  Guests are required to contact the property with their arrival time at the apartment so a representative can meet and welcome guests. In case of delays, a representative will wait a maximum of 30 minutes after scheduled arrival times. The property requires a minimum of 2 hours’ notice to prepare for a meet and greet.
  
  The credit card holder will be asked to be present and have a valid photo ID upon arrival. The property may take a copy of your payment card. Provided details will only be used to verify identity and will be removed within 48 hours from your departure.
  
  The apartments are non-smoking and fines are applied to guests breaking this rule.
  
  Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
  
  Late check-in after 23:00 is only possible at a surcharge of £ 50. Please contact the property if you cannot arrive within your scheduled time.
  
  This property does not accept cash payments.

  A damage deposit of £ 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.

  This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

  All children are welcome.
  One child under 6 years stays free of charge when using existing beds.
  
  All children under 2 years are charged £ 20 per night for children's cots/cribs.
  All children under 12 years are charged £ 36 per night for extra beds.
  All further older children or adults are charged £ 36 per night for extra beds.
  The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1.
  Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
  Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
