Room was fine, could be cleaner. Water pressure in the shower was almost non-exsistant. Included english breakfast was good.

Friendly staff clean beds and bedding slept well needs a little make overs but fresh towel nice little kitchen in our room would def stay there again.

Good location near Earl's Court station. Hotel needs a renovation. Room is dirty. Wifi is okay. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Hotel non male. Posizione comoda con la metro earl Court! 20 minuti a piedi dall'Olympia. Camere abbastanza pulite unica pecca la doccia. È presente solo la vasca, c'è il doccino ma va tenuto a mano. Molto scomodo! La colazione è buona, viene offerta una english breakfast classica, poi c'è caffe, succo d'arancia, latte e corn flakes.

If you are looking for a Travelodge — Premier Inn experience. The Boka isn't for you. However, if you are looking for a decent, clean, quiet hotel room in a safe location (and at a fair price) the Boka delivers on all counts. Staff are friendly: Breakfast more than filling. Recommended.

Negative: rooms are dirty (floor, mirror, bed with lots of hair, towels are really very disgusting) the shower is not usable (mold) positive: staff is nice.

This was my 3rd stay at Boka Hotel and each time I have been pleasantly supplied. The exterior, entrance lobby, staircases and corridors aren't particularly inspiring but the rooms have always been clean with firm comfortable beds and small kitchenettes. The rooms at the rear of the building are quieter and more spacious. For my most recent visit I booked a single room but was allocated a large very nicely decorated double. The free cooked breakfast is great and all the staff are very friendly. It is consistently one of the cheapest hotels in the area but also one of the best in its price range — don't expect luxury, but for a night or two on a budget I would recommend.

If you want to watch the rugby this is a cheap place to stay not clean no Breakfast facilities and very outdated and uncomfortable beds with no carpets in any of the rooms fair to say it's a bit of a s*** hole but cheap.

Good price, first room was very noisy but moved to a much quieter one. Rooms were pretty shabby and not the cleanest but for £30 a night it wasn't unexpected.

Positive: Boka Hotel was located ideally near Earl's court Underground station and is a budget hotel to stay if one wants to go around London's famous attractions as it falls just on the border of Zone 1-2. We stayed here for 4 days and The room we got had a kitchen room with all required amenities including cutlery, microwave, hob, utensils, Tea, coffee sachets, cleaning liquid, scrub and a fridge. The Bedroom was spacious and the bed was comfortable with a good heater as the room was getting warm very fast. It had a television with good options to watch for few hours. Toiletries were provided and refilled when emptied and the room was cleaned every day with towels being replaced as well (which is positive). Negative: As the hotel is a old one, the wooden floor was making a bit of noise and was a bit disturbing during night as people walking, talking outside loudly was audible inside the room. The bathroom was very clumsy with Tub provided which was not required looking at the size of the bathroom leaving very little space for WC and wash basin. They can also look at replacing the Cold and Hot water system to a combined one rather than separate as it is very difficult to get the desired water temperature for bath or at wash basin. The chairs provided in the room were not comfortable to sit for long and were not that clean. Breakfast was good but as it was not a buffet style breakfast we need to ask every time for additional breads or any other stuff.

When I got there to check in there was glass everywhere and the cops were investigating a vandalism. They had no hot water and then no water at all! The room was filthy and rundown. Not worth a stay but the made to order full english was good. Would NEVER stay there again.

Quirky and tatty, but great location, friendly staff and good breakfast. Not the place for a romantic break, but perfect for somewhere to sleep when you're out on the beer or in town for a gig ;)

Fair hotel with breakfast at this price range. However the location is great. Within zone 1 will give a tourist fast and easy connection to attraction place.

Great budget hotel in a handy location to Brompton and Earl's Court tube station. Loved the full English breakfast too!

Great location, excellent price / quality ratio. English breakfast. The room is basic but with everything you need, good bathroom, considered the standard English of the cheap hotels for cleanliness and space we are above the average. The Staff was friendly with check-in off 24 h. Proximity to the metro 150 meters picadilly line and district. Hello One neo structure a bit dated. I will come back here again.

Good location, near to tube station and it's on heathrow tube line. Easy for travellers with huge luggage.

This is a 2-star hotel because of the limited facilities. But clean rooms, gracious staff, and one block to the Warrick Road entrance to the Earl's Court tube station. It is a European hotel, not a Holiday Inn. Great economic accommodations.

A nice place, with Emglish breakfast, a help full staff, and ok room. But standart is a littel low.

The hotel was 'you get what you pay for'. It was small and needs renovation. But, for the small price, it was clean, it's in a great location and included breakfast. There was even a mini kitchen! The staff were all very polite too.

About 2 minutes on foot from West Brompton with Underground and Overground connections. Staff were always polite and helpful. The facilities are old and very used. The hallway smelled unpleasantly strange. The mattress was very thin and extremely uncomfortable, I could feel the springs poking me. I used a blanket from the second bed on top of it to sleep.

This place brings back great memories, especially the cooked breakfast!

Standard hotel experience. Clean and very close to local amenities.

For this price you should not regret … but certain rooms … like before we were assigned, with a Loft bed (mattresses resting on the carpet filthy) and ground floor with storage of old armchairs, shouting revenge.
The location is great, especially for those who must travel to some exposure to Earl's Court, and it is 1 minute from metro District Line.
The breakfast is okay and in the area where we serve there is free Wi-Fi.
All in all pretty clean and affordable.

Price-performance is right. Rooms clean and not too small.

For its price, it's great. Shabby in ways that don't truly matter. Only real problems are the Wi-Fi's spotty, and it can be a bit noisy.

Smallish rooms just to sleep! Cleanliness just adequate, but compared to the price you pay! Classic English breakfast.

Would rate this more than one star. Stayed for full weekend budget hotel but clean breakfast lovely and staff first class only complaint leaky toilet in room 205 n fridge didn't work in 203 but can't complain (well I did n got it cheaper) but will def book up again x.

Hotel run by unprofessional staff who are never around to assist you with anything. Dirty squalid rooms with electric cables and other health and safety concerns all left in an dangerous state of affairs. The breakfast late cooked so long everything burnt like leather and staff who don't posses any basic standards of hygiene or inclination to do things to any simple basic level. The management complacent smoking in the lobby and not listening to many other irate customers who ascertain for clean bedding which is not provided even when u arrive.! Awful hotel which needs to be closed down and health and safety inspectors called in.

Great location, poor everything else. Ideal for the weekend hit-and-run in which the hotel room is used exclusively as baggage rests.

I spent 4 horrible nights at the Boka Hotel with my wife and we swear that we will never go back there! The hotel its placed at an old bad smelly house with walls full of cracks. The room where we stayed had a view to backyard full of garbage, the bed was small and with almost all springs broken, the TV was older than me, the WC toilet flush didnt work so we had to use a bucket full of water everytime we wanted to send Mr. Hanky down the toilet, the WC light only hold on during 5min. We were luckly to have hot water to take a couple of baths. At night the hotel its very noisy. Doesnt worth the price. The only good thing here its the breakfast made by a nice old slovenian lady who was the only staff member we saw everyday, all the others we saw them one day and they were not friendly most of them doesnt speak english.
