Horrible service by restaurant staff, I have been a resident of the development for 5 years, using the hotel terrace very often as it’s typically very quite. For some reason now the staff insist that they are overbooked when in fact the tables are always empty. Today I was told that there was no space and told to leave when only one of the 7/8 tables was actually busy.

We stayed from Sunday to Monday and had the most wonderful time. The staff were so friendly and helpful, impeccable service, fantastic cuisine. Highly recommend!

Another fabulous stay at this beautiful hotel. The staff are amazing and made our stay that extra special. The Breakfast chef Stephen is amazing, we are going to miss his cooking and the breakfast servers are very attentive as well as polite friendly and professional. They attend to a guests every need. Special thanks to Ruta Said Shahin Jay Ivan Emerson Nino and Catoldo for looking after us so well. (More to mention but names escape me) Truly made us feel special. Restaurant and bar food is delicious and beautifully presented, staff again are amazing. Our rooms were 10 stars, fantastic river views, spacious suite with air con which kept the room temperature just perfect, the pillows are the best I have ever come across and the maid service is absolutely great. Nothing was a bother to them. Our rooms were kept spotless. Free use of the virgin gym and spa/swimming pool is an added bonus. Great facilities. I can highly recommend this hotel. It is the best I have stayed in. Third stay here and never an issue. Only positive things to say. Looking forward to returning. This hotel has a great staff team who work well together for the benefit of the guest. They always put the guest first and are professional at all times.

This is a beautifully presented hotel for enjoying a drink or something to eat. Ideal for business meetings or going out with friends. The service is always great. Always a pleasure to visit.

I was harrassed working at this hotel by this guy called Dario who was manager and managing everything at the events. I should have called police over him but I don't want to ruin my respect. Idiot person. The hotel should fire him.

We had a lovely champagne afternoon tea on Sunday. It was quiet so we had plenty of room & attention. Great varied selection of sweet & savoury bites. Too much for me really but they offered a box to take them home. Lovely place and wonderful staff. Would recommend as a treat for someone.

Sadly my stay at this hotel wasn't as good as I had hoped it would be. It started with an extremely bad check-in service which was incredibly frustrating and embarrassing and over a very long period of time — around 1 hour. Then after a great night sleep and speaking to the day shift manager, who was very nice and apologetic, I received a free breakfast. The breakfast was also really bad, from the stale chocolate muffins to the really bad customer service. I have stayed in a lot of 5* hotels and this one sadly was not like any single other one in terms of friendliness of the staff or the services they provide. The room was nice, clean and modern. This time though guys your staff let you down, little things like the door person opening the door as you arrive and leave are for example, very nice and appreciated.

Went for a friend's birthday they made a special effort for her and brought her a cake. The place is amazing and friendly staff. Cakes and sandwiches very lovely and fresh highly recommend it.

Terrible services. This guy was called Dario who was literally horrible for giving such services. They used to be so much better with the old staff (Irish guy). But please do take actions against this horrible services provider Dario. He refused the clients for protecting his own cheap prices!

The attention to detail here is amazing. Our room was huge and very comfortable. Excellent breakfasts.

Fantastic place. Great customer service … we went for afternoon tea, from a Groupon discount voucher. The waiters were really polite and accommodating. I can't highly reccomend it enough guys.

Lovely place. Quite expensive but worth it. Friendly bar staff. Very helpful. Clean as you would expect. Quiet place to have a drink. Car park available in the hotel.

Came here for afternoon tea a while ago. It's OK only. Nothing special about their afternoon tea or the selection at all. For a hotel in Canary wharf I expected it to be a bit more classy. Some of the teas were from teabags and not loose leaf which was not authentic. Also the scones were quite hard and possibly not fresh from the same day. The staff on the day couldn't tell us what each teas tasted like or what they were which was also disappointing. Wouldn't return here sadly. Wish it was better.

We had tea for 2 and was looked after by a gut called Ali, he was lovely, very polite and friendly and extremely helpful. Food outstanding.

The room was absolutely gorgeous. Very well appointed. Door/lobby staff very gracious and accmodating.

Attended for an evening work social event. Very good food and nice ballroom area. The pool looked very impressive.

Nice location for a conference. Easy to access by public transport, decent lunch with a good variety of options, and a nice conference room with a high ceiling.

I staid in a big room, well it was two rooms, it was very nice. Comfy bed, sofa and even office table. With a great shower. But would definitely be less stars if I had to pay as its very expensive.

This one is a very nice hotel at the Riverside. Ask for the Riverside facing room rather than a room with the city view. The staff is very kind and friendly. I was travelling to London alone for the first time and Nelio Afonso (Guest experience Manager) ensured I knew what I needed to know about the travel. Helped me with the city map. I had a great time in London due to the courteous staff of this hotel. Sure to visit again.

Nice location but slow poor service from the Bar staff. The bar ran out of all beers at 9pm during a wedding. Surely a Hotel in anticipation of a large amount of guests would have ample supplies. All the bar staff looked like it was their first time behind the bar. When several guest required cabs at the end of the evening the concierge had no idea how to phone for a taxi and the manager had to come and talk him through the process. Disappointing.

Absolutely amazing hotel. The best that I ever stay at. Second to none and will leave reluctantly tomorrow. Have not a single negative thing to say. Staff from the front door, to reception, to dining staff to cleaners are just so attentive, calm and cannot do enough for you. Room — I'm sure no hotel I have stayed in has such a comfortable bed, pillows, towels, toiletries. Fan system is great. Breakfast, again, service and food are brilliant. As a disabled guest, ease of use of all facilities. Would never hesitate to recommend.

Excellent rooms, good size for London. Delicious breakfast, although somewhat limited buffet size. Pool closed at 2100; too early.

Very spacious rooms. Complementary access to the gym club in the hotel gardens in addition to the hotel gym. Restaurant is good but I was expecting more from a five stars hotel.

The location is great and the reception and executive meeting rooms are very nice.

Good business hotel, but rooms starting to feel their age and access to the third party health-club and pool is painful. As ever though, Four Seasons staff and service is what makes the place shine.

We visited the restaurant with a Time Out deal. The service was excellent and we were made to feel very welcome. The waiters were very attentive and polite. They attended to our every need and the balance was just right. We were not kept waiting for anything and were made to feel very comfortable. The starters and mains were average — they were just okay. The desserts were delicious and way above our expectations after the starters and mains. We had a glass of champagne with our deal, which went down well. The prices are quite high for what we had, but the ambience is lovely and in a great location.

Stayed Sat night for one night, flawless service from check in to check out, lots of little extra touches along the way! Offered bottles of water on check in, due to heat, and complimentary little Lemon Meringue tarts at 4 pm brought to room! Bed was really comfortable, great bathroom, all in all I look forward to another opportunity to stay at 4 seasons in Docklands.

The Sunday brunch buffet is great. Not cheap, but the food is excellent and I always eat too much when I go.
