Don't go there… rather go to sleep in the car or subway that you will definitely find a greater cleaning. As soon as I arrived I found in the bedside table drawer pieces of salad gear and fries. Pubic hair at the bottom of the shower. I was given a windowless room with noisy little aeration vents so as not to die suffocated. I tried not to touch anything so as not to move tons of dust. On the wall next to the bed there was a brown crawl that I don't want to know what it was. The fan was missing from the front metal protection net, while the rear one was filled with dust mottos. The toilet in my friends' room instead was a strip of poop…
I'm not a hygienist and yet all I did was wash my hands as soon as I touched something. The continental breakfast consisted of slices of pancarrè inserted in a rusty napkin, milk, cornflackes, and the classic single-serve jams, and orange juice of bad quality.
I warned you, if you still decide to get into this your own cabbage…

Adequate for a night, ensuite clean bed and bathroom, nice friendly staff and breakfast is included, parking too. Right on the south circular road. Post code doesn't get you there, full address does bang on. I would come back.

Absolutely one of the most horrific, unsafe and unhygienic hotel in London. I am a very easy person to please but this really takes the piss. I highly do not recommend this hotel for a number of reasons but the main reason I want to point out is the lack of hygiene in the hotel room. The toilets had traces of urine and faeces around the toilet seat and the toilet floor looked like no one mopped it. To matters make worse, the wall had traces of mucus and blood and there was mould and lime scale on the shower. The room itself was very dusty and the carpet was filthy and I’m afraid the list is endless. Another thing I would like to point out is the safety. The level of security of the hotel was zero to non as I believe someone wanted to break in my room and I was so relieved I double locked it. That was the final straw so I immediately took all of my belongings and left at 2 in the morning as I was fortunate enough that a lovely friend of mine had allowed me to stay at her place in Hampton. I know the distance was long but I couldn’t stay there. If there is anyone who is thinking about staying in this hotel please believe the bad reviews cos they are 100% accurate. Do not go there!

Stayed here for two nights. Good thing about is that at least they provided clean sheets and fresh towels for every night we stayed and is pretty close to Ealing common tube station. Staff was also friendly enough. Everything else is pretty much a negative. Room was hot as hell. Even with the window fully open and the temp outside being fairly nice in the evening the room felt like the heat was on. Since it's located on a busy street the noise of cars and police sirens will pretty much keep you awake. Oh and you can't close the windows cause of the heat so it's either dying in the heat or living with the noise. Probably not a problem if you come in winter I guess. The description also said that they provide a TV with freesat but our room's was broken so that's that. No Wi-Fi either so gotta have your own internet. The so-called English breakfast was just toast with butter and jam. When asked if they had any eggs or anything else they said they didn't provide it. One more thing to note: Not sure how the private bathrooms are but the communal ones were pretty bad. The seat was dirty on day one but was cleaned up on the second day at least. The shower was really small, small enough to just stand in a fixed position and wash up but nothing more. They did have soap and toilet paper.

Stayed with a small child for 2 nights. Room was fine just for us. Is very basic but you get what you pay for. Only small problem was there wasnt any Wi-Fi but made do. Would defo book again staff were helpful.

I stayed in this place with my family and the staffs are really helpful. They generally provide complimentary breakfast with the stay.

A very bad food for breakfast is masal dosa its not much good.

As described, simple but well located with lots of shopping and dining options in the area. Wlan, TV, breakfast, clean rooms. Very suitable for inexpensive discovery of London.

Kind staff and reasonable place.

Good value for money. Near the subway. Basic breakfast. Good temperature.

Not the cleanest of rooms. Uncomfortable beds with hairs of the pubic variety on the bed. And for some reason a nice foreign fella decided that an appropriate place to face time his Mrs at gone midnight at the top of his voice was right outside my room for over an hour. So there are no staff to remind people that other guests may be sleeping.

Clean room, good service and very close to public transport.

Very cheap hotel. Run down decor throughout and only just acceptable facilities, though bed was comfy enough and room wasn't obviously dirty. Breakfast was included but just toast, cornflakes and coffee. Can't complain for the price, though don't imagine a romantic experience!

Recommended if you don't want to spend much and want to stay in a quiet part of London

Hard to find, no free parking. No parking at all. But very welcoming, clean rooms own bathroom.

The most disgusting place on heart. Gross, unfriendly and criminal. My partner got money stolen from his wallet, the welcome was not welcoming at all. Room lacking of basic hygiene conditions. I suggest you check the pictures under my trip advisor review for the following: chewing gum sticking on the lamp, dirty bathroom, mirror fixed with a shoesticker, dirt and dust everywhere from the gross tea tablet, to the tv, till the very thin window. Double bed with 7-dwarfs dimensions, dirty sheets and extremely uncomfortable. In 2017 this hell place is lacking of Wi-Fi and air conditioning. The room was very hot, the bed uncomfortable, loud guests shutting doors all night long, police all night long because of the criminal ghetto district, the thin windows made it even worse: impossible to sleep. Poor breakfast, dirty dishes, everything was just dirt. This place should be reported to the hygiene authorities and than immediately closed off. 50$ a night is stealing. I really DO NOT RECOMMEND this urinary, not even to animals. @Googlemybusiness: maybe you should give reviewers the chance to post pictures, as the current ones DO NOT correspond to reality. Update: added the real pictures of this filthy stall on maps. Still wondering why hygiene authorities didn't close off this terrible structure… maybe they also want to see how it looks like ;)

The owner of the hotel don't respect none of his customers. He gives a different pricing of the rooms everyday and tries to make more money of it. It is dirty place smells like old and unclean people. I forgot my phone there one of the nights and I couldn't manage to get it because of the owner there who was jus a old not satisfied issue! He gave it to me broken the next day! The guy deserves not clients at all because of the way he speaks to people and lying about the prices of the rooms. I don't recommend this hotel, you guys better go to Abbey Lodge hotel which is jus 5 mins away from this awful place. I'd say most people in London with these type of hotels lie a lot bout their pricing and it's better if u jus book and pay online than do it at the spot. I'm really dissaponted of all the misery in all the hotels in London. Such high prices everywhere all for nothing! I guess is jus te way all these people live there how sad. No rates at all.

No Wi-Fi. Noise. Cables for TV every where. Bed where old and stained.

For very cheap and basic. This will do although there was a leak from the toilet which wasnt very welcoming. Bathroom was very small which is not suited if youre a big person. Overall beds had fresh bedding and quite comfortable. No cup provided in the room so if u want beverages make sure you bring one.

Worst experience of my life … filthy, smelly, no working bulbs, torn wallpaper, burnt carpets, furniture outdated. Was booked in for 2 nights but had to leave after the first … not worth one bit of the money.

I stayed there in 2013 and I thought the hotel could have done with a spruce up I went in june when it was hot so I had to have the windows open and you could here the planes flying above the room was very old fashioned and cramped as well good job I only stayed two nughts.

A depressing, dirty overpriced hotel that is close to nothing. Rooms were cramped, which is fine, but filthy with 20year old (at least) carpets, TV’s, mattresses. Loud drag racing will keep you awake at night. So far from London proper, which is something to consider given the price of the Tube. English breakfast was awesome, but they offered no alternative for early check out which negates the advantage of the close proximity to Heathrow. Do yourself a favor, spend some extra bucks and stay closer to downtown London.
