Room is pretty cramped. Challenging to open all our luggages and changed in the bathroom. 5 adults in the room. Everyday we have to climb 4 long flights of stairs to our room on Level 2. Breakfast room is in the basement. Service is good. Aman hss been very helpful. Helped us lugged our heavy luggages up. Breakfast has gd spread. Hot toasts, cereals, eggs sausages bacon baked beans mushrooms, yogurt. Can request for egg omelette with cheese — which was "egg-cellent" and delicious. Rated it 3 stars cos our bathroom hss a leaked n we couldnt shower. Had to use another room.

As far as I am concerned, what seems like a husband and wife team, run a very comfortable, clean and well run small hotel in a very busy part of London. They are so very polite, friendly and accommodating. NO LIFT? what do you expect for such a reasonable rate. If they will have me, I will be back.

Sehr günstig gelegen um mit Bus oder Ubahn in die Stadt zu kommen. Zimmer Ok. Frühstück wird frisch zubereitet. Sehr nettes Personal.

It is very clean and central. The downside is Q there are stairs. But deal and breakfast okay.

Room of three and not four as fixed. Good breakfast.

Nice staff, good breakfast, lovely beds. The rest is in a poor quality. I couldn't close the window in room 23 because I was scared it would fall out. BUT, it was close to the Hyde Park and the Hop on Hop off busses (15 minutes walk)! The price was also good.

The manager is super super rude havent seen anyone like this before she called us and threatened us to call the police for just talking in our room and told us directly to get out of her hotel, there were bed bugs in the bed its disgusting, the bathroom is way too small, I seriously woudnt recommend this hotel to anyone. And many peopel complained about the manager for being rude to the customers and calling them on the phone and threatening them and insulting them.

Great hotel as a base when visiting London beautiful breakfast and rooms reasonable price as well.

Small bathrooms, fine on early exit, small rooms, not value for money. No liked at all.

You get what you pay for. And if you want on to check out early you pay a higher rate as a fine.

Very very bed hotel. Room to small bathroom very small. And cant come up my friends in a room! This is like a prison for money. When u want out the hotel have to leave key in a recepcion…

Horrible place. We were supposed to stay two nights, but could not tolerate a second. Incompetent staff that left our door open an unattended with all our belongings in there while we were away. Twice they entered the room without knocking, the second being at nine o'clock at night. Then a phone call five minutes later telling us we needed to change rooms because a regular customer showed up. No apologies or compensation were offered, we were told we would be doing the receptionist a favour. With no security for our belongings and a gross violation of privacy we left the hotel to find more secure, more private and a more professional hotel. The worst form of hospitality I have ever encountered in my life. Avoid this place at all costs.

Perfect position next to Paddigton Station. You can go everywhere by train or bus, even the bus stations are 100 metres distance. Excelent service, very good breakfast (english and also sweets, butter, marmelade, juices, yogurts etc). Clean and with a nice family atmosphere. The only negative is the small bathroom and that is no elevator. 100% value for money.

Upon booking, the room showed a twin room (two single beds) and the description said overlooking a beautiful park. On arrival we found that the beautiful park was actually a few doors down so we weren't QUITE overlooking it and the room had one double bed and not 2 singles and sadly the bath/shower room was VERY small. However! Service was brilliant; breakfast very nice indeed! Rooms were all clean and tidy and the people could not have been nicer or more helpful. Great London maps are available from the hotel reception including one which provides 20% discount at the main London attractions and is also very close to a Big Bus Tour company which was great.
