The property was clean and tidy, it had everything you would need for a stay in London. The appartment is really suitable for a family break, five of us stayed and there was plenty of room for all of us. The property was secure and offered free Wi-Fi, plenty of clean towels and a hairdryer. We will back again.

Do not visit I made my reservation at 11 and check in was 3.30 I had got there a little early as I wasn’t aware of this thought it was a proffessional enterprise. They asked me if there was more than 2 people and I said the reservation is up to 4 people and from that moment they cancelled my booking without telling me. Or havent yet so far i’ll find out tomorow but this is racism. I went to the restaurant byblos restauraunt where they drop the keys and there were none there for me. I have waited all day and I call again at 6.30pm for them to tell me that it is cancelled and they cannot reschedule I travelled from far and it was going to be me and my friend for our interview tomorow in canary wharf. I have been charged but I do not know if I will get a refund. They will hold u off just disapear from there. I asked for a waiting time but they have not returned calls nor picked up. SCAM SCAM disgusting people do not visit.
