Had a £150 lunch in Hotel Du Vin and we are charged £2 for parking. That’s just an insult. Service at the restaurant was very slow. I wouldn’t be coming back again. It is a disgrace.

Lovely hotel in a beautiful location. Rooms are huge and well equipped. Food fantastic. Staff knowledgeable and friendly. Can't wait to go back x.

Fantastic hotel with beautiful large rooms. Staff were very accommodating and also offered room upgrade to. Highly recommended and would happily stay again. On site parking, restaurant and bar, and all a stones throw from Wimbledon.

Our experience wasn’t flawless, but the concierge always rectified issues immediately, and they were completely overshadowed by the incredible food, lovely relaxed and romantic atmosphere and uber comfortable room, which felt so luxurious. Huge thanks to the chefs for the best menus, and amazing dishes both during dinner and breakfast services. And as ever, wonderful gin, cocktails and wine.

Nice location, short walk to Wimbledon Village. Nice breakfast served in a beautiful restaurant with a lovely view.

We were hoping to have a quick drink on the terrace prior to dinner, but we were told they were only taking bookings despite there being many empty tables. I had actually tried to book dinner on their website but had 3 attempts where it said booking failed so I booked dinner at an alternative location. The hostess was very rude when I was asking if we could have a drink knowing we needed to leave in 30minutes, she did not even hear me out. I understand the need for online bookings in these Covid times but equally what has happened to customer service?

Was completely underwhelmed having loved the brighton one back in the day, seems since Malmaison sold the chain its gone downhill and is nothing but a posh travelodge. Hadnt been cleaned adequately, rooms were tiny and average, decor business like, broken radiator covers in the halls alongside chipped paint and filthy dado rails, fridge didnt work and no water supplied so didnt sleep as was so thirsty in the night warm bathroom sink water didnt cut it, no goodies to take home as souvenirs like little soaps, just refillable decanters, very expensive and breakfast not included in the price. So not the one for a romantic treat night, ok for business stay overs.

Great menu, nice ambience etc. My wife said the HDV Burger was the best she's ever had!

Bad food, noisy rooms, poor service the list could go on for a very long time!

Pre-Christmas lunch with family. Lovely venue, staff very good, food excellent — four-course meal including an all-you-can-eat starter buffet for £35. Lovely ambience in the conservatory restaurant with a great view over Cannizzaro Park.

Lovely place, good food and staff.

Great room with good bathroom.
Comfortable large bed and good coffee and tea in the room.
Breakfast was very good.
Unfortunately the breakfast room which would be beautiful on a sunny warm day was cold.
Heating needed on a cloudy rainy day.

I love Hotel Du Vin and Cannizaro Park The setting is incredible and the staff are excellent The only thing that to mar the experience for me is no table service on the right hand side of the conservatory outdoors As someone who usually sits there to get some work done and have a few drinks while basking in the surrounding beauty, it is incredibly frustrating nay impossible for me to attain more drinks as I am required to go back into the bar to get them myself. This culminates of putting my laptop, phone, bits and pieces away, packing up my bag, coming inside to get drinks, take it all back out again, all the while hoping I still have the table then setting everything back up again, only to have to perform the procedure should I want another drink I hope this is something that will be addressed, I do see it frustrates a lot of clientele, especially those with children that cannot be left alone.

Enjoyed the evening but getting bar menu when sitting outside felt a bit laboured… you have to order from the bar as no table service unless you’re having dinner inside.

A beautiful venue set in spectacular surroundings conservatory is a beautiful place to sit and socialise and have a special Sunday lunch with family and friends for all occasions the grounds are beautiful to walk around and especially dog-friendly the staff are extremely attentive and go that extra mile to ensure your visit is a smooth and happy occasion.

Terrible service tables left full of dirty glasses and plates staff standing around doing nothing.

Only had a Valentine lunch there today and the food was ok ish but not the WOW factor unfortunately. Had steak Tatar for starter — was ok but the best steak Tatar I have ever had was in the Polish restaurant some time ago! Delicious! Ask them — the Poles how to serve steak Tatar! Fish however — Dover sole was nice and tasty and not dry, but my husbands fish soup was lucking croutons — there was a piece of soggy piece of bread on the bottom of the bowl. The service was good but somehow not very welcoming and not very enthusiastic. I think there is a room for improvements. Thanks and kind regards from Barbara Southwell and my husband Mark.

Hotel bar is a great place to meet with friends on week days. I was really impressed with bar staff service provided by Martin. He really knows what professional service means. He entertain us with nice chat and great sense of humour. Thank you.
