Manager agreed I could reschedule my 2 night trip due to having a sickness bug and said it would cost more in July and agreed to call me the following week when we’ll to organise. Never did. I called, he asked I email so I sent two to organise. No response. Booking. Com tried on my behalf to retrieve my payment back. They denied this agreement. Shocking service and outright lies. Do not book!

My dear Richard, Fanni & Staff,
Very many thanks for making me so welcome and looking after all my creature comforts. Friendly service, spotlessly clean, en suite room complete with fridge was a double bonus — as was the access to the sunny back garden with a book and a large drink! A brilliant location next door to Sainsburys supermarket and close to all other amenities as well as the bus and tube stations was fantastic. Like General MacArthur I shall most certainly return! (Next year). Amazing value too.
