Very Nice hotel near everything. Great services. Can only give my Best recommendations. Have stayed there more than 5 times.

Excellent Hotel Excellent Location, excellent ambiance.

Fantastic hotel. Friendly staff that can’t do enough for you and my dog. The housekeepers are friendly, helpful and very hardworking, the rooms and facilities are great, food is great, great bar not over priced overall a fab stay in a fab hotel definitely be returning.

Friendly staffs, great location.

Great location well served by transport, room big enough but not isolated, well, bathrooms are very old, you should put them back in again, window frames and doors that are not insulated good, cleanliness ok, breakfast acceptable, very helpful staff don't speak Italian.

Very nice hotel! Very nice home. Litter. Very well located in London, close to the Central Underground line. I'm going back very soon.

It was ok, comfortable clean good view well lacking natural fruit juice and not can or can but well.

Nice Hotel at Hyde Park. The rooms and especially the bathrooms should urgently be renovated. The faucet in the sink is, unfortunately, defective. Despite repeated Information to the reception, unfortunately, was repaired nothing. Who is a light sleeper, you should keep in mind, something for the ears to take. The floors creak very much and it is very noisy.

Hotel perfect, location good and quiet, staff attentive and efficient.

This was basic but comfortable and well placed for Paddington and the tube. Breakfast staff need training on equality laws as they initially would allow our guide dog in the breakfast room. An argument is not what you want first thing in the morning. The management did apologise but the damage was already done.

I give 4 stars, even it is a quite old hotel and the rooms are not in the best condition. I really enjoined the very friendly service and it is amazing to feel the old spirit in this hotel that l really liked. The breakfast is quite reasonable and for London I would say very good. The location is absolutely the best and you can reach the next bus station in less than 5 minutes. From here you are in 7 minutes at the Oxford Street. For people who likes parks, this hotel is next to the Hyde Park and you can join the silent atmosphere. I would definitely come back to this hotel, even the equipment is not on the latest standard. I liked also the small bar where you can have some drinks for a very reasonable price. Best JM.

Good location, nice personnel. Breakfast is very simple. No aircon. Beware: last renovation certainly 20 or more years ago. If you are looking for a cheap and clean hotel in a nice location, take it. Otherwise spend more money and take another one.

The Columbia hotel is a bit of a faded beauty, wearing traces of a past splendor. The floor of my room was ver creaky, ‘70’s type wallpaper and an avocado colored bathroom! This is, however, all made up for by its location, price and, most of all, by its staff. The reception staff are all friendly, helpful and polite, the restaurant staff are the same, the cleaning is excellent and the barman makes a mean G and T. Breakfast is very good, with a good choice of extras for a reasonable price. I had dinner one night, and it was a limited menu, which I would expect, but well cooked, presented and of generous proportion.

This hotel has a nostalgia feel and you can just imagine how it was in its early years. Lots of old features in its structure but very clean and tidy. I went for an event there and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I will be planning to stay there for a couple of days to see how the hospitality will be as I have had a good service for one day.

Wi fi sorted and as always Excellent Carlos at the bar and most friendly of staff, price is great for the area and will be there again next week.

Some real friendly staff. Continental breakfasts make me re-thlnk what I eat the future mornings. Room with a view was none existent.
However, I did fall in love with one of the waitresses but she doesn't know so shush!
