastro are to walk, as well as the Victoria & Albert and the natural history museum in 3-5. The hotel is located so ideal for those who want to explore London and put less value on comfort. The staff was quite of English powerful always very friendly and (contrary to some reviews)! Another advantage for those who like to be much is the 24-hour reception.
Summarized is absolutely acceptable Cromwell perhaps not the most beautiful hotel for a few days in London.

Absolutely foul. Found somewhere else to stay as this place is unsafe and unhygienic.
