Very nice staff. They are very friendly helpful.

Pros: location and breakfast. Cons: questionable cleaning, uncomfortable bed, hot water lacking at peak times, weak wi fi.

Very nice hotel adapted from an old guest house. Quiet area, but about 12 blocks from Oxford St and close to Paddington station. Very good cleanliness and full breakfast and fresh everything. It is true that the rooms are small but to rest are comfortable and sufficient. Recommend.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are not big, but to get to know London you also don't need more, as you only go to rest.
If I returned to London, I would surely return.

It was a very nice hotel and the staff were very helpful and the room was very clean and the rooms were very small for three people.

More than correct attention on the part of all the staff. Polite and very attentive.
Breakfast is sufficient but with little variety of dishes. Evident flights of stairs typical of the guest-house. Rooms so small that we asked for one change to another because the double bed was stuck to a wall of the room without being able to get out. Correct cleaning of all installations.

Room feels small for two people, moquette is old fashion and a bit dirty, breakfast is good and the position of the hotel is perfect because it is close to the atractions of London.

A recently renovated hotel with very helpful and friendly staff. Room was very clean, when we arrived the radiator didn't work, but it was fixed the moment we told the staff. Very good continental breakfast, had everything we needed, from coffee to toast and jam. Took the triple room as we came with our daughter, and wanted additional space for the buggy. All in all had a lovely stay!

Nice place to visit London and the Receptinist lady Tatiana was very friendly, explaining all the main visiting points of the city. Will recomend to all my friends.

Hotel in the media among those on a low budget. We found good, room tiny but comfortable, well-heated, no carpet! Scarsina breakfast, but still good.

Well situated hotel very near to Bayswater underground station. Stayed here for one night on a work visit and found the room to be clean and spacious. Shower was nice too.

Small hotel with a minimal bathroom as all of London in this category. Very comfortable bed, quiet room and clean. The neighborhood beautiful. You can walk where you want. Paddigton of metro and train station is 400 metres away and bus front.

It is a truly CRAP place to stay. It's a piss take. Will never go back even for free. They treat you like crap as well.

Decent Hotel in a very very good location. Fairly basic, but was everything we needed. Would recommend.

The toilet would not flush. The room was dirty. We had to leave. Agoda will not refund my money for a room that I did not stay in.
