Good old hotel. I had a good one night stay here.

Great atmosphere and friendly staff, last night I asked for few things, this people are very kind and happy to help. Room on basement without window? No complains, great standards comfy bed, just a bit small shower but not a trouble. Expected a little more for breakfast, crossaint eggs and jam were ok, I missed a bit some cheese or ham slices and mayonnaise and ketchup. That's all! Kind regards.

Hotel was fabulous, extremely clean and tidy, and the reception staff were exceptionally courteous and helpful; providing me an iron, local knowledge for some late night food shopping, and storing my luggage whilst I attended an interview. My only critic would be that the wireless needs improving, but otherwise my stay was great!

I had a good price for my room for the night, which made the stay great value. Extremely comfy bed, lovely decorated room with plenty of amenities and attentive staff.

I have been staying here for the last 3 weeks and have got possible 4weeks left, a really good location and transportation so close. The rooms are so nice very smart and clean with staff to match would recommend it to any one well done best western.

The room was in a basement but it was very nice and very well decorated. The only time we felt we were in a basement was when during the night because it became a bit hot inside. Nothing that the quiet air con didn't sort. I think it would be a good idea for the hotel to make clear to someone that they're booking a room in a basement. It wasn't an issue, but it might put some people off. The rest was excellent. Staff was friendly and the hotel is very well located.

My wife and I had a lovely stay. The manager kindly upgraded our room without us knowing. When we arrived Samantha was in reception she greeted us with a lovely welcome made us feel at ease straight away. She was very helpful organised a taxi for us to get to Brixton Academy and sorted out food for us after the restaurant had closed. The room we had was very stylish and immaculate most definitely worth the money with the Continental breakfast included in the price. My wife and I would definitely stay again and I would recommend everyone should stay if there are visiting the Capital well placed for seeing London.

I stayed here on 1.7.17 and can say I will definitely be returning in the near future. Rooms are immaculate and stylish, the staff are friendly amd welcoming I am definitely a pleased customer. Thank you best western staff for making my stay enjoyable.
