This hotel. Was perfectly located for us. It was close to Victoria Station, and Victoria Coach station making it easy and convenient to get to where we needed to go. The room we had was small, and felt outdated. The beds were not comfortable, and it was hard to haul our large suitcases up and the down the narrow set of stairs to our bedroom door. The breakfast was not anything exciting, but was convenient to grab something quick before we headed out the door for the day. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall our stay was decent based on location and friendliness of the staff.

A true bargain in the heart of London. We walked to the Palace Mews, Buckingham Palace, and central Westminster. Good places to stop and eat along the way. Victoria station is a block away.
We arrived on an early morning flight from DC and were able to store our luggage at the hotel so we could wander freely.

Pretty good little hotel. Breakfast was great for a continental breakfast. Right in down town Victoria by the train station.

We missed our coach to Leeds and needed somewhere to stay at 2am. The very kind man on reception did everything he could to find us a room at a price we could afford. We were tired and stressed. The room was clean, warm and comfortable and just what we needed. If we were ever in London again we would definitely stay here. Recommend highly if you're on a budget.

Lovely reception people. The 3-star hotel is right to be London (similar to two stars in Spain) unless you get room 101 on the floor — 1 next to the dining room, no window!. Breakfast was good.

The negatives are the lack of hygiene and cleanliness in the bedroom and bathroom: bathroom with hair on the floor the dirty room vmc with stained carpet and full of hair not to mention the equipment that is filled with lice stained or stained. The room is not full after the departure of the guest. We had to clean it ourselves. I'm not thinking of coming back to this hotel.

Hated it! Corridors smelt foul. Noisy guests slamming doors. Breakfast was very limited. Air conditioning was very noisy. Bed was uncomfortable. For the same room rate as nearby five star hotels it was appalling value for money.

Great little find close to Victoria Station. We have a quad, so a queen and two twin beds. The room was small, but cosy and was just what our family of 4 needed for our 4 nights in London. Free breakfast included, and a very friendly staff.

3 stars exactly like the hotel. Better than I imagined. The only unpleasant thing was the carpet in the hallway that smelled too.

I had an excellent stay at this Comfort Inn. After a long flight from New York, all I wanted was a hot shower and comfortable bed to sleep in — this place had everything covered. Topped off with a decent breakfast in the morning and friendly staff bidding us farewell, we were able to start our trip off on the right foot. The rooms are a bit small, as well as the beds. However, the rooms are clean and the location can’t be beat as major tourist destinations and train stations are only a stones throw away. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Really central convenient and close to everything that London has to offer. Cleanliness is acceptable to be in England and the staff are friendly and helpful. Beware but not to take the rooms on the floor — 1 underground are really dark and poorly ventilated. Honest prices.

The hotel if you compared it with the Spaniards it's like a two star but there are regular and expensive ones. The rooms that turn their backs have no view. The receptionist is friendly.

If I could rate it lower than a 1 I would. The only nice/acceptable part of this hotel is the tiny lobby which is obviously kept clean to give the illusion that the whole hotel is clean. Our room was absolutely revolting, it was unclean and it smelled horrific. The shower was incredibly moldy to the point of not being suitable to use. We were booked in for two nights but had to check out after one night as the smell of sewage in the room was unbearable. I wouldn’t recommend this to my worst enemy. I have stayed in some cheap dodgy places in my life but this one wins hands down at being abysmal I would highly doubt this place would pass a health and safety inspection. Do not waste money staying here!

Excellant location. Rooms clean, good size, continental breakfast very good. Staff all friendly and helpful. Great pub across the street, how much better can it get. Within easy walking distance of Victoria Station, just like advertised.

The Comfort Inn Victoria is located within close proximity to the Victoria train. It is not worth the price you pay, not by far value for money spent. It is a failure old hotel, so if you are looking for comfort this hotel should be avoided. The speed and strength of Wi-Fi is abysmal, putting it mildly. I don’t want to sound too pessimistic but the sink in the room was blocked, the safe is complicated to work, the baths are cold, they will only provide you with tooth paste and brush upon request. However, the only things for this hotel/Inn is the location and the friendly and attentive staff. I rate this place a very low two. A lot of improvements can done to improve the hotel/Inn in many aspects as stated above. Don’t believe in the photos given by the hotel/Inn. The breakfast was basic but reasonable.

Very friendly staff. Extremely convenient if you're looking at a central location quick hotel. This is great for solo travel and for business. Nothing fancy about it. No fuss 3 star business hotel.

It is not a comfortable hotel, very small rooms, there is not even a place to put a suitcase. Small also the bathroom and for three nights I spent 545 euros.
. Too much was it worth perhaps half.

Very clean and welcoming hotel located very close to Victoria station. Only downside but as in almost all hotels in London: too heated.

Well located. Small room But it reaches if you only go to sleep and bathe it reaches. He doesn't have a bidet. It has a coffee maker, they leave tea bags, coffee, sugar and sweetener. They should change the carpet, it's deteriorated and stained. Breakfast is quite complete and varied every day. The receptionist only speaks English. Two blocks away is a restaurant where they sell burgers incredibly large and very rich, and varied food and good price, also have people who speak Spanish and are all very friendly. If you're looking for a good location, it's just there from Victoria station, so from Gatwich airport we took a train and we were just a step away from the hotel. At the train station is also the Victoria subway station, from there you can make combinations to explore all the London neighborhoods. Also nearby is the Big bus to do the City tur. You can ask the receptionist and it will indicate where the stop and that restaurant is so advisable. Luck!

The rooms were dirty. The carpet was disgusting and the bathroom was a disgrace. One of the days they didn't fix the room. If you want good location at low price it is better to sleep in a station bank.

Hotel in an excellent location (close to Metro and train station). The breakfast is very good and the staff are very helpful. I recommend to restructure the structure to offer better services and a greater customer satisfaction. Anyway I recommend the hotel!

The Hotel is in a great location, given the proximity to the train, bus or metro station. The rooms are a little outdated and with some too much amour. On the other hand, the breakfast service is very good, always super supplied and valuable invoice. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Shocking service. We booked this hotel weeks in advance of our stay. We arrived to be told that they had moved us to a new hotel. No apology. No communication prior to us arriving. We were moved to their sister hotel. Once we arrived there, they were surprised to say the least to see us so communication wasn’t great between the two hotels. We were then asked to pay for the hotel… we had already paid upfront before we arrived. Again no apology was offered and the receptionist was rude when we tried to explain our disappointment. We asked to speak to the manager, we were told he wasn’t around until Monday (this was Saturday). He did email me (continuously calling me Nicholas despite my name being Nicola. I explained all our issues and were offered a 30% discount on our next stay. I explained we will not be staying again and some other form of compensation would be accepted. This has been refused and they don’t seem to care about good customer service in the slightest.

Friendly staff. The room was very small Economical compared to other facilities in central London.

Great hotel! We stayed in the hotel for 5 nights. Awesome location, very nice team, basic but good breakfast, the room is small but organized in a comfortable way. The only problem is with hot water in shower, sometimes we didn't have hot water in the shower, I think mostly in busy times where a lot of guests take a shower. Also, the carpets are old and a bit dirty. But overall: great hotel!

Was great apart from the inconsiderate one slamming the door first thing in the morning no thought for other people who ever that was staff friendly bit cramped in for breakfast if hotel full.

Is a 3 star hotel. Not the best lobby or facade. However, the location is perfect. Located 3 mins aways from Victoria station and Victoria Palace (containing many restaurants). Also very close to a Victoria tube station.

Very central however the room wasn't great quality and had to ask for breakfast items to be restocked as all empty.

My family and I stayed there in June 2011 and again in June 2017. The rooms were very nice and the staff were friendly and helpful. Also, we had booked a viator tour to go to the Warner Brothers/Harry Potter Studio tour in Leavesden, and discovered that this hotel was only about a one-block walk from the pick-up spot for the bus. The only thing we were surprised about is that they had no wash cloths in the bathroom, but we're Americans and perhaps that's an English thing. We plan to go back again.

Helpful front desk, had to get multiple Wi-Fi passcodes because Wi-Fi was dropping like flies (no signal)

Location is great, just 2 minutes walk from Victoria station so easily accessible. Staff were very friendly and helpful on check in. Rooms are basic but functional although had a somewhat musty smell and the bed could have had a better mattress. Bathroom was small but had everything you needed. TV with freebies in the room and tea and coffee facilities. Breakfast (continental) was good and the dining room was comfortable. Compared to the cost of some. Hotels in the area this represented good value and I would stay there again. Despite its proximity to the railway line it was also quiet.

Stayed here in November staff couldn't of been more helpful and also let us use the printer to print our board passes. Room was nice and warm as it was every cold and leading into December very clean and comfy beds would recommend. Not a long walk from Victoria station which is good would stay here again.

It was a very nice Hotel. Affordable price by London standards, excellent location to get to central London by the means.

Its your basic hotel. Yes, there's a bed and solid Wi-Fi. The rooms are small, as they all are in London, but I'd try to get a budget deal. We paid 200£ per night and it was very overpriced.

I've stayed in a few hotels in Victoria and this one (so far) is definitely the best value for money. The Best Western Victoria may have the slight edge when it comes to a slightly more comfortable bed, plush carpets and large bath towel/sheets. But the Comfort Inn provided free water, a microwave and minifridge in the room as well as a good breakfast of cereals, pastries, toast, yogurt, cheese, juice, coffee, hot chocolate. And the price was lower than Best Western. I had tried the Premier Inn but their rates were double the Comfort Inn so haven't stayed there. As regards location, it's opposite the Passport Office so useful if you need to be there, and just around the corner from Victoria train station.
